Shaq and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Process went on through the holidays and then some tough weather after and they had no problem talking me off the ledge when I was frustrated. Omarr even came out during sketchy weather just on the off chance the insurance company would be there since we hadn't heard from them. Completed a detailed inspection of the roof and coordinated with my insurance company to make sure that the estimate was reasonable and all costs were disclosed and covered. The entire job was done in one day. A rain gutter, that had been damaged during the roofing work, was simply replaced without question. I recommend Shaq and his team without reservation!

I had exterior damages to my home due to a winter storm that happened earlier in the month. After having had a bad experience with the contractor my insurance company recommended, I reached out to Shaq. He answered my call and came and inspected my property the same day. He walked me through the claims process and explained the damages he saw and what needed to be done. He was thorough and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He followed up with me again the next day and was responsive to all of my questions prior to scheduling repairs. This is my first time having to go through something like this and he made the entire process very smooth for me. Out of a large handful of contractors I have been in contact with over the past several weeks, Shaq was the most courteous, professional and responsive of any of them. Shaq responded to my door replacement and fixed my storm door as well. He gave advice on what to buy for my specific needs and for my safety . He was on time, cleaned up, hauled the debris away, and kept me informed during the entire project. I would definitely recommend this company for all your needs.

Walked us through the whole process of filing insurance claim to the repair itself, though our insurance ended up not paying for repair Shaq gave us a very good deal to proceed with the repair. They are very quick and took about just half day to complete the whole roof replacement. Highly recommended!

This was the most professional and on time company. When they said 7am they were came about 6:30am in order to start by 7am. They cleaned up all debris . Their estimates were right in line with my insurance and all I had to pay was my deductible. I would recommend them to anyone who may need roofing.
