VL Construction was honest, ontime, and the only surprise was exceeding my expectations. Mario was very thorough, and listened to all of my requests-for example-replacing damaged wood, adding soffit vents, and installing heat cable. After several bids, I found VL Construction to be an easy choice-my neighbor decided to get his roof done by VL Construction as well. Mario took the time to explain everything, and got the business.
The shingle color I wanted was not readily available at the local supplier. Mario went the extra mile to get the shingle of my choice. He explained every step of the process. He was very helpful. His crew was on time, very efficient on the installation. Extra effort was made to protect siding, windows, gutters, and plants. All members of the crew walked the area to clean up and debris. I highly recommend Mario and VL Construction.
