This actually bothers me to do this because I really liked Juan. We hired them to remodel our existing home and add 1500 sq ft on. Things were pretty good through the framing part. We went weeks with no one there. They never cleaned up after themselves. They put my new floor down before they textured and painted. Did not clean or even try to clean up after themselves. We have horrible cracks in the patio and sidewalks they put down. Our deadbolts wouldn’t work until my husband fixed them. They didn’t finish the tile off. We have multiple plug ins where the hole is too large for the cover. Holes patched that are obvious. The outside board for the exterior apparently got oil on it and they just painted over it. Labels were painted over. They ordered a very expensive ceiling beam and then didn’t need it but it can’t be returned. We have a ton of Insulation and supplies they didn’t return. I have cabinets with holes in the back where they hung them wrong. They made me a linen closet and when the closet wouldn’t shut and stay closed they put a can of paint in front of it and left. He and his employees have great intentions. Juan is not a bad person he just is trying to do too much and spreading himself too thin. I have had 2 sub contractors and a flooring store contact me because he didn’t pay the bill on our work. They did my son’s patio and it looks like they didn’t even care. Juan has the potential to do great if he tries not to get tied up in too much stuff.

We hired them to build a deck and overhang on the front of our house along with replacing windows and doors. Took 4 months for the job to be completed from the time it was started. We struggled with poor communication throughout the project.
When we asked questions or raised concerns I felt as though they were brushed off. Steps are now settling and coming apart requiring us to get a new contractor to fix.
We also have now discovered license became inactive after they were hired to complete the job.

I just had Legendary Roofing come replace my 15 year old roof that had damage from wind. These guys did amazing work and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new roof.
