The best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Nate communicates well and responds quickly to emails. The Vision crew was all business. No music blaring, no extraneous chatter. Just a lot of hard work. Fast, competent, thorough. They replaced our ranch style roof in less than a full day. They added some venting exactly where it was needed and used premium materials. Cleanup was outstanding. I had initiated queries to four contractors. Vision was the only one that responded -- within hours -- on a Saturday. Nate buttoned up our roof damage to weather proof it until the roof could be replaced. The estimate was fair and very clear. Nate dropped by on the next Saturday and scheduled us for the following Monday. There was a one day delay, but the communication was very clear. With other contractors, I have found out there would be a delay when they didn't show up. An all around good experience. New roof looks great. Insurance, on the other hand, was a bad experience, and my problem, not Vision's. I would stay away from Homesite.

Nate was amazing in navigating the insurance and getting my mom in laws roof covered! The team did a great job replacing the roof on her home and her shed. So happy she is safe and dry before the spring storms start.

They came to repair our roof after a tree fell through. They repaired the roof but never came back to finish the job. The new roof now leaks. They are unresponsive to any of our phone calls. I ended up having another contractor come after a year of trying to get them to come finish their job. I had a hole in my bedroom ceiling for that entire time.
