Our HOA has ForestKeepers on speed dial and they have always responded quickly and professionally. Mike organizes his team to work efficiently and you can tell that they take their work seriously, but enjoy doing too. I chose them for work on my own property and I recommend them highly.

I've used Forest Keepers three times in the past year or so (I have lots of trees), and I have to say that they are professionals. On time. They do what they say they are going to do. And their rates are competitive. Furthermore, because of their equipment they can get into tight spaces with minimal effort on your part.

Second time I've had Forest Keepers out to trim and remove trees. Very impressive work both times. They're fast. They clean up everything and the price is reasonable. I have a bunch of new plantings right under the huge limb they removed and no damage to any of it. I high recommend them.

Mike and his crew came out today to remove a dying and overgrown tree from our yard. He was so kind to work around our schedules so one of us could be home without taking off work. He kept in close contact with me about availability. Him and his crew were timely, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the work and clean up was amazing. They even took the extra step to grind down the giant root across the yard we kept tripping on. My son has more space to play now in our yard. By far the best tree company in the area. I’ve had them remove trees and grind stumps and trim branches multiple times over the past decade and they’ve always done a fantastic job. Fast, friendly, and reliable with very reasonable prices. These guys are the rockstars of the tree care industry!

I have used Forest Keepers over the past few years to get my overgrown property under control. They have always been professional, and I have been delighted with their work. They were willing to split my very large job into segments to accommodate my tiny retirement income. They were also interested in my preferences. For example, at my request, they left a large stump of one of my trees that I now use as a platform bird feeder. They went to great trouble to work around a very large dead tree that I am keeping for my redheaded woodpeckers. I plan to have them back to do pruning and whatever else we may need. I wouldn't think of hiring any other company.

I've used this crew at my house and at my parents' home. Their prices are very reasonable, they show up at the appointed time, and they do quick, clean work. No drama, no surprises. They are polite and professional. Highly recommended.

I would give more stars if I could. Parats the owner was quick to come look and give a quote and was able to get job done earlier and in about 30-40 mins. Parat did a walk around with me to make sure everything looked good and off they went. Seriously. Just call these guys and you will be satisfied 100%.

The Forest Keepers were great with everything from the way the positioned their trucks and operated their incredible cherry picker, to the care they took in handing down the sliced limbs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Used them to cut limbs hanging over my house from my neighbor’s tree. They did excellent work, answered my questions and was reasonably priced. Even cleaned my gutters and cleared off my porch roof!

Fast, affordable, do good work. Only place to get back to me within the same day when a large tree limb had partially fallen in our yard and street.

Forest Keepers came to my rescue! They were the first on site, and found a way to work in my smaller but timely job right away. Super helpful, super professional. I had a low branch on my favorite 40 year old redbud tree and I've been afraid to call a tree service because in the past we've had tree companies that got carried away and took too much tree. Showed up and finished a job i thought would take a half a day, did it in 2 hours...in the rain. Price came in at about what i expected. Cleaned up and looked like they werent even there.

I contacted 7 tree removal businesses and Selected Forest Keepers for the job. They were very fair on price and were very professional. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Parats and his crew cut one tree down and trimmed two huge trees in my yard. The cost was under what I was originally quoted by another tree service. The guys did great job and they cleaned up the mess nicely. I would definitely recommend Forest Keeps and will use them again in the future.

Very impressed. Very professional. Cleaned up our trees , cleaned and raked all the limbs and branches off the ground. Amazing work! They removed with ease our large 100+ yr old tree that had been arching dangerously over our house for many years. It was somewhat of an emergency, and they were able to scheduled us the earliest and were the most affordable. Done in 4 hours! Highly recommend them.

Nice people. Responsive to my changing requests. They removed two large cottonwoods with a crane and cherry picker and a huge crew in about six hours. They were efficient and safe. They cleaned up after themselves. I would have them do work for me again without hesitation.

Parats was professional and great to work with. I got a prompt quote (to remove a stand of trees endangering a telephone line) that didn't seem unreasonable, and work began as soon as the weather was good for it. I went to work in the morning and when I came home, the trees were gone! They also treated the trunks so they would not grow.

Parats and his crew are amazing! They removed a huge, hollow tree in our neighbor's front yard that was a threat to both our houses. The area was tight but they were able to navigate through all obstacles safely without incidental damage to surrounding fencing, landscape and power lines. They also were conscientious of any living critters in the tree, which I really appreciated. The job was done faster than estimated and they charged less than any other company we got quotes from. We highly recommend Forest Keepers!

Hardworking, focused, safety conscious, knowledgeable and reasonably affordable. It was visible that Parat and his team enjoyed and derived satisfaction from their hands on work in the outdoor environment. Nobody likes to see old trees cut down, but sometimes they gotta go. These guys did a fantastic job getting in and out of tight and not so convenient areas...And the clean up was great too!

Used this company twice, they are amazing! They go above and beyond each time. They were affordable and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what all the trees were on our property and how to care for them. He informed me that a limb i wanted to cut was not needed and would be better to keep.So he even saved us money where other bidders were happy to take my money.

After and before photos. These guys were great. Despite the conventional wisdom you were fast (they really stayed focused), cheap (two big trees and one smaller one taken down and a whole lot of trimming for $1600 and good ( thorough and they cleaned up completely) all in about four hours. And we didn't have to wait weeks for the work to get done. We have a lot of trees on our Lawrence property, and will use Forest Keepers to maintain them.

When I called Forest Keepers, Parats responded right away and even came over on a Sunday to give an estimate on my two huge and dying oak trees. With Parats and the grappler operator's exceptional skill they were very careful not to drop any large branches on my hedge row of yew bushes and the other trees. The ground crew also did a good job of clean up. They even went out of their way to fill two trash cans of wood chips for me. I was pleased with their service.

The first time Forest Keepers came, he rescued Goldie from being stranded 3 stories high for a week in a black walnut tree. The second time the whole crew came to trim my 100 plus year old mulberry tree. They did more than they estimated. The tree has never looked so good in the 41 years I've known it. The neighbor plans to call them in the spring about his trees.

Owner Parats Wolfe is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly cares deeply about both trees and people, and about the work he does with both. I needed help in a hurry, and he came very quickly, threw his ropes up in the tree, and took care of the matter in no time. Yesterday I called others who stood around, decided they couldn't do the job and left.

They did a great job trimming my trees. Their quote was accurate and they coordinated with me efficiently. The four (4) man crew got it done quickly and efficiently. My oak trees were heavy and dense but they completed it quickly.

Great customer service! My call was returned immediately and they came out and gave us an estimate within 24 hours. I was very impressed with the work that was done and the clean up afterwards. The whole team was very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable for all the trimming they did as well. Forest Keepers did excellent work. I had them trim some very old trees that portions were dieing, but I didn't want it all cut out. They came and trimmed up more of the trees than what my expectations were and it looks really nice in the area. They also cleaned up the entire mess of trimming trees, you would never know they had been there.

We had a 100yr old hackberry split in half yet miraculously remain standing causing a very serious situation. Forest Keepers looked at the tree within an hour of our call, gave a competitive bid and began the job less than 24hrs later averting certain disaster. Extremely professional, tidy work. 5 Stars here! I can’t express in this short review all the positives Forest Keepers did for us in the removal of a 20 year old tree that was becoming a danger to our home. We are in Shawnee and Forest Keepers was prompt with their very affordable quote and even followed up with me on a holiday when most tree services would have been at the lake. They will be my only phone call when I have more tree work that needs done.

Came out and provided enough information about a Hackberry tree I've got so that I could make an informed decision about whether it could be saved in the process of constructing a new addition. Very helpful information which I expected to pay for at no charge. Amazing.

A windstorm knocked down about half of a huge tree in my backyard. Called Parats at ForestKeepers and he responded immediately. They removed and cleaned up the fallen portion the same day and later (at my request) removed the rest of the tree. They were there exactly when promised, and did a complete and professional job. I had an outstanding experience with Forest Keepers last week. After a large limb was about to fall in our backyard, knowing the urgency of the situation, Parats came out to give an estimate and his crew removed the branch the very next morning. I don't normally write reviews; nonetheless, the service I received from Forest Keepers goes beyond the norm. Not only was the service reasonably priced, but the quality of work was outstanding. The management team was quick to respond to my call for an estimate. Then they realized that the tree limb was precariously hanging and scheduled the removal for same day service with no additional cost. They had the equipment they needed, went beyond the expectation of cleaning up and removal. HIGHLY recommend using this firm.

Excellent job trimming tree following wind damaging storm in Lawrence KS. Cut and removed broken limb and fixed branches to keep tree well balance. Prepared limbs in fireplace lengths staked near fireplace. Removed all small leaf bearing branches. Cleaned immediate area around tree, fireplace, sidewalks and house access porch.

Parats and his crew have now done two trims for us, and they have both been great! First he came out and surveyed our trees, then wrote up a list of what needed to be done. We wanted to take the work in stages, which was not a problem. Forest Keepers has done great work for us. Our sad and dying magnolia tree is now blooming beautifully!
