I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! These guys actually care! Long story short my roof was a mess. Edgar and his team came in and saved the day. Edgar was so helpful throughout the whole process. He also knew we were on a time crunch and was able to get us in immediately. At Virtuous you are not just another customer, you are a well taken care of friend. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all are truly appreciated. It’s always good to know there are still great companies out there that really care. I will definitely use you for all my future roofing needs.

After a hail storm our roof, paint, and windows were damaged. Edgar and his associates communicated directly with the insurance company and quickly put together a plan to get our house fixed up. They were able to install a new roof, paint the whole house, and repair the window bead on several of our windows in short order and with minimal out of pocket expenses. Our house looks like new again and Edgar’s customer service was outstanding.

Jon and his team did an excellent job. I had five different buildings on my property that had to have new steel roofs. They did a great job and they cleaned up well after themselves.

We had to have our roof replaced after hail damage and we did get other bids in addition to Virtuous Roofing. After speaking with Edgar we really felt this would be the right company to go with and we were right. On the day of the work, the whole crew was so respectful of our property. After they were done I couldn't believe what a great job they did cleaning up, our yard was spotless! Edgar was so great to work with and we would definitely recommend this company.

There was even a scheduling miscommunication and when I called he offered to come right at that moment. Edgar and the team at Virtuos roofing were selected for repair/restoration caused by a devastating hailstorm in early May. From the very first contact with them I knew they were going to be the ones I used.
Edgar was upfront and honest about the entire process and literally handled everything other than me filling the claim. Once the claim was filed they took over and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free on my side.

When first hired was explained my timeline on needing the work done prior to listing the house for sale. He assured me there would be no problems in that timeline, stayed in frequent communication and work was completed well before it needed to be finished.

Upon listing my house for sale, going under contract and then the inspection.
During the inspection, it was noted that the ridge vent wasn’t installed properly.
I reached out to Edgar and he literally left his job site, drove 1.5 hours to my house, took off several shingles and peeled back the ridge vent to show proof of proper installation to concerned potential buyer. There was never a moment when professionalism lapsed. He didn’t question their findings or make any accusations. He went and proved the quality of work that was performed and silenced any questions that had arose. Never asked for any compensation for his time and never even showed any signs of frustration, even though this cost him almost two days.
The team at Virtuos Roofing provided me with all documentation needed to assure the new buyer the work was performed above the standard and that the new buyer could feel confident in knowing this work would last.
