I got a call from my property manager that one of my rental properties needed a new roof. After receiving the quote from my property manager, I decided to get a few quotes myself. I was referred to Virginia Specialties by a local roofing expert in the Fredericksburg area. Virginia Specialties got me a quote, with pictures and descriptions of what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. I ultimately decided to go with them and I’m sure glad I did. They saved me well over $3,500 and in my opinion, did a better job that I’ve seen from other contractors. The team at Virginia Specialties was in constant communication with me throughout the whole process and made me feel very at ease with this significant and costly repair. I will certainly be using them again for any other issues that come up at any of my invest properties and personal home.

Wow. Just wow. The Virginia Specialties team has gone beyond expectations. Their work was incredibly thorough, honest, and seamless. I had a project that was more than an hour away from my home that they were working on and throughout the entire process, they reached out to keep me updated and stress-free, while informing me of each step and day that they were working. They were incredibly informative as to why certain things needed to be done so that the outcome was the best it could be. No half-done work here!!! Professional friendly company. Guys did an excellent job of laying down new flooring and totally gutting out both bathrooms. Easy to work with, Highly recommended for your home repair, replace jobs.

Virginia Specialties went above and beyond for the projects in our home! We had them replace our water heater and rip out old carpet and replace it with LVP flooring. They were kind and professional during both projects! The quality is unmatched. I will definitely be using Virginia Specialties for all of our future home projects!
