This was not what I expected. It was far better.

Mr. Roberge arrived on time for our appointment and spent about 2 hours on our roof looking it over carefully and taking many photos. He showed us the photos and fully explained the condition of the roof and what he would do to correct any issues. He explained the Roof Maxx cost and estimated what re-shingling would cost in comparison. He also told us that he was prepared to go to work and complete the job right now, same day. We accepted and he got right to work by himself with no crew to assist.

Our roof is a "Transitional". Meaning complicated looking and with some (to me) steep sloping sections. He was able to complete the job in 2 to 3 hours. I watched a good part of it and he pretty much soaked the roof with his product.

Bottom line is that I am very pleased with the service, courtesy and skill as well as the cost. He offered discounts for ex-military, retired First Responder, and Seniors.

As far as the quality of the product is concerned, this Winter will tell the tale but I am hopeful.

I called Nick this afternoon because the ridge vent on my 19 year old three tab asphalt shingle roof broke and a 6’ section blew off during the night leaving a large hole in the top of our roof open to the elements. Nick worked us into his schedule today before some rain comes to our area later this evening. He not only repaired the ridge vent but also treated our shingles before the rain started. Nick performed a detailed, rigorous inspection of my roof and provided me with numerous digital photos and a professional write-up. He informed me that my roof was actually in great condition and he therefore did not recommend any type of treatment service for my roof at this time. He instead suggested that I schedule with him again in 3-5 years. In other words, Nick had a sales opportunity to provide his treatment service "now," but as a man of integrity, he made zero effort to sell me a service that I don't yet need. I will definitely invite Nick back in a few years for another inspection and assessment. His honesty with me earned my trust 100%.

I inquired about an estimate on doing the Roof Max treatment for my House. I got an immediate response back from Nick from Roof Max and we set up an appointment. Nick showed up and explained in detail how the treatment works, and did an initial evaluation of the our house and garage roof. We received a quote the same day, and with the quote being thousands of dollars less than to replace the shingles we decided to do both roofs. Nick showed up on 10/28/22 and proceeded with the treatment. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking at getting this done I highly recommend Roof Max. I tried to find a reason not to do this added shingle enhancement. There was none to be found. Nick is a hard working, all around nice guy. He will stand behind his product 110%.

Nick came out right away and assessed the damage to my roof and skylight and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Due to Nick’s knowledgeable assessment of my damages, his estimate came out to be much lower than other company’s. He scheduled a repair appointment the following day and was on time.
