Fredericksburg Gutter and Lawn

Fredericksburg Gutter and Lawn did an amazing job replacing my gutter guards and cleaning the gutters! They were quick and affordable. It was easily the best experience that I have had as a homeowner!

This is the second time I’ve used FG&L to have my gutters cleaned. They are polite, on time, and did a thorough job of unclogging my gutters, removing the debris and then rinsing the gutters and all other areas where they may have dropped leaves, etc. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of contacting them and they even texted me an hour before and then again 15 minutes before their arrival to let me know they were on their way. Their price was also very, very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!

Five stars. Arrived on time, quick starting, excellent work. We had some repair work done, and it was accomplished effectively. We highly recommend FG&L. Give them a call.

Jeff and family arrived on time and did an absolutely stellar job. Even though the handyman I had hired a month previous claimed the gutters were clean, I watched as Jeff pulled and sprayed mounds of gunk out of multiple gutters. They cleaned the gutters, checked the downspouts, and cleaned up after. And they were pretty quick too!

I sent them a request for an estimate to have my rain gutter reattached, cleaned out, and gutter guards installed. They responded quickly, scheduled a date and time to come out & when the day came, they were able to squeeze me into their fully booked schedule and complete the repairs within an hour. (Even when a storm was well on its way) I live in a town home so they even fixed my gutter guards in a way to prevent debris from entering my gutter from my neighbor’s!
A few days later, I noticed my gutter was dripping water from the center so I reached back out to see if they could check it out for me. They came ON A SUNDAY to repair a nail hole (from prior installation) in my gutter that was causing it to leak in the middle. Both visits, they were friendly, efficient, affordable, and explained the whole process to me as they completed the job. They also sent a text when they were on their way! I won’t reach out to anyone else for a rain gutter job- this family owned business is wonderful!

They have cleaned my gutters twice and have done a great job both times. They showed up on time and were easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Fast, reliable, thorough. I would highly recommend. It’s a little intimidating when they pull up and storm the house but they clearly know what they’re doing and have a system. Importantly they also cleaned up behind themselves, hauled off the gutter gunk and left the place clean.

Jeff, his wife, and his son are professionals! We love a family owned and operated business! They showed up on time, did a thorough job cleaning our gutters and were very respectful of our property. Great communication all around! Reasonable and fair pricing with no surprises. They did a multi-step process starting with blowing the pollen and debris from the gutters first - this makes a huge difference. We live in a two-story home with many trees surrounding our house so the gutters require regular maintenance. We will definitely be scheduling with Fredericksburg Gutter and Lawn again this fall! Highly recommend!

Only reason I initially gave 5 stars was because they said they would take care of my shed gutters for free, but only if I left a good review. I would have gladly paid.

About a month after they cleaned my gutters, I noticed a clog in one gutter in particular and called to see what they could do. They immediately became defensive. I could hear a man in the background complaining that I was calling. I just wanted to see if they could come out and fix it. I would have gladly paid but they were so defensive.

I just said ok and hung up. They then sent me a defensive text but said they would come out and take care of it over the weekend.

When they showed up they were visibly mad, especially they way they pulled i to my driveway. They guy cleared the gutter and stormed past me with a handful of debris angrily saying I DID MY JOB THIS IS NEW DEBRIS. His hands were trembling either with fear or anger.

I told them if it was such a big problem they shouldn't have even come out. They offered to come out in the first place. He told me the I made him come out and hour and a half out of their way. NOPE, They elected to come "fix" the problem, they chose to make the offer and come out.

The whole time their son was just shaking his head and guarding me as if I was going to do something.

This place is real temperamental and immature in they way they act especially when a customer just calls in with some concerns. I literally just said "you were out here a month ago and I noticed one of my downspouts is clogged. I couldn't even say anything else before they went off the deep end and assumed I said they weren't doing their job. Like I said initially I would have gladly paid for their service but they offered and threw a tantrum when they got here.

A normal phone call could have gone something like this.

I'm having issues with a clogged gutter.

That was about a month a ago, but we'd be happy to take a look. However, if we see it's new debris we will have to charge for the visis/service.

No problem I just don't want water overflowing and pouring down in front of my door.

Customer service is everything and is what will get repeated business for life

Don't offer to do rework for a customer and then throw a tantrum when you get there.

Ridiculous!

Fredericksburg Lawn and Gutter did an awesome job with my Gutters they were on time and the price they charge isn't bad I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEIR BUSINESS AGAIN...

Jeff and his family are good hardworking honest folks. They do great work and are very fair and upfront about pricing plus they provide fast and very efficient service. Fredericksburg Gutter & Lawn did an excellent job cleaning my gutters. They came out promptly to give me an estimate and were able to get me on their schedule quickly. On the day of service, they messaged me to let me know they were on the way and when they arrived, they worked very efficiently. I appreciate their honesty, great communication, and quality of work! I will be calling them regularly for gutter cleanings.

This company does great work. They do the job they were hired for and more. The first time I used them they fixed a gutter that was coming off for now additional charge. They came again just today and cleaned my roof and gutters very thoroughly plus cleaned off my ramp and long sidewalk. These are old-school professionals who clearly take pride in their work and their good name, I highly recommend!

Responded immediately to my request for a quote, reasonable price, communicated about arrival time and cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards. While here, also cleaned my daughter/son in law gutters which were badly in need and much more extensive than mine. Very personable. That it is a family business is a plus for me.

The Porters were very efficient in cleaning our gutters. They let us know the approximate time of their arrival in the afternoon and gave us a 10 minute heads-up when they were on the way. Will definitely use this service in the future.

Hired to do an "emergency" cleanout after we realized our gutters were blocked, resulting in water entering the basement. We needed them cleared before the next storm. We called on a Saturday morning, and the other gutter places were either closed or wanted to schedule a "consult" for the following week. Fredericksburg Gutter and Lawn was able to give us a price over the phone, AND was here within two hours to clean the gutters. Friendly and excellent communication too. Next time they will be our first call.

This was the easiest experience I’ve ever had working with a home service company. Quote was quick, scheduling was quick, work was quick, just super straightforward and painless. It hasn’t rained yet so can’t confirm the gutter leaks are fixed but I definitely trust they’ll stand by their work if I end up needing them, and that they’ll be back quick too :)

Jeff and team were amazing!!!!!!!!! They scheduled us quickly and were super professional. It was super hot yet they got it done quickly and efficiently. There was damage to the gutter from the sprinkler company which caused a blockage and he remove the culprit so we don't need to worry about those water issues any more. They also checked the gutters to ensure there weren't other issues/concerns. I highly recommend this awesome team and am extremely grateful for them.
