we wanted to replace our dated stair and balcony railing for quite some time but couldn't find anyone we liked or trusted. we didn't think of a railing company until we looked at Virginia Railing web page and saw they also do indoor work. we had Reid the owner come out to view the railing and what we had in mind. from then on it was a very organized process. before the fabrication began they made sure we were happy with the design. they made sure we saw all the components that were to be assembled. installation was done profesionaly. they made sure not to make a mess and cleaned up every day. Job was competed pretty much on time with just a few glitches that were taken care of quickly. if you are thinking of indoor or outdoor railings use them. a pleasure to work with.

Project was to replace old decaying wooden rails at my mother's house. It was a pleasure to work with Virginia Rail and Gates. Quote was delivered in timely manner and suggestions made provided best solution. They were able to find brick subcontactor to repoint all steps in front and back as part of installation. Excellent communication on each step of deliverables. Final installation looks great! Well done.
