A couple of years ago, I witnessed the great job Mr. Esquivel & Co. did on my neighbors home. I later contacted Mr. Esqivel, and asked him to do my house. I'm very happy to announce that the job was done in a timely manner, with great skill, and detailed craftmanship. My area has really bad winds, when it rains, it pours, and the heat is at times unbearable, but the stucco has NO cracks, NO peeling, and the color and texture is still at 100 %. Victor is definitely the best in Las Cruces!! I originally met Mr. Esquivel working on a project for a mutual client. Victor went above and beyond for the client and was later called back to fix another contractors shotty craftsmanship. Later on I hired Victor to fix and repair the stucco at my moms home. She had already had an awful window installation about 5 years prior and the entire job needed to be re-done in addition to stucco and paint! Victor went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and professionally. I recommend Victor to all my clients looking for general maintenance and construction. When doing a major repair, make sure to hire a professional!

Victor and Hector are amazing! My house needed stucco repairs, painting and the roof needed to be completely redone. My house looks brand new! I have received compliments from four of my neighbors on how great my house looks. I referred him to two of my friends that need some repairs. I would hire them again!!!!

Victor was very responsive and provided a quote for repairing the damaged brickwork on my home within 24 hours. He and his team were very efficient and completed the work quickly. He did a fantastic job!! We basically handed him a bucket of broken brick and he made the wall look like there wasn't any damage to begin with. We will recommend Victor to anyone and everyone!

I would highly recommend Victor's business to anyone who needs exterior home repair. He was very responsive and came out to do an pre-inspection the same day that I contacted him. He completed the requested repairs in a few days and went above and beyond by completing some extra repairs to my home's stucco siding that wasn't in our original contract.

Esquivel Construction repaired the parapets and walls on my house and did an excellent job! Very friendly and respectful! New exactly what they were doing! Mr. Esquivel does good quality work for a good price. Very friendly and takes his time to make sure the job is done correctly.

My 60 year old house was in dire need of repair. There were cracks and holes in the plastic, mismatched stucco and plaster, I had previously replaced the windows and decided to stucco the house. Three other businesses never returned my calls. I contacted a contractor and they highly recommended Esquibel Construction. Victor, owner of this business, arrived and explained to me how this would be done. Victor applied black tar paper and wire mesh to all the bump outs on the windows, garage door opening, a previously built entryway, and covered the attic ends of the house. Then he proceeded to repair the cracks and holes in the old plaster. Then he pressure washed the whole house and let it dry. He then covered windows, door openings, side walks and the patio for protection. He then applied the base bonding agent. After allowing it to dry, he applied the Stowes color coat. It took approximately 6 hours to apply the color coat. After that, he proceeded to do the clean up part. Now my house looks brand new. I would highly recommended Victor and his crew for any and all stucco repairs and redos. THANK YOU, VICTOR. GOD BLESS!!

Victor and his crew did a wonderful job... very professionally. From the time they did the bumpouts on each window and around the garage door, put the black paper and wire mesh, to the bonding base coat. They did the stucco yesterday and it looks beautiful!! Had a crack in my stucco from settling and damage caused by a landscaper to one of my columns that was not properly repaired. Victor came quickly for the estimate, was very professional and finished the job ahead of schedule. Very pleased with his work.

Last year Victor Esquivel put the stucco on my newly constructed (26’w x 50’d x 20’h) workshop. I was totally satisfied. My neighbor liked his work and had Esquivel Construction paint the exterior of his house and detached garage. I liked his work so much I had him back to stucco and tape/texture my remodeled garage. Plan to have him back again to repair the stucco on my house, then paint it.

Had a leak in the roof other companys have came and tryed fixing it with no luck i was recomended to use esquivel construction to do the repairs i called them and they came right away to do an estimate decided to give them a try was very happy with my decision did a great job no more leaks and also did some remodeling while they were there they do great work will recomend to anyone needing work done to there homes
