I just want to say how absolutely wonderful it was to work with this company. They handled everything including all the exterior painting I needed. They were on time, fast, efficient and so clean that you didn’t even know they had been here except for how beautiful my new roof is. I highly recommend Veteran’s Roofing Co. and Veteran’s Painting Co. for a Fantastic job.

***update*** :(Spoke to Thomas (CEO) on 12/13 and he guaranteed me the materials and trash bin will be delivered today 12/20/23. It is 3:08pm and no one has showed up. Thomas sends me straight to VM and Zack the production manager will not answer the email sent today. I have no faith the roof will be done at all and may have to press charges like they did in Troup county****Contracted them in May 2023 and they have been paid in full and 7 months later my roof has not been fixed. Getting answers or a person to speak with is a joke. They have stolen my money and piece of mind. ROOF IS STILL LEAKING

I am a new home owner. When a storm came damaging my roof I was really worried about all the work for a new roof. I got a recommendation for them and when they finished my roof it looked amazing. They started and finished all in one day.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not use Veteran's Roofing or Thomas Bouhan for your roofing needs. We have paid him in full for a roof through our insurance claim and we now have a lien on our home for the supplies used as he has yet to pay the supplier. I have spoken to the attorney who filed the Lien and there are at least two other properties that have a lien on them as well. I also know another client that has paid in full and they have been waiting for over a month for Thomas to get them a date for their install and does not. Please find someone else for your roofing needs.

I paid this company in October was quoted that it would be after January that my roof would be installed but due to “Georgia weather” its now months later and I still have nothing to show for it. Not a phone call not a roof not an email with anything. For a “veteran owned” company this is the most unprofessional, unorganized, load of baloney I’ve ever seen.

Their dedication to exceptional customer service went beyond the job site, as they filed our claim and met with the insurance adjuster on our behalf. It's evident that veterans have a drive for excellence in everything they do. We highly recommend Veteran's Roofing Company to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Jose Garcia from Veteran’s Roofing is wonderful. He inspected the ceiling leak and correctly found the siding problem (a technician from another company diagnosed it as different problem). Jose replaced the damaged siding the following day professionally and responsibly.

Our roof was so old we had to get a new one. Our neighbor recommended Veterans Roofing and they certainly delivered. Great folks doing excellent work. A+ from us.

I feel sorry for the less than upstanding insurance company that tries to weasel out of paying with Veteran’s. They will have met their match in Brandon for sure. We had nothing to worry about relative to replacing our roof with his involvement.

We feared the worst when going to check out the damages to our vacation home after the storm. Our fears were warranted. It was a mess. A buddy I served with told me they offered discounts to vets here. We were able to have the place re-roofed and re-sided much more reasonably than expected.

We were able to get a new roof because Veterans Roofing worked with insurance. The new roof looks great and we are glad there are no more leaks.

Storm came in and laid claim to our gutters. The ones that did not end up in the neighbors yard were beyond repair. I was set on going with Veterans because we are a brotherhood. Even my insurance company was glad to hear their name as my desired company. They have done a lot of work through them and know of their work firsthand. That was enough for me.

We had very good experience with all three folks from this company, the salesman, the owner, and the handyman/technician. They are very nice and professional. They identified an issue of our roof, and repaired it very well. We are thankful to all of them. I highly recommend this company!

Knowing that it might take a while to get things in line with insurance, they tarped us up immediately so that we incurred no further damage until repairs could begin. That is the kind of customer service everyone deserves.

A vet always likes to hear vet-owned when choosing a provider. But Veteran's was so much more. Kyle worked so well with the insurance company for us that all we had to do was sit back while our badly needed new roof was installed. When I served, I gave it my all and that is exactly my opinion of the service this fine company provides.

Thomas the manager is a hands-on owner which is awesome; Zach was the main guy who basically is there through the whole install. He answered all my questions, and made sure everything was cleaned up spotless upon finishing. He was so professional and friendly.

Nice company to do business with. We thought we'd only need a roof repair, but they got up on the roof and showed us pictures of the damage, worse than we thought, so we decided to bite the bullet and get a new roof. Fair price and the job was completed on time.

Everyone from their company was very friendly and professional. They did most of the leg work sorting things out with our insurance agency and when the time came they did a fantastic job on the roof. I was also very happy with the cleanliness and that they took every little piece of scrap from the old roof away.

Funny how the estimates we received from competitors were way over theirs. We heard a plethora of excuses as to why our job was so challenging. Veteran’s didn’t seem to think any of the excuses of the others had any validity and handled our job just fine.

I chose "Veteran's Roofing Company" because of the reviews and any business that cater's to all & any type of servicemember's is a plus in my book. Being a newly homeowner, I was coached throughout the process and now have gained knowledge for the future. A proper inspection revealed that I had lots of shingles missing and was susceptible to water damage; I also loved the fact that Veteran's Roofing Company worked closely w/ my homeowner's insurance company. The option list for shingles were amazing and the new architectual shingles can withstand over 130 mph wind that they offer! My roof was installed in one-day which was "impeccable!" Clean up afterwards was neat and clean. I'm satisfied.

It’s not often that teachers get good discounts, but this company gives teachers a $500 instant rebate! I was so excited when I heard this. As a teacher, I don’t make a ton of money, so any discount like this is genuinely appreciated. They did a wonderful job on our roof too. We were very happy with their efficiency and the quality of the finished roof.

Hail damage to several homes in our neighborhood. Our next door neighbor used (and recommended) Veterans Roofing Company, and I couldn't be happier. They didn't just look at the roof, they checked it with a drone. They came by when my own insurance adjustor came by, and successfully increased the estimate with the proof images to cover ALL damage.

They handled all the communication with the HOA and insurance, handled getting the checks to the right parties for signatures, provided us everything we needed to choose the new roof color, and when we were ready, ordered the materials for us. It couldn't have been easier!

Amazingly, they took off the old roof and installed the new one in a single day. The work was excellent, their men professional, and I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their roof! An amazing crew and an amazing company.

They were timely, professional and did good work. Management and field personnel coordinated all work actively and job was done in one day. They assisted in getting roof filters removed prior to re-roof and coordinate re-installation of roof filters after re-roof completed.

We purchased a house that was in desperate need of a new roof and upgraded gutters. We decided to have Veteran's Roofing give us an estimate because they had inspected my in-laws roof and told them that it did not need to be replaced. We wanted a company that would be honest with us and not try to sell us things that we did not need.

Our experience with Veteran's Roofing was fantastic from the initial estimate to the follow up after the work was completed. They were on-time for every appointment. They were very knowledgeable about the products and services they were offering and helped us to make good decisions for our home. The estimate that they gave us was much lower than another estimate we had received from a local company that we had previously used. With both the roof and the gutters, the installation crew arrived on time and finished within a day. All of the debris was cleaned up, leaving us with no complaints and a quality service.

Because of the delays in getting building supplies this summer, Veteran's had to go above and beyond to get the project completed to meet our goals. The shingles we had selected were not available, so Veteran's ordered us a higher quality product at no extra cost to us. They sacrificed part of their profit margin on the project to make a customer happy! We can't thank them enough and the roof with the upgraded shingles is stunning!
