We hired Verde Restoration to replace our roof and siding as part of an insurance claim and it was one of the most positive experiences I have had in my life. Jose and his father made sure I was kept up to date on the project along the way, they texted me photos of issues as they arose, and were constantly on the lookout for any potential issues we needed to be aware of and address. At no point did I feel like they were stacking work to make more money. They were looking out for me and my home and my family. We ran into an issue with a rotted window and they addressed it right away, and were fully transparent about process and cost.

Their staff and subs are courteous and polite. They clean up after themselves and they do the things right, rather than turning and burning just to get to the next one. The attention to detail was very apparent.

If you are looking for an honest, professional, personable and reliable contractor then you need to call Verde Restoration. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Amazing people, amazing workmanship, amazing company.

Thito who does the estimates, you have to watch. He has a side business rain gutters, and drywall. Always asks for 200 hundred for supplies. But never shows up. A 16×18 inch of drywall took him 3 weeks to do 3 inches. I fired him next door neighbor did the job in less then two hours. He takes advantage of seniors.

The guy name Jose who came to inspect the home initially spoke with my brother and when I called for a follow up because my parents didn’t speak English and my brother is busy at work, jose was extremely disrespectful. He belittled me by telling me I have no experience with roofing so he will not be talking to me. Like obviously, I don’t know much which is why I’m trying to hire someone like you; a “professional “. If you can’t even explain to your clients what you are doing or how you can proceed to helping out the home owners, how do I expect you to do a good job on the home. Complete waste of time and money. If he can’t respect the home owners, I doubt he will treat your home with respect.

Verde was a really great choice for our family. We needed a new roof due to storm damage. One of their senior staff, Jose, met with my Insurance adjuster and coordinated everything for us. After we picked out what shingles to go with we got a dumpster and supplies delivered and the roofing job was done in a SINGLE DAY. I highly recommend them and can say with full satisfaction that you won't regret your choice if you use them. A+!

We recently worked with Verde Restorations for a re-roofing project. They were incredibly personable and professional. They completed all work that was agreed upon in a timely fashion. They were very responsive to our questions and provided personalized support throughout. The roofing team they hired to do the job were incredibly efficient and completed the job to our agreed upon specifications.

Working with Verde was a very positive experience. We felt supported by them throughout the entire project. We will definitely consider working with them on future home building projects.

I cannot recommend Verde Restorations more highly.

After two failed attempts at having our hail damaged roof approved by our insurance company to be redone-- Verde was able to have the work 100% approved.

Moreover-- the work -- now complete-- looks fantastic. Additional work on the siding, deck and trim also top notch.

The company was patient-- as we took our time-- and when ready to go-- The work was scheduled and completed within a week.

I have complete confidence in this company and the advise that they give. They are easy to talk with-- and extremely efficient, honest and fair.
