We hired Verde Restoration to replace our roof and siding as part of an insurance claim and it was one of the most positive experiences I have had in my life. Jose and his father made sure I was kept up to date on the project along the way, they texted me photos of issues as they arose, and were constantly on the lookout for any potential issues we needed to be aware of and address. At no point did I feel like they were stacking work to make more money. They were looking out for me and my home and my family. We ran into an issue with a rotted window and they addressed it right away, and were fully transparent about process and cost.
Their staff and subs are courteous and polite. They clean up after themselves and they do the things right, rather than turning and burning just to get to the next one. The attention to detail was very apparent.
If you are looking for an honest, professional, personable and reliable contractor then you need to call Verde Restoration. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Amazing people, amazing workmanship, amazing company.
Thito who does the estimates, you have to watch. He has a side business rain gutters, and drywall. Always asks for 200 hundred for supplies. But never shows up. A 16×18 inch of drywall took him 3 weeks to do 3 inches. I fired him next door neighbor did the job in less then two hours. He takes advantage of seniors.
The guy name Jose who came to inspect the home initially spoke with my brother and when I called for a follow up because my parents didn’t speak English and my brother is busy at work, jose was extremely disrespectful. He belittled me by telling me I have no experience with roofing so he will not be talking to me. Like obviously, I don’t know much which is why I’m trying to hire someone like you; a “professional “. If you can’t even explain to your clients what you are doing or how you can proceed to helping out the home owners, how do I expect you to do a good job on the home. Complete waste of time and money. If he can’t respect the home owners, I doubt he will treat your home with respect.
