We couldn’t be more thrilled with our kitchen renovation. Laela guided us to Granite Glen in Crimora, and we chose a beautiful fantasy pink countertop with honed finish. The natural stone is a gorgeous peaceful highlight and delight every day. Additional overhead lighting and removal of hanging cupboards has transformed our kitchen. The custom drawers that were added to replace empty space blend perfectly with our re-finished cupboards. Venture and co-opted carpenters and painters were very responsive. Last year Venture did beautiful work on our master bath renovation. We highly recommend Venture.

Hired Venture Builders to rebuild our back porch. The project included complete tear down of the old porch and constructing a new porch. Had a great experience from the beginning. The best part of working with them was their communication. Project plans were concise. They were always easy to reach with questions and requests and kept us in the loop when parts for the pergula were delayed. Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with and made an effort to keep the worksite clean during and after the project. As for the final results the porch is very well built; we can appreciate the high quality build and materials used.

The Venture Builders team was amazing to work with! We had a unique project and had many contractors come to look at it. Jeremy was the only one who created a solid plan and approach to the issue and it turned out better than expected. We were a "fill in" project which meant they would work on our job when they had the time between other projects. They were very good at communicating when they would be here and what to expect. This also allowed our project to be done months earlier than expected!

We remodeled our garage into an apartment for my parents. It was a big project requiring a lot of planning and creative design to make a small space meet a lot of needs, including accessibility for aging parents. Venture Builders offered great design ideas and had good communication. The apartment is beautiful and I am so grateful to Venture Builders and their professional team!

Venture took down two walls to create a new entryway and converted a space formerly accessible only by the outside into a new laundry room. They did drywall, plumbing, trim, electrical, HVAC, flooring etc and everything turned out beautifully! They were so easy to work with, friendly and professional and they were on time and well under budget! Look forward to working with them again!

We had a 250 Sq Ft deck removed and replaced with a 500 Sq Ft deck with a roof over half. The collaborative refined design of our ideas and execution was great. We're really happy with the result.

I had Venture Builders replace my existing deck with a brand new sun-room. Jeremy was so great to work with all along the way! I gave him my ideas; he then had architectural renderings drawn up and helped me in picking out all the finishes. His whole team did a tremendous job with the new addition and tied it into the existing house seamlessly by turning windows into doors and sealing up other windows. Another project successfully completed by Venture. After having them complete two bathroom renovations, we were very happy that they agreed to come and complete a smaller project by installing a new kitchen backsplash.

Fantastic company to work with. Our remodel was not major so they were able in between other larger projects. Took only 5 days to complete following: 1. Removal of countertops, appliance garage, sink, stove cook top, laminate backsplash, florescent under counter light, and phone outlet. 2. Install new countertops, 4 inch backsplash and sink. 3. Install new sink faucet and disposal. 4. Install LED lights under cabinets and dual air switch for disposal. 5. Reinstall appliance garage and paint wall area that was behind original backsplash. 6. Install new smooth surface cook top.

Jeremy and his team were excellent partners and helped build a fantastic addition to my deck for a new hot tub. My experience with Venture was easy and efficient from start to finish. Jeremy was extremely responsive and helpful in getting my project finished with random time constraints due to the house's listing on AirBnB. The deck itself turned out amazing, and I appreciated the consultative nature of our agreement. If I have any more building requirements, I'll definitely be working with Venture in the future.

Venture Builders created a second bathroom and installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout our one-bathroom property. They were amazing to work with. Layla was our designer and our main point of contact, and she ensured there was excellent communication with us throughout the project. Venture Builders was able to coordinate the multiple contractors needed for the project (plumber, electrician, flooring, carpenters, etc) to create an entirely new bathroom and whole-house flooring in 3 weeks. The project turned out beautifully, and I highly recommend Venture Builders.
