Veloz Homes

We made an appointment to meet with them on a Wednesday afternoon. Got there and no one was there to greet us so we hung out until someone walked in the office. We said we were there for an appointment to look over floor plans and what not. Charles (I believe that's who it was) said to just go look through the model home next door. So we did. We were ready to see something more of our price range and in our preferred area. I told Charles that we were interested in a lower price range $250K and in the Metro Verde area. He said there were a couple lots we could look at and gave us the address (nothing written down). Then he said he would text me and we could set up an appointment.... but we had already set up the appointment we were at! I also asked for any kind of info that had pricing we could look over, he said he didn't have anything and would have to sit down on the computer and look at options. Said again we needed another appointment. So no text that Thursday or Friday. Finally Friday afternoon I called them. Got a different guy. He said to text him what we wanted and the areas we were looking to build in. He then said we would meet Wednesday at 5:30 to look at a home in our preferred area that had a similar floor plan of what I was interested in. Said he would text me the address and email the details of some of the extra features we wanted. I let him know we were really interested and as long as we could get what we wanted we were ready to sign and get the build going. No email was ever received, no address was ever sent to me. Come Wednesday no one reached out regarding our appointment.
I have to say this was the worst service we have received when looking for a builder in Las Cruces. I felt like my money was not work their time since I didn't want a $500K home... Very disappointed with them. Will not be using them for our home or recommending to anyone.

I bought one of the houses they build, in Las Cruces, NM. Overall a very nice house, a very nice area and a competitive price. The people from Veloz have been professional and competent.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!! From start to AFTER the completion, Veloz Homes, Jason Lorenz did a fabulous job building our Custom home and insuring our satisfaction. The attention to detail was second to none and the after care after completion has been top shelf. Can not say enough about the Veloz team, from our pleasant and caring white glove treatment from Jason Lorenz, Owner to Timmy Feagin our Veloz Representative, Steve Sofranek our Veloz Construction Superintendent, and Wendy Curtain, Veloz estimator/customer care. The team paid attention to detail, our concerns, our ideas, offered great assistance and creativity throughout the process. Veloz Homes added touches beyond our own design which were implemented, and as it turns out is the icing on the cake! We are so happy with our new home in Talavera, it is beautiful, well constructed and the service after the sale and construction is superb. Thank you Jason, Timmy, Wendy and Steve for the vision, expertise, creativity, professional service and always polite over the top customer service!
