Francisco and his team did a fantastic job repainting several rooms for us. The house is from the 1830s and as a result has several difficult spaces/walls to paint. Each space was handled carefully and showed an exceptional attention to detail. When they left, each room was cleaned thoroughly and you wouldn't have known someone had just been working there.

We contacted Vazquez Lopez to tape and paint a room over our garage. They also completed the installation of new hardwood laminate flooring, trim, baseboard and completed painting of all walls and trim. They were very neat, respectful of our property and in our opinion, exceeded our expectations for the work we requested. Fransisco and his team deserve the utmost credit for their job well done. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent work by Francisco and his team. He always shows up on time and works efficiently to get the job done. We’ve had our deck leveled, a closet removed and drywall/flooring replaced, and, most recently, significant water damage repair, which included flooring, cabinets and walls. These guys do amazing work and I will continue to use Francisco for my home repair needs!

Francisco and team cut and installed a huge butcher block countertop, including a cutout and install for a farmhouse sink. The butcherblock had to be cut in a "v" for an L shape and match its counterpart. Since my house is old, he had to work miracles to make sure everything was lined up and flush, even though the walls and cabinets were not. He also pulled an old vanity in the bathroom and installed a new one. Super professional, everything looks wonderful. Reasonably priced.

Replaced siding, painted siding, replaced and painted exterior doors, replaced boards and stained deck, cleaned gutters and added a needed downspout, custom built a Coppola on a chimney, replaced garage door.

Franck poured two sidewalks for me, then painted the exterior of my house and all trim work. Excellent quality, neat and clean, reasonable prices and very professional.
