Brett, the owner, was easy to work with and the staff who did the power washing were careful and did a good job and they were nice to have around.

The crew arrived 5 minutes before scheduled time, very professional, polite. They helped me move the plants away from the walls of the house, and moved them back after they were done. They explained the process in details, answered all of my questions. They did a great job, were professional and respectful. Highly recommended!!! My house looks amaizing after their job!

Excellent service! I had black stains on my gutters, green algae on my stairs, dirt on my trim, and pollen and grime on both porches. Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning took care of everything with great care. They gently cleaned all surfaces and even protected my spring plants by pre/post-spraying them. They also made sure my rain barrels didn’t get any cleaning solution in them. They spent most of the day making everything look beautiful again. I highly recommend them!

Parts of my home are notoriously hard to pressure wash. Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning came in and took care of the entire house before lunch. They did a wonderful job and got all of the bugs and guts and stains off of my white vinyl siding. I'm impressed and will use their services again.

They walked through how weep holes work, oxidation of siding, red clay / rust stains - what can and can't cleaned by a soft wash. I don't have a large house, however it is 2 story with vinyl siding which makes it difficult for me to clean. Blue ridge Exterior did a good job and left the house looking almost new in appearance.

We chose Blue Ridge Exterior to clean the outside of our house because they responded very quick and stayed in touch with us the entire time up to the cleaning. I was blown away with how they cleaned everything. The house looks like new again and they used very low spray pressure. Not sure what the secret is but we will be calling them back every year.

We have cedar siding on our house which had not been touched in probably 15 years. It was covered in black mold and mildew. I tried to power wash it on my own but that was too laborious. I called BREC and they promised to return it to its classic light shade with a low pressure wash system. I was very doubtful however they were true to their word. The house looks like it has new siding on it. Unreal. They were also very reasonably priced. Could not recommend more highly.

They did an outstanding job - roofs was a mess and now looks like new; one is slate and the other is shingle. And they also pressure washed our walk while they were at it. Very professional and helpful!

Every aspect of Blue Ridge's business is adaptable and professional, from the courteous setup of the site visit and reasonable estimate to the billing itself. While our initial estimate was for all the eastern facing roofing, my wife requested that they tackle the west side of the to-be-worked on eastern side of the garage roof. Brett kindly agreed to do so with a minor (and very reasonable) price adjustment. We also had a section of tough stain on the east side of the garage roof that the initial cleaning application appeared to not resolve. Brett told us that if the black fungus was not gone in several days, we should call the office to arrange a second application at no additional charge. Blue Ridge was back within ten days and the roof stain is now gone. We were so pleased with Blue Ridge's excellent customer service that we are having them return to clean the exteriors of our roof gutters that have not been touched in 22 years. My wife and I could not be more pleased with Blue Ridge's service.
