Levi and his team gave a fair price compared to others and they busted out a complete new roof in only a few days. We had issues with mold that he helped us solve by collaborating with another company without me having to worry about it or coordinate everything.

Everything looks great and can tell is very professionally done. They even cleaned my gutters without asking.

We highly recommend Vault Roofing. We were contemplating a new roof as it was time for one and starting with the fellow who knocked on our door, he wasn’t the typical solicitor. We had a couple of bids from two other roofing companies and I checked out Vault, the reviews and thought it wouldn’t hurt to get a third opinion. Levi came and we discussed the options and he brought samples of the shingles and metal guard. We had a good feeling about Levi and his timeliness so we went with Value roofing. He started right on date and time estimated. The crew was mindful of the trees and shrubs in the beds so they would stay protected from the nails and debris. They worked from sun up to sun down for two and a half days and when the crew finished they cleaned the grounds and Levi followed up with a metal detector and one would never have known we just had construction on our roof. The roof looks great and a job very nicely done!

I am really glad I contacted Vault Roofing/Levi. Their customer service is really outstanding. Levi helped me navigate working with my insurance company to cover the cost of my roof repair and walked me through every step of process. My roof had literally blown off during a wind storm and Levi was kind enough to cover it with a tarp before starting work. My roof also looks great and I felt confident in the quality of the work. Definitely would recommend Vault Roofing to anyone!

Working with Vault Roofing was a good experience and Levi just feels like an honest person to hire. He promptly answered questions via phone/text and let me know when he was running late. Great work, and even better customer service...a sadly rare combination these days. What I loved about my experience with vault roofing is that they took the time to make sure I was happy with the work, which I was. I have a small one story rambler, nothing too extreme for a roofer and the price was fair, the work was done on time, and they cleaned up well.

This review is long overdue. We had our roof done in November of last year, 2023. Levi, the owner/operator came to our house to give us an estimate (along with several other companies). Levi spent more time with us than any other salesman, answering and guiding us along the way. We felt his honesty and sincerity. Levi was the only person from any company who followed through more than once while we were trying to make this decision. Although his bid was not the least expensive, we decided to go with his company, Vault Roofing. We are extremely happy that we did. Levi far exceeded our expectations and immediately took care of any concerns along the way.
We have now had dealings with other contractors for other items at our home and nothing has gone as smooth as it did with Levi/Vault.
