I had a roof leak that another construction company couldn't fix. Two years dragged on, they kept sending teams out, and the leak kept dribbling down the wall. I gave up on them and called TV. He came out and didn't start by smearing everything with caulk. First thing, he EXAMINED it, felt around, thought about it, looked a second time, and fixed it. He's a smart guy and I'd hire him again in a minute for anything I thought he could do.

We called Vaughan Construction to clean our moss covered roof. It took them almost all day to deal with the build up. We'll now set up a regular maintenance schedule with them. Excellent work. Arrived promptly. Fair price. Finally a business we can trust!

All it took was a follow-up phone call to decide not to go with them. He was extremely rude and just lost my business. I called on October 1st at 3:17pm to follow-up about a call I had placed the previous week asking for a bid. When I called, no one had answered for several rings so I was expecting to go to voicemail, but eventually he had answered. I stuttered for a second as I was trying to collect my thoughts, when he began to mock me. Offended at the unprofessional behavior, I started to say, "Sorry, I must have dialed the wrong number. I was trying to get a hold of~", when he hung up on me before I could finish. Afterward I verified the number I had dialed to what was listed in Google and made sure they matched before leaving a review. Let this serve as a warning to anyone else considering this business for any work to be done.

Troy did an awesome job! Vaughan Construction was great to work with, awesome price! Troy and the crew were very nice to have at our house! They were respectful of our house and things that were outside and careful to not break things. Cleaned up so well after the job. Our roof looks so much better and we are so happy we chose them to do the job! Thank you so so much!

Troy and his crew from Vaughan Construction did an amazing job on my house. He is super friendly and at all time he explained the process. He left the house looking amazing. Will definitely recommend to anybody that will ask for a roofer.
