Vasquez Roofing did such an amazing job. My 115 year old house looks NEW!! Did siding and new porch. Neighbors are stopping by asking who did this!! Such a great job so professional and nice. 5 Stars for sure! I live in Oelwein and had Vasquez Roofing come out and put new siding on my garage- which was in sad shape with holes in the wood! The siding matches my house perfectly! They also repaired damage to the block by the overhead door and repaired the frame to the back door. They did an absolute EXCELLENT job!!! And the price was VERY fair - much better than the other estimates I had gotten! So impressed with their work that I'll be calling later this week to get an estimate to have a new deck done and repairs to my front porch!

Melvin and his crew did great job with replacement of our roof. They are efficient and work great as team. Everything was done in one day. I would definitely recommend them if you have any roofing or perhaps other construction needs.

Melvin was prompt answering our call. He met us and replaced a section of our roof that needed much work the SAME DAY. He was polite and a great listener. He also did several roofs on my block. In one word Vasquez Roofing is excellent ! Highly recommend them if you need your roof done.

I hate to leave negative reviews but I feel compelled to do so as I have not had a good experience and want to make others aware. 1st we agreed that the chimney base trim/flashing was to be done in advance, it was not and later after calling multiple times it was not done later either. 2nd we noticed that the gutters are leaking between the facia board when it rains. This was not the case before the roof was replaced. Probably something to do with the drip edge. Again these guys are hard to get ahold of and do not follow up on missed work or mistakes.

July 2024 Update - Changing this to 3 Starts from originally 1 Star. They did come out to fix the leaking gutter deal.

This team is top notch! Our roof was damaged during a hail storm. They made the process super simple and did a great job. They even moved my planter boxes and yard lights so they would not get damaged and placed them back once finished. Also, they did an extremely good job at cleaning everything up once finished! Reliable and got it done in 2 days!! This team was a well oiled machine and I would definitely recommend them!!

In the past Year, I have used Vasquez roofing to replace three roofs that were damaged in last Summers hail storm. I have also had them replace the siding on a house. Along with the siding they did new fascia, soffit and gutters. They have been very conscientious and thorough. They have experienced crews that do the work that work very efficiently together to finish the job in a timely manner. They provided a very cost effective solution to my roofing and siding needs.
