A pipe burst in the ceiling of my basement and ServPro was able to get out to us in a very quick manner. They handled everything with expertise. They communicated with my insurance company to handle the costs effectively. After all the repairs my basement looks better now than it did before the water. I can’t thank you guys enough for everything. One other thing is just the decency we were given from the workers. Terry was extremely pleasant and my dog Teddy loved him too. I have two young children so it’s a busy house sometimes and the workers definitely made it work nicely!

NICE JOB....Jennifer and Autumn cleaned and treated windows from new construction. Both ladies very detail oriented...both knew their job extremely well... I was VERY impressed...with the windows AND them !! Will definitely have them again. Ask for these two , you won't be disappointed.

Experience with the project manager JP was great. He was very informative, as well as walked me through all next steps with a sense of urgency. The only reason I would not leave five stars is because the technicians left a blade underneath the floor tape and I have small children which could have been very bad! Overall experience was good other than that!

We had a pipe burst in our basement and quickly called ServPro to come in and get all the water out of the basement. They came on a Saturday evening and spent 4-5 hours working hard to get things drying. JP has been so wonderful to work with for our basement project! He has been great with communication and so helpful with the process/what to expect next. No one wants this problem but it’s been rather easy to handle thanks to the staff at ServPro!

They were very professional. Jeremiah kept us informed along the whole process. They were courteous and worked very hard. We would use this company again.

We had a water leak in our production facility. Brett and his crew were there immediately, creating a plan, and getting to work on the clean up. We cannot thank them enough!!

When our upstairs bathroom overflowed resulting in water pouring through the ceiling of our main level, Servpro stepped in immediately and handled all of it for us. They came to our house daily to check on the progress and worked with our insurance to make sure everything was fixed properly. They were diligent, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with through the entire process. The damage to our ceiling was completely fixed, and we can’t even tell there was an issue with the ceiling. It’s like it never happened!

On a different issue, we had water damage in our main level bathroom. The floor, vanity, and toilet all had to be ripped up and drywall had to be replaced. Again, Servpro was so easy to work with, walking us through an overwhelming process and handling everything for us.

Servepro has bailed us out so many times! I wouldn’t trust anyone as much as we trust them with our home!

These guys have been in my house literally today makes two weeks. They are a cleaning service. I had water damage and some more. When Ben walked in my house this morning he did not say a word. They started to gather their equipment as they were finished. I asked them was it dry down there, Ben said he would have to grab his meter and check. You think that would have been done before taking out all the drying equipment. Well he never checked. And they never cleaned and disinfected the laundry room as I was told they would by their boss Brett. They came in a tore my house up. Was here for literally 2 weeks and they left standing feces in my laundry room floor. I am and have not been happy with their service, but I am sure I will be charged an huge ordeal. They were rude when leaving. They were walking out without saying an even good bye or we are all done. Just nothing. They never kept me updated on the process it was like pulling teeth to get an update, they also cut down my ceiling in a closet without my permission. They said they got permission from my insurance adjuster. Well last I knew I am the o pay one who could make decisions like that for my house and paying for it now the insurance company. I make the decisions. I have called the office several times to speak to a manager and they are never available. Waiting on a call back currently. Serv pro handle came in and uprooted my life for the last 2 weeks and even though they tore my house up and just left. I am glad they are gone. Can’t wait to see this invoice!!! I am not the easy person to please, but this is my house I work everyday to pay for. And I expect professionalism and good results no matter what. I will pay the bill, but I will never use their service again. Update- Brett the manager called me being all pissy, because I told him to call the insurance people. He wanted to know about my deductible and I said that would be now of his business as long as they are getting paid. I will never deal with them again! And after sending my insurance the pics on how they left my place, they can deal with them cause that’s who is paying them.

We had a horrible hoarder in a rental unit that was found after a water pipe break- ServePro BH county has been amazing at getting there to clean out the literal tons of garbage, as well as the water damage. Servpro did a great job cleaning our carpet as well as dusting all furniture impacted by a flooded basement. They were coordinated and organized throughout the job.

These guys were awesome to work with. Brett and the crew were very friendly and helpful thru the whole process. We were selling our house and inspectors found some mold areas. We had already moved out of town and weren’t sure what to do but Brett and crew came over and assessed the situation and got everything taken care of for us so our sale could go thru. Servpro did a great job cleaning my shop and getting the smoke smell out after a small fire accident which caused a lot of smoke damage. They went above and beyond on making sure everything got cleaned and checked in periodically with me for updates or any concerns or questions I had. I was worried that the smoke smell would be there forever but Brett and his crew got it removed within a few days. I was very impressed. The crew was very friendly and really impressed me when I told them to not worry about wiping down an old John Deere 60 I had tore apart in the shop and they went ahead and did it anyways. It was nice to see that tractor shine that bright as it is very sentimental to me. Class act.

Over the past ten months I have worked with Brett to complete a couple pretty daunting jobs. Although very busy, Brett was always polite and responsive. He maintained outstanding communication and his actions became very predictable, never any surprises.

Now for the rest of the staff; professional, timely, trustworthy and hard working. You never know what to expect and I was amazed to be left feeling better after each interaction. The office staff was always very kind and personable. The two teams that arrived to make things happen all showed up with good attitudes. The attention to detail and the care that was given when completing each job exceeded my expectations. Little direction was needed and they definitely went above and beyond. Hard to find a company these days that does exactly what they say they are going to do. Even the payment process was easy! Had a sump pump fail and flooded the entire basement. They extracted the water and were able to save the carpet and pad. No damage to the walls as they were there timely.

We hired ServPro of Black Hawk County to do a deep-clean of the commercial-grade Vulcan stove in our church kitchen, and I was SO impressed with them! From the moment that I sent an initial inquiry to the day that they came to clean, their communication was always prompt and friendly. And they did an AMAZING job on the stove! Our unit has 6 gas burners, a griddle, and two ovens, and they cleaned every inch of it, removing and cleaning the grates, oven racks, etc., as they went. They were even able to remove some "burned-on" residue that a different cleaning company in the past had left behind. They also did a great job cleaning the space when they were finished; apart from the sparkling stove, you couldn't even tell that they had been there. I'm so grateful for their hard work and professional attitude! There's no question who I'll call for our next stove cleaning.

Super fast and knowledgeable. Did a great job. Worked really well with my insurance. Was super happy with the result. Would highly recommend them. Will use them again when a disaster strikes. We have a $1000 deductible and it was a $4770 project just to get it dried out. The contractors all had their bills but having insurance through USAA saved our butts.

Honestly, if your home is in need of any kind of damage remediation this is the only company you should be calling. Scott deserves every bit of business they receive. He always goes above and beyond. He will also help you receive what you deserve from your insurance agency.
Without him and his team my wife and I would be left paying for thousands of dollars in damage that should be covered from our home owners insurance.
You will find nothing better in this area.

This team is great! Inspected our room the same day we called (pure luck that they had an opening) and were able to schedule the mold removal and remediation for the following week.

They made sure a bad situation was as painless as possible. They have been very responsive to every contact we've made, every question we've asked, and worked directly with our insurance carrier to make sure everything was done the correct way. I have been dealing with mold mitigation in my travel trailer after my water heater cracked leaking water. My wife and I on two seperate occasions spent days cleaning it up and used a dehumidifier and each time we went to use it, it had returned. Wife said that was enough and we need professional help in cleaning it.
I called around to 6 different places looking for those that had camper mold mitigation experience and Servpro said they did. Brett traveled to the location I had my camper stored and reviewed the situation and provided a quote via email. He said on a scale of 1 to 10 this was about a 5 to 6. I'd hate to see a 10 since mine was bad enough. I made arrangements for a couple weeks later to remove my stuff from the camper at my home and then drive and set up the camper in their parking lot with the slider open. They provided security precautions so no one would enter overnight and also have security cameras.
The next day the plugged in my camper and two people cleaned the camper top to bottom with their chemicals, cleaned the carpet and upholstery, bathroom, and went thru all cabinets and storage areas. Then used a gas to kill any microbes that could have been missed. I picked it up a couple days later and it was very clean and smelled good. Staff was very courteous and friendly and some owned campers so they knew where to look for hidden areas to clean. I was very happy with the results. I took it straight to storage for the winter and plan to check it monthly for the next few months and next spring to make sure it does not return. If not then I would feel confident we killed it.
So at this point I would highly recommend Servpro for cleaning a camper for mold. It wasn't cheap, but I couldn't use it until it was cleaned and wanted a good job, so sometimes you have to pay up. They also estimate by the hour, so I recommend getting everything out so they can clean without being obstructed and slowed down.

Once again SERVPRO came to the rescue..... like in minutes .... after discovering we had water damage due to a weekend of rain! We knew everything would be taken care of once we heard they were on the way. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

I'm a property manager and we had a small fire at one of our rental units. Scott showed up the day I first contacted ServPro and immediately set up his team to come in and start the restoration process. He has kept me informed throughout the entire process and took care of lining up the various contractors. I will definitely use ServPro if the need ever arises again.

Do not be fooled by other reviews.worst experience after a fire. Was told inventory will be taken as the remove things from house. Never happened. Got inventory 3 mo. Later after replaced things they took. Water damaged due to not drying things after removing from the house. Rust on almost all tools and all they needed to do is dry them. Instead just boxed up and let them rust. Lost or gave away things they took. Totally a waste of money spent on them.

These guys rock! We had some water damage a while back and these guys did an excellent job cleaning it up! They found the water in places I never even would have thought to check! . They did awesome pulling up the flooring, drying out the sub floor and even were able to dry out the walls without ripping into the drywall. They even showed me at the end via infrared camera that it was dry - giving me confidence mold would not grow where the water went! highly recommend!

Everything went really well working with Servpro during our backup in the basement after the storm. We mainly worked with Brett and appreciated his communication and quick response to emails. I had a water line break in my bathroom on a Saturday morning while I was gone ...and it flooded my house upstairs and down. After the initial freakout and not knowing what to do or who to call, Servepro popped into my head. I called the 1-800 number and gave my information to which she told me someone from the local branch would call me back shortly. Within the hour I received a callback and two people in a big truck showed up (on a Saturday afternoon) and got right to work cleaning up water, removing damaged carpet, removing wet ceiling tiles, etc. That first day they were there for hours and all the while when I asked how I can help I was told that they have it under control and I can go relax (um, ok ). By the time they left that night everything was sanitized and as dry as they could be with fans and dehumidifiers everywhere. I was so impressed with the staff and the customer service that followed from Brett in the following days. They showed up every morning for over a week to do checks, remove damaged flooring, baseboards, bathroom vanity, etc. they took awesome care of my belongings that they removed, so much as putting a bedroom mattress in plastic before putting it in my garage. I can't say enough for everyone that I encountered from Servepro for the peace of mind from the initial panic to me never having to wonder what was going on or what was next. Even up to the last day Brett made himself available to meet with myself and my insurance adjuster to go over the work that had been done. I'm so grateful for Servepro for everything they did for a girl in need and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
