Did a fast and professional job, including repairing unaffiliated damage and making up for a past poorly handled job by another company. Clean up better than any contractor that I've had to date and a real pleasure to deal with.

The entire JP roofing team is amazing! I needed a flat roof replaced on a house I was trying to purchase. They were the most affordable and transparent out of the three quotes I got. From the very first interaction they were professional and prompt. The office staff are very nice and friendly, Christian was great with communication all throughout the project and the guys that replaced my roof were very hard workers and experts at what they do. My roof is perfect now and they even went the extra mile and cleaned my gutters while they were up there. Another thing I really appreciated is the photo timeline that they shared with me all throughout the project and day of repair. It definitly gave me peace of mind and was very interesting to see their process. Awesome company to work with. Really want to thank Chino and his team for helping with our roof. It was a nightmare trying to get insurance to cover. We were shocked and stressed to discover a leak in our roof after recent hail and wind storms. Naturally our hearts sank, unsure of what we were in for in terms of repairs or damage.

We read some reviews and decided to give JP Roofing a try and made an appointment for an inspection.

Long story short, Christian Portillo from JP Roofing came out. He took his time and gave us a very thorough inspection. He photographed each little problem area on our roof so that he could show us what we were dealing with. He was very knowledgeable and very comforting to talk to, making sure we understood our options and what problems we might face down the road. He even told us all about which insurance options could be of more benefit to us in the future with the kinds of damage we may face.

He came out a few days later when the snow was gone to patch up our damage and gave us detailed information on further options.

Christian helped us get through a stressful event, and we are very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Super nice guy, too!

Needed a new roof on my garage. I got a hold of chino and rosy and they were out in no time to take pictures and walk me through their process. Their estimates and final pricing are very descriptive and allows for easy understanding of the process. They are some of the kindest people i ever met and they truly made everything easy to understand. Rosy was always available when i had questions and Chino always welcomed me with a big smile and a good handshake. The builders on site were quick and efficient, even with it being colder temps out. I couldnt be more happy with the final product and will definitely be returning to them for any other roofing/building needs.

Chino and crew were great to work with. They did siding replacement and 2 roof replacements for us. Asphalt shingles on main structure and a metal roof over the garage. Only 1 mishap in the process of a broken storm window. But they owned it and made the repair with no issue. Would definitely recommend them for your Roofing or siding repair and replacement needs.

JP Roofing took what was an incredibly stressful situation for my husband and I and turned it into a win. The work was impeccable, pricing was very fair, and communication was wonderful. While doing the work, I was kept up to speed on anything that was out of the ordinary. They were nice enough to move my little garden that I have on my back patio so it would not be in their way and when they moved everything back, it looked better than before.

We recently had an exceptional experience with JP Roofing. During the storm Monday night our roof started leaking in multiple places . So the next day we called JP Roofing at the recommendation of our realtor. They made it super easy to schedule and were able to come out the next day. Cristian and his brother came out, not only were they on time but also very professional. They assessed the entire roof of our house and our shop. They quickly found what was going on causing the roof to leak. And did the repairs while they were there. They even send you a link with photos to show where the problems were and what they did to resolve them. Today Cristian called to follow up to check-in and make sure we were not having any further leaks. We would highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again for any roof issues.

It has been a very fast and pleasant experience. They have installed a complete roof and replace all bad lumber that was not known of and very thorough when it came to their finishing and cleaning up the property once they were done will be recommending them to anyone that has a need.
