I had a metal roof installed by Vantage Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was dealing with some minor leaks and wanted to upgrade to something more durable. Hardeep was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, honest, and made the whole process easy to understand. We were able to choose the style and colour of the roof to match both the look of our home and our budget. The price was very fair compared to other quotes we received, and we’ve already gotten compliments from neighbours. A few have even asked who we used after seeing how great the roof looks. Choosing Vantage Roofing was an excellent experience from beginning to end! We had a few different quotes but Vantage stood out to us right away. Vantage replaced our roofs in June 2025 and I would highly recommend them. They are really easy to communicate with and Hardeep always got back to me very quickly. This lasted through the whole project. It gave me a lot of confidence in them. Quoting and hiring was easy. They actually sent someone to our property to inspect the roofs to provide an accurate quote. The other company we got a quote from didn't send anyone out. From there, Vantage's quote was clear and detailed, and included annotated photos of our roof and any issues/damage they would be correcting. They worked hard and got the job done in the time they estimated. The quality of the work looks great and Don did a walkthrough with me at the end of the job to address any outstanding items. I was really impressed.

We engaged Vantage Roofing to replace the 40-year-old roof of our Dunbar home upon the recommendation of a contractor who done renovation work in our home previously. We are very pleased with the results. The job was done in the expected time window (after some adjustment for weather) and very close to the quoted price (the additional costs were incurred when some rotted plywood was found in the garage and when we decided to update two of the skylights). The workers were always professional and courteous (this was commented on by our neighbor as well) and were very diligent about cleaning up the site after each days work. Great experience. We had a leak show up near the back of the house, and since our roof is older asphalt shingles, we figured it was time to get someone in. Don came by the next day, showed up on time, and got straight to the point. He showed us photos of the damaged area and what he did to fix it.

Vantage roofing re-roofed my garage, recently. The quoting process and being responsive are positive points. They also started the job without delay. The complaining point is that even though they cleaned the part of the yard that was cemented, they left the RV parking ground full of debris. High probably because it was hard to clean after scattering debris; they should have use tarp and cover the places supposed to get dirty. I think my half of day will be wasted to clean this.

Replacing a roof is something no one looks forward to, but unfortunately has to be done. I was worried about the age of my roof (almost 40 years), and though it was fine, I knew that I would regret it if I waited until it leaked because then it would have been too late. I dreaded the process and how much it was going to cost as it was not something I wanted to spend money on. So, over the course of several weeks, I researched roofing and materials and I got 6 quotes to replace my roof. I picked Vantage because the material used was solid and Don and Hardeep were able to answer my questions quickly and they took the time to explain the process. Plus, the pricing was fair.

Once the work was scheduled, the workers came, dismantled the old roof tile and replaced it in a few days. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it took! They removed all the debris leaving no trace or damage to my yard. I had 3 skylights replaced as well and they turned out better than I had hoped!

We have a green roof. Vantage Roofing Company Ltd removed the soil and landscaping, replaced and reinforced the underlay and membrane, and then replaced the soil and landscaping. Hardeep Gill and his team at Vantage Roofing were professional, efficient and very respectful. This was a complex project involving locating and problem-solving with regards to the leakage and then remediating and improving to ensure that the problem would not re-occur in the future. I had several companies come out and give me estimates on a metal roof. Vantage Roofing was not the cheapest but the warranty is better than the others. The roof was installed promptly and I found the crew to be very polite and professional. They even cleaned up my neighbor's yard after the job was complete. I wasn't too pleased with the gutter drain holes. Don came back and replaced them for me no questions asked! That's what I call good service

The company was very straightforward to deal with. And the job that they did replacing the roof appears to be well done.

A friend with more experience in roofs than me did an informal inspection and indicated that he thought that it looked good. The company was asked to ensure that the kitchen extraction fan venting was properly installed and that has not yet been checked. Of course the real proof of the pudding is in eating it so final assessment will depend on how dry it keeps through the winter rains.
The roofing crew took care with the debris as requested and worked very hard to complete the job in short order.
The four star rating is given instead of five only because it is as of yet untested.

Our strata had Vantage Roofing reapir roof leaks around 3 roof vents that they replaced for bathroom and dryer vents. We delath with Hardeep and Don, both of whom were very responsive and professional, friendly and easy to talk with. Don shared his knowledge from years in the roofing industry. They did a great job at a competitive price. We also had them do moss removal and treatment on ourcomplex roof that had not been done in many years, and again they did a great job at a competitive price.

Hardeep, Don, Haley and the team are amazing! We noticed we kept getting silverfish bugs the last couple years in the house and the shingle debris' on the patio were more and often this year. Found Vantage after extensive research. Don inspected our Vancouver Special, then called and informed that I had quite a few exposed wood spots on the roof (that explains the bugs) and my shingles were so brittle, falling apart and the last wind storm finally kicked its can. Had we waited longer, we would have full water leakage and damage this Fall. I told him that the last time we had the roof done was 1997. He was so funny, surprised and said the last roof job was very high quality and the contractor must've loved and cared for quality and their work. I was shocked at their quote. I've had many friends who's quotes from other competitors were 15k+! Vantage is very affordable and quality is impeccable! They give you a break down on the whole project. Communication is absolutely amazing! Hardeep is very down to earth and is always following up! Haley was so awesome and allowed me to drop half the payment cheque in-person as I work nearby their office. She even offered to come by our house to pick it up! They don't talk to you like a robot or that "business no life straight to the point" attitude.
You know this company cares deeply for their clients and are compassionate! The team even asked and wanted to make sure we had our cars out of the garage as their equipment and supplies would be blocking the garage. They would let us know when they would be on break and when they'll be back. The cleanup was just impeccable as if they weren't there at all! All was done in one day! I am just amazed! My neighbors even commented on the roof. I definitely recommend these guys!

They fixed a leak from our roof in Oct. 2021 and guaranteed their work. They were quick to respond to the inquiry and do the job So far there has been no leakage despite some severe rain. Hopefully it stays like that. Very happy with the work so far Don did the inspection and then there were two young East Indian guys who did the repair. Definitely recommend
