Vanguard put a new roof on our primary residence about 3 years ago. They did an excellent job. When we had our windows replaced, we needed metal roofing put on the bay window. We called the roofer the handyman recommended, but we also called Vanguard. Vanguard worked with us and saved us $1000. We acquired another house that had smoke and water damage. The realtor told us the roof was fine but there was evidence of leaking. We called Vanguard Roofing to examine the roof. Gary Greenwood came out to examine the roof. It was so badly damage he couldn't walk on the back roof for fear of falling through. We were talking to him about how this house needed the drywall removed and redone due to smoke damage. Well Gary has a team who does drywall. They removed all the damage drywall and found that the insulation was damp from years of leaking roof. They removed all the insulation too. They then proceeded to insulation walls and ceiling. Then put up new drywall. Those guys did an beautiful job. The house went from a horror house to looking like someone could live there. The house needed new windows. Gary worked with us to pick out beautiful windows. They build a bay window on the front of the house and a bay window in the kitchen. When our other contractor was unable to replace the siding, Vanguard to the rescue. This house rebuild could not have been possible without Vanguard Roofing. They are a reliable company. Always arrive when they tell you. And they do wonderful work.
