Vanguard put a new roof on our primary residence about 3 years ago. They did an excellent job. When we had our windows replaced, we needed metal roofing put on the bay window. We called the roofer the handyman recommended, but we also called Vanguard. Vanguard worked with us and saved us $1000. We acquired another house that had smoke and water damage. The realtor told us the roof was fine but there was evidence of leaking. We called Vanguard Roofing to examine the roof. Gary Greenwood came out to examine the roof. It was so badly damage he couldn't walk on the back roof for fear of falling through. We were talking to him about how this house needed the drywall removed and redone due to smoke damage. Well Gary has a team who does drywall. They removed all the damage drywall and found that the insulation was damp from years of leaking roof. They removed all the insulation too. They then proceeded to insulation walls and ceiling. Then put up new drywall. Those guys did an beautiful job. The house went from a horror house to looking like someone could live there. The house needed new windows. Gary worked with us to pick out beautiful windows. They build a bay window on the front of the house and a bay window in the kitchen. When our other contractor was unable to replace the siding, Vanguard to the rescue. This house rebuild could not have been possible without Vanguard Roofing. They are a reliable company. Always arrive when they tell you. And they do wonderful work.

I had a problem with an area of sheathing.
Gary's team promptly inspected the entire roof and provided an immediate estimate on the repair. I gave my approval and in a few hours it was completed. No up-sell! From start to finish the transaction took less than two days. I would use again!

We recently had roof repair due to leaking done by Vanguard. Vanguard got the job done. After some unusual challenge with a tricky roof, Vanguard returned two times to complete the repair without hesitation. I am very satisfied with Vanguard for their responsiveness and for taking responsibility and making sure the job is done completely.

We just had Vanguard replace our roof and gutters. Gary and his team did a fantastic job. They were prompt, professional and very easy to work with. Ours was a somewhat complicated job, in that it involved an insurance claim. Gary, at Vanguard, is the only roofer I found who was willing to work directly with my insurance company. That really simplified the claim process for me. Our roof and gutters look great and I would 100% recommend Vanguard!!

Gary and his team did an excellent job and the price was reasonable. The only issue was some scratches to the vinyl railing on my front porch caused by old shingles dropped down. Gary offered to paint or replace the scratched pieces but I used Magic Eraser to clean it reasonably well. I recommend this company.

I used Vanguard Roofing to replace my entire roof a few years ago and wanted to wait a bit to leave a review until I could see how things lasted. I could not be more happy!

They not only did a fast, clean and professional job to start with, but clearly their workmanship is top notch as the roof still looks perfect!

We used the attractive architectural shingles for its durability and looks. The installation looks beautiful!

Thanks so much to Gary and his crew for a wonderful new roof that added direct value to my house!

They stand behind their work! I thought I had a problem with the roof that was put on a couple years earlier. It turned out to be some siding was rotten above the flashing and some water was dripping down under the porch roof. But they came out to inspect promptly and to let me know the what was going on.
