I recently had an exceptional experience with Vander Haag's Spencer, IA location. Our wheel motor on our Bobcat T770 went bad, and I took a chance on a used one from them. After driving 12 hours round trip to pick it up, I came back and installed it the next day, only to find out it was bad. I called them up, and they refunded the almost $3k right away with video proof and didn't even want the bad part back.

From Tim, the initial salesperson, to the front counter people and the shipping team, everyone provided an exceptional level of customer service. They turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend Vander Haag's Spencer location for their outstanding customer service and integrity.
