The crew from ServPro in Spencer did a fantastic job of cleaning up from our flood damage. They worked so hard clearing the debris, removing the sheetrock and ceilings, sanitizing and mold mitigation, and drying our lower level out. It was well worth the money.

We so appreciated working with the ServPro crew! With the recent flood, they helped my parents from start to finish, getting their house cleaned out and sterilized. Everyone was great in terms of communication and empathy shown, given the circumstances. Thank you so much, ServPro!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I asked specifically how much it would cost for water issues or any fees before they came out. They stated they could not tell me any fee costs until they came to look at the issue. That to me means there is no fee to look at it. They then charged us $250 for a flat fee to inspect. Stating it took 3 people 1 1/2 hour to walk in our home and leave only to say they couldn’t work.

I had a frozen water pipe burst in my dog grooming shop (K9 Designs). SERVPRO of Spencer and Great Lakes was out within 2 hours of my initial phone call. They all worked very quickly and professionally, taking good care of all our grooming equipment. They had me dried out and ready for the next step in construction within 24 hours.

Well, on Friday September 8th, 2023 during a construction phase of our new addition we discovered Black mold in our crawlspace. I called Servpro of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes to set up an appointment for an estimate. All their staff members were very professional, polite to help us navigate through this process. We chose their bid. They sent three gentlemen to work 8-9 hours scrubbing the crawlspace to get rid of stated mold along with an additional step where they sprayed a coating to protect the wood/crawlspace from getting infected in the future. All employee's from Servpro of Spencer showed us dignity and respect while working in our home. From the beginning to the end it was a good experience. We had ServePro come out to clean our carpets. They did such a great job. It looks brand new and smells so much better! Highly recommend.

We had a pipe freeze in winter of 2022, Serv Pro in Spencer was amazing! The arrived within 30 minutes of being called. They completed the mitigation, which included carefully packing all of our salvageable belongings. They quickly removed everything that was wet and began the drying process. Ryan, the owner, also owns Boji Builders. We had an awesome experience with the reconstruction, despite delays that were out of their control. They were courteous, clean and meticulous in their work. I would highly recommend both companies for any of your needs, from damage mitigation to remodeling.

We had a mold issue to deal with on a new construction. Our problem dealt with a ex-contractor which made this job more difficult as scheduling treatment. ServPro went on and above duty as far as scheduling and rescheduling our service. They were quick to respond with us on our changing schedule of events. They went back and checked on their performance on their own and retreated some spots that did not get controlled the way they thought they should have. They kept us informed on what was going on with our project as we went. We would recommend their services as they seemed to be very honest people to deal with. They have the proper equipment to take on the problem. They offered us additional support and information we fealt was important to aid us from further problems in our future!!! They have PRIDE in what they do, which seems hard to find these days. Thanks gang, you did a nice job!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Spencer ServPro. They provided same-day response to a frozen pipe burst and quickly mitigated damage while treating me like family and my things as if they were their own. Great team!!

I have used Servpro for many years to clean carpets in my rentals as well as my own home and they have always done an excellent job, it is appreciated! January of 2019 I had a water line burst in a rental home. They came as soon as I called to clean up and also proceeded to handle the demolition and reconstruct all the damaged areas. Hired the subs for me as well. Also worked well with my insurance adjuster. It was as close to hands off as it could be. Did an excellent job and in a timely manner.

Very happy with the Spencer Servpro bunch cleaned my RV after a fire and its never looked better price was much better than expected great local company and highly recommend them.

This was our 1st time having to restore our basement family room and bedroom after flooding. Calling SERVPRO in Spencer was the best thing we did. They came as soon as the water stopped coming into our room and were very professional but friendly too. The young man, who came everyday, and kept a watch on the drying process was great. When the carpets were fully dried, the young ladies that removed all the fans and things were friendly. All in all the whole experience was much better because of the service we received from SERVPRO. So my mother lives in Spencer. She had a water leak that caused water damage. So I did some research and told her to contact them. When I say they are the best I mean it! Professional, Proficient, Excellent service. I truly appreciate them for taking care of my mother. Thank you guys again! We want to thank Servpro Spencer for taking such good care of us when our basement flooded last Spring. They were here right away to help us extract the water and then worked tirelessly to get us back up and running again. Their team of Mike and Matt were very professional and their attention to detail was much appreciated. We also hired them to replace our living room ceiling. Thankfully Mike and Matt did that job too and truly cared about each and every detail and it turned out beautifully. They were a joy to have around and we were extremely pleased with all aspects of the jobs they did for us. We would highly recommend Servpro of Spencer!

Servpro did a great job of taking care of a problem in my home. They worked hard to get me home in time for Christmas. They do a fantastic job, and they are all so nice! I would have them back any time I needed their services.

Wow. What a joke this company is. I had to call ServiceMaster to rectify all the issues that Serve pro screwed up. Even though my mother had insurance, they wanted a grand up front. Oh, and come to find out, a lot of these reviews on here are by the Serve pro employees. Must be the only way to get good reviews. Would not recommend. Call someone else.

These guys are true professionals! I have know them a long time and have worked on a number of projects with them and seen their work first hand. They also worked on my cousins lake house that flooded, as always, they took care of business. There is truly no job to big or small for this Servpro and I HIGHLY recommended them for any size disaster.

We needed to have our carpets and a sectional couch cleaned. When I called to set up the appointment Mariah was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating to the specific day and time we needed. The 2 men showed up early, which was great for us. The men were very professional and fun to talk with. They took their time and were very thorough. Our couch is around 6 years old and I have to tell you, it feels like brand new again! They even cleaned our baseboards in the carpeted rooms. I cant express what a fantastic job they did! Thanks ServPro!

We are very thankful for the service we received from SERVPRO in Spencer. We got to work one morning in June after a lot of rain in a short amount of time.
