Custom Gutters was impacted by the flooding in Spencer IA. In fact, several of their employees lost their homes. We were scheduled to have new gutters installed at this time, but I knew we could wait while they helped their employees, friends, and the community of Spencer. Some who lost everything. Once things settled down, they came right out. Started in the evening and then came back the next morning to complete their work. Ben, Trey and crew went right to it. Great people to work with! Recently has new gutters and downspouts installed by custom cut gutters and I would highly recommend if you’re in need. Very fast and professional and they turned out even better than expected.

Needed to replace some downspout extensions and the guys were really nice. They even installed hinges to prop them up and get them out of the way

From the owner, Scott, bringing out metal samples for us to choose from to the quality of the installation and the attention to detail of the installers we could not be more pleased. They were excellent in communicating when they would be able to start the job and called befor they came and also after to make sure everything was up to our expectations. Will definitely use them again!

Very irritated with the people with this company. My partner and I drove 3 and a half hours to buy a gutter machine. And we were constantly asked about if we were putting signs up to compete with them and just constantly asked about if we are starting a business etc. And because I had knowledge of the colors of gutter the man proceeded to say I know a lot more about gutters than I led on. Implying I was lying or something. We purchased the machine and picked it up for a friend because he knew it’d sell fast and couldn’t get up there quick enough so we handled the deal start to finish. Walked away from the company very irritated and will not recommend them to the people of the area.
