Had your body shop repair the significant deer collision damage to my 2019 Genesis G80. The results. were perfect - can’t tell there was ever any damage to the car.

The service advisor I had was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had a loaner ready for me and everything! When my vehicle was done she messaged amd had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. Work was done toy satisfaction and have not had issues with the sode detection sensors since. 10/10.

I bought a 2016 Toyota Camry from this dealership and primarily worked with the Sales Manager, Myles. I ended up trading in my 2007 Chevrolet Impala LS and lucked out with how easy he made the transaction. Not only was he on top of everything (from the paperwork to the detailing), he was super responsive (you could not ask for more). I got the financing and insurance completed before coming to pick up the car today and it literally took less than 20 minutes to drive away with it. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again! I would highly recommend Myles and the gang. I am very satisfied with my dream car!

Always treating me so well, very friendly! A simple vacuum during my oil change is soooo nice! Kids on the go constantly doesn’t leave much time for doing it myself haha! My crew can be a bit much and everyone is so nice about the rowdiness that comes in.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience buying a vehicle!! I live in Utah and had a truck ordered through a dealership that I have used in the past. Well after 3 1/2 months of waiting, I couldn’t wait any longer. So I found a truck on the internet. I filled out the questionnaire and they got back to me immediately, asking if I could make it in for a test drive.(I didn’t know it at the time, sorry Myles didn’t see it.) Well a couple days later I received a call asking if anyone had contacted me. I told him not yet, sorry again Myles. Any ways, it was the GM that reached out! In a couple of days we pretty much had the deal done. Karen made the financing fast and easy, great to work with! So the next week my boy and I were on a plane! Brian, the GM had a great guy pick us up from the airport, a 4 hour round trip for him! Talk about service!! We made it to the dealership and finally got to meet everyone! What a great group of people. Karen went through the paperwork thoroughly and quickly. Myles took us out to the truck and went over everything with us, and sent us on our way. We then drove the 1400 miles home. A couple days later, I received a call from Brian asking how the truck and trip went. Amazing!! I really want to thank Brian, Karen, Myles and Tom for the exceptional service and for a great adventure!! Oh ya, thank you Tim for trying. I will definitely buy from them again!! H & N is better than any of the big name dealers by far!! Thanks again for everything!!

Was looking for replacement vehicle after an accident. Looked at several and found the size of vehicle and color that appealed to me. Originally looking at used but those are hard to find and price at this time is near what new is. So I ended up with a new vehicle with much better warranty, etc than what a used vehicle would be. Still lots of paperwork for me but that is the nature of the beast and H and N took care of all that expediently. I thank them for their service. Can't expect more than I received

My wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle from H & N. Jack was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us to the vehicle that would be best for us. At no point in the process did we feel like we were being misled, pressured, or "sold". Brian and Karen were fantastic in helping to explain finance options ensured we received the best deal available. Driving 2 hours out of our way (from Sioux Falls) to do business with them saved us thousands of dollars compared to buying the same vehicle at home due to their honest pricing and lack of forced "accessories" that the larger dealerships back home were tacking on. Honest, helpful people like this are exactly who you should choose to do business with!

I didn't buy my truck from them but they have earned my business going forward through their service. I wish they were a GMC dealer as I would buy all of my vehicles through them. These guys actually care about their customers.

Totally happy with the local H&N dealership for handling a fuel pump issue that has been present in my truck since it was new. I am not at all happy with GM as a company for not providing any assistance so there would be a rating of zero stars for GM.

They have all been so friendly during the process and since my recent purchase of my 2016 Suburban with them. I highly recommend them!

Got exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was wonderful to work with and made me feel like family. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Quick to get parts. Worked well with insurance. Got the work completed on the 5th day. Workmanship was excellent as it looks like a brand new car. Cleaned it inside and out. Auto shop manager, Kelly was super nice to work with, kind and honest.

The service department went above and beyond to help me out when mice destroyed the same electrical wiring harness for the second time within 3 days of the first repair. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Brian’s communication was great throughout the process of getting our new car and the day of purchase experience was fast and efficient without trying to sell me lots of add ons. They even checked in after we took the vehicle home to see how it was going and if we needed anything. Hands down better experience than we’ve had at other dealerships! Outstanding repair work by H&N Body Shop! Repairs were needed following deer damage. It took awhile to get the parts, but once the van went into the shop, it was finished promptly and came out looking like new. Very nice people to work with.

This dealership is so great to deal with. Our vehicles low tire light came on. After explained how we needed the vehicle that afternoon, they took on the job immediately and repaired the vehicle ( patched a leaking tire).

I have purchased my current and previous vehicle from Myles at H&N. Best car salesman I have ever encountered! I like to get my service work completed at the dealership I purchased my vehicle from and lucky for me, I’ve had two recent experiences. Last week I had made an appointment to have my alignment looked at and to get an oil change. There was a miscommunication in scheduling and they forgot to add that I wanted an oil change so when I went to my car after they were done, the oil hadn’t been changed. I walked back in and explained. They were so friendly and didn’t hesitate to get my car back in and complete the oil change. To top it off, no charge to me for the oil change because of the misunderstanding. That alone is an A+ in my books, but after yesterday, 5 stars, highly recommend. Couple days after my oil change, my check engine light came on. I called them the day it came on and they got me scheduled. Went in today and turns out my purge valve was leaking. Nothing super serious, but it’s a common issue with the Traverse. They replaced it and again, no charge to me because of the known issue so they covered the cost. I have never in my life had such amazing, friendly and accommodating service from a dealership. Thank you, H & N for the no pressure, never trying to upsell, and the all around excellent service!!

Service was excellent! They brought the filters in to me and showed me what they looked like and asked what I would like to do. Of course they were changed lol. Very very nice people. Will definitely be back.
