Tried to purchase a vehicle but got low balled so hard on my vehicle i was down right insulted. Told me car ran all kinds of codes and had all sorts of lights i had never seen before. Drove it immediately to bergstrom was offered over 4grand more an hour later, with their 160 point inspection. Really unfortunate as i was ready to buy and feel like these guys tried to swindle me. No thanks.

David did a great job, for a new young salesman he was very knowledgeable. What he didn't know he admitted and looked up instead of trying to BS us. The finance coordinator was awesome (I didn't catch her name) ... I usually feel very nervous doing large financial transactions, but she put me very much at ease. It is an inconvenience to travel from Wausau to buy a car here, but the prices and service bring us back.

I brought my car here to get aligned and a new travel arm installed. It was installed and driven away for two months. I had two new tires get destroyed because they didn’t align the rear tires. I call to get rescheduled and they claim they don’t have the tools to adjust camber on a German car. Take pride in your work next time and do it the right way. Don’t bring your German cars here if you want them to get fixed the right way.

I took my Durango to Van de Hey Brantmeier Dodge because my dealership sent me elsewhere when I refused to drive around on a bad tire for a week, before I could get in for service!! When I called Van de Hey Brantmeier, they got me in within a couple hours!! Turns out the tire couldn't be repaired, it had to be replaced and the other 3 as well. I had extended warranty that was supposed to cover all 4 tires. It was quite the ordeal that took several days. The service department gave me a beautiful Ram as a loaner!! They went above and beyond to do what needed to be done!!! They get 5 stars from me!!! They are super awesome people!!!

I also had the opportunity to chat with Bob Javenkoski (aka “Steve” ) in the service department, who was also extremely friendly and took the time to address some of my equipment-related questions.

Brought my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica in for warranty, originally gave them a one star but bumped it up after they fixed the mess. The warranty only wanted to cover a few items. Without clearing extra labor with me, they went ahead and did it and charged me. They did end up making it right but I would still be hesitant to go back.

Recently bought a car there. Salesman named Gino was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured. We felt like we got a good deal. After I drove off with the vehicle, it had a mechanical malfunction. Gino and the service manager, Bob were excellent and took care of us. Gino said that they are a small town dealership and they try to do right by people and our experience with them showed that they do exactly that. I highly recommend the dealership.

MIXED REVIEW & a lesson learned. May 11, 2024: I purchased this beautiful Jeep Wrangler for Vande Hey. For background, I live in Indiana and found this vehicle on Auto Trader. I paid $38,996 and this was my first time purchasing a vehicle in cash.

The Good: Listed on Auto Trader, painless purchasing process, quality vehicle, easy going salesman (Thanks John).

The Bad: No Military/Veteran discounts, forgot to reassign the title to me, forgot to provide me with the lien release. AC already broken.

The Ugly: When I went to register the Jeep with the BMV (Indiana’s DMV for my Wisconsin people), they said I needed the lien release and title reassignment form since the title hadn’t been filled out on the back. I called the dealer and dealt with a few people over a few days and ultimately was provided a new 30-day temp tag and they emailed the lien release but said the title was fine. Went back to the BMV, they showed me the reason I needed a dealer reassignment form because the dealer didn’t fill out the title. I had to call back and re-explain this issue. Thank GOD I got connected with Ms. Helen Bonner because she took the time with me and was able to identify the issue. She got me another temp tag, and sent me a FedEx envelope to send my title back to be signed. It is August 18 and I’m officially registered in Indiana.

If you use this dealer, just be more thorough than I was to avoid getting the run around in finding a solution. I had a mostly good experience but this mistake caused a lot of stress and additional expenses when having to register my vehicle late and taking work off to deal with it. And shout out to Helen- your kindness and effort saved my sanity (and this review). She was the only one to apologize for such a huge mistake that she didn’t even make.

2019 Rams are junk and they know it and will do nothing about it. Because Chrysler matches a cast manifold with an aluminum head the exhaust manifold bolts snap off. This is happening to all Rams with the 5.7 Hemi's at about 100,000 miles just after the warranty expires. Do not buy 1 of these vehicles and if you already own one sell it quick

Have gotten my oil changed here a number of times which has been fine. When I initially call to schedule an appointment, however, the person I’m speaking to is almost always crabby sounding and short. Not a fan of that.
