Glenn did a very thorough inspection of a duplex I am looking to purchase. He did a great job answering all questions I had and explained all findings in detail at the end of the inspection. My wife and I are buying our first home so the inspection process is something we've never been through before. We wanted to schedule an inspection as soon as possible after having our offer accepted by the homeowner and we quickly realized in this market, it's hard to find an inspector on short notice. We are so glad we got a hold of Glenn. Glenn is extremely knowledgeable and thorough without being unreasonable or overbearing - his inspection was 3.5 hrs for the 2600 sq ft house and every minute was valuable to us! He took excellent photos and captured some great arial shots with a drone. He was able to explain all of his findings with facts, while being able to speak in terms that my wife and I could understand as we are new to this.
