TNT Ace Hardware

Would not purchase anything labeled as an "ACE" product again... purchased a double wheel wheelbarrow for $140, all of the bolts were loose, a nut missing, wheels were installed backwards, one bent (air valves inside instead of outside), and the tires leak. Not to mention it is less than a year old, and the tires are dry rotted already. Handle grips both fell off. Absolute trash product and i assume assembled by Hellen Keller...

There is something to be said for NOT going to the big box stores. We love ACE...they are literally thee most helpful people.

This is an unbelievable Ace store. My recent visit I was greeted, and the customer service was way beyond my imagination. I was unable to decide what type of birdseed to purchase for the winter. The employee which also was the cashier was more than happy to help me; he offered to carry the bags to the checkout line got me a cart, put them in the cart .All this with a smile. This truly is an exceptional shopping experience and store .Would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love this place! They carry things no one does anymore! But most of all,
their customer service is fantastic!

After a few weeks online shopping / researching for the right leaf blower; I went to TNT Ace. Extremely helpful staff helped me learn more in just 10 minutes than I was able to by myself in 3 weeks. A great reminder to avoid big box stores and shop local ! Very happy with my TNT Ace purchase.

The Stihl BR 800 is incredible. Powerful, well built and a huge time saver. After 45 minutes of use, it had only consumed 30% of the fuel. Money well spent.

This place is awesome! I know when I go there. My hardware problems will be solved, especially if jerry is around. He is super helpful and always goes the extra mile. I was having trouble mounting my outriggers, and not only did he help me get them mounted, but he actually ground them down a little bit so that they fit properly.

Who ever I talked with on the phone, must not have gotten what i needed even after the described it perfectly. When I went to rent the item I needed, it did not excised in their inventory. and it cost me a lot of extra run around time and money.
I have no issues with Ace Hardware as they normally come thru in a pinch, but this one was reserve over the phone and was a sured it was what I was looking for.

This store is great I always give them as much business as,possible. I Like the small town businesses . I try not to go to big box .

Their entire staff is extremely helpful. Every time I walk in they are able to help me with what I need for the current project I’m working on. Good rewards program. I recently bought a grill from them and they followed it up with a very nice hand written note saying thank you and offering help with any other questions. You just don’t see those small touches from businesses anymore and I really appreciated it. I will be a loyal customer as long as I live in the area!

i been buying in the store for years and the employes are very helpful and kind but recently i been getting rude treatment from 2 old ladies that look unhappy to see me when i walk there to pay the merchandise and honestly it makes it so uncomfortable to keep going there

We often visit the Delavan location. We appreciate the knowledgeable customer service. One of the very few smaller stores that care about the local customers.

My 66 year old lady friend got screw on a ego snowblower they sold her they told her it was self propeled but not tried to return and they said no returns she should have bought at the depot they would have taken back but she wanted to support local what a mistake
All she wanted was a selfpropelled and offered to pay differance

I stopped in to get some license plate screws. Mike was very helpful. He went out of his way to bring the box of screws out to make sure we had the right fit, and he went as far as putting my plates on for me. This was not something he had to do but was very nice of him to do so! Five stars for Mike!

They seem to have just about everything. Wasn't able to get weight readings for the heavy duty hinges I needed, however.

Walked in about 10 minutes before closing time looking for a chainsaw. I was going back and forth on a few models and Tom walked me through comparing features. Before we finished I remembered I needed gas fittings for a garage furnace. Without even having to look anything up Tom walked me to the pipe area and grabbed everything I needed. Without him I probably would have had a few trips back and forth. Thanks again, super satisfied with TNT Ace!

We needed 4 screws that would come to about $6. The guy spent about 15 minutes making sure that we had exactly what we needed. What great customer service!

Too notch customer service here went in in a hurry ran into sales rep Dustan and he made my shopping experience offf the charts went n got me everything I needed made sure it was gonna work and asked if I still needed help just amazing above n beyond service thank you

Many times the big box stores are NOT the most efficient way to shop. DIYers might need some advice or help. This Ace store does that. Service in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Like having a new grill put together ready to go, means a lot to the enjoyment of a purchase.

Dropped off window screen for repair. They failed to mention their repair person had quit until I called a week later checking on status. She wouldn’t let me speak to service desk so we drove the 50 minute round trip a second time to pick up and take somewhere else to actually fix. Poor communication. We were not given a time frame when screens were dropped off and were not offered a callback by the woman who answered the phone . She also could not estimate how much longer repair would take since repair person had “quit”, which is why we picked up screen. We were able to get the screen repaired in 2 days elsewhere.

The entire team was friendly and happy to help. The store is packed with many types of goods, as well as brands. I come for the Stihl selection. they did not have the file that i was looking for. but im sure thats a Stihl warehouse issue. I love coming to my local hardware store.

The store was clean and well organized. I had at least 2 people ask if I needed help, and got $5 off when I checked out to join the rewards club. I will come back!

I dropped a couple chainsaws off today to be tuned up/repaired. The service gentleman was amazing as far as his knowledge and personality. Great communication skills.

Great place to get Stihl stuff. Jerry is great and very knowledgeable. Huge selection and amazing customer service you won't find in a big box store. They stand behind what they sell. Also great selection of other stuff. TNT sells quality items, not cheap junk. It is also no doubt the go-to for any of your bbq needs. Example: Traeger, weber, green egg. As well as higher-end seasonings such as meat church and others.

Very helpful man in the plumbing department! Was disappointed when I checked out and got my change and asked the cashier if I could have two five's instead of a ten and the other lady behind the counter told me if I wanted change to "Go to a bank"! Well I will not be back again.... Since then I have gone back a couple of times and have been impressed by the helpfullness and the friendliness of the entire staff!!! I now give them a 5 star rating

Great for when you need a quick trip to the hardware store, so much easier to find things than in home Depot or Lowe's. The staff is always so helpful, they have good deals and random little finds.(like these handy extendable dusters I found for a dollar!) Prices can sometimes be a bit higher than the big box stores.

Excellent service and amazing staff. Aidan helped me several times and is very knowledgeable and efficient in handling all customer needs.

Another visit and another 5 stars. Greeted when you walk in the door (like always as TNT Ace), walk 15 feet down the main aisle greeted again and asked if I needed help, got to the aisle I needed and a minute later someone checked on me. Best service ever. Nicely done!
