Norm and his "team" were very professional in getting my hail damaged roof replaced. Even with having to coordinate having solar panels removed and replaced to put new shingles on, PLUS having to replace damaged porch screens PLUS putting gutters on the house, Norm explained every step being taken to ensure everything was being done to his and my satisfaction. Valor Roofing Group did a great job on my roofing project! Norm, the owner, was such an expert and so helpful! He worked directly with me and my insurance company to document storm damage, follow-up on claim status and push for coverage of damage that the insurance adjustor initially overlooked. The crew that did the repair were great - they showed up early and worked hard in the stifling summer heat. They kept the job site clean and orderly - when they left you'd never know they'd been there! I highly recommend them for your roofing project!

We had Valor Roofing come out and replace our roof after a hailstorm and from the beginning after we meet with Norm, we knew that they were who we wanted to do our roof. Norm you can tell really cares about the work they do and is very knowledgeable and informative. They worked with our insurance and handled everything themselves. We recently had a roof replacement with new gutters and couldn’t be happier with the final product. Norm, owner of Valor Roofing Group, explained the whole process in detail and answered all our questions thoroughly. He was on sight every day and kept in constant communication with us, from start to finish. He also gave us recommendations on the shingle and gutter colors, which was extremely helpful. Norm also explained that we needed additional roof vents installed due to the size of our roof and the extremely hot summers we have in this part of the state. Valor Roofing did a phenomenal job on getting my new roof installed after a bad hail storm. Norm handled most of the hassle with calling the insurance company and getting invoices and things filed on time. Compared to my neighbors, my windows came quickly and were installed perfectly. This was at a time when there were long waits to get windows/parts. Whenever we get hit with these types of storms I’ll be calling him again.

I had my existing old pergola replaced with a new cedar patio structure and roof with architectural shingles. This was for my home. I am so very pleased with Norm at Valor Roofing Group for a great job and the detail. He met my every expectation and then some. He custom built the intake vents to make sure the roof didn't get too hot in the summer heat, installed beautiful tonged and groove cedar on the under part of my roof along with his idea of two beautiful crosses on the ends. It was his idea and I love it.

They are a great company I definitely recommend them for any roof repair or installation. They are fast and do a great job. Norm is easy to work with and not like other contractors out there who are there purely to just make money off of you. He explains everything very well and only does what needs to be done not overselling you.

This company came and inspected my roof for damages, they worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered. They totally removed my old rotten roof and installed a beautiful new one.
