Dustin came by and did a very thorough inspection of my roof. Took a lot of pictures and fully explained all the issues in a kind and helpful manner. We talked about my insurance coverage and how best to move forward and get my roof replaced. Very respectful and easy going guy.

Valor has completed roof repairs twice in the last few years (two different sections of the roof, which is an original tile 24yo roof) . They also did some gutter improvement / clean out work on the first roof repair. They do exceptional work making sure that highest quality roofing parts are used. They completed the work quickly and thoroughly and as promised. We could not be happier. Max completed the work both times and truly does an exceptional job! We highly recommend anyone needing roofing repairs to work with Valor. We worked with Max, who is amazing. Almost enough said!! But we know if you want a job done right, you get Max to do the work. He is extremely thorough and also makes sure you understand the problem and solution that was implemented. We'd highly recommend him and Valor for any roofing repair work.

Marcus has been awesome to work with on my new roof and solar project. We just met again today to finalize details on a last minute decision to add a solar tube light to my window-less main bath. His attention to the details of coordinating the roof replacement, adding the solar tube light, and enlarging the downspouts in preparation of the solar panels installation has relieved my panic with scheduling. With the recent elimination of the solar tax credit incentives, he is overseeing that my installation meets the deadlines. I’m confident my solar project will be successful with Marcus handling the details of my latest additions. Thank you Marcus!

Kevin provided a very thorough and detailed roof inspection after we saw some damage when cleaning out gutters. He showed us all the photos of damage he found, explained the concerns, and gave us his card if we decided to file a claim

A neighbor of mine was having his roof inspected after a recent hail storm. He was telling me about the inspection by Daniel Perkins. I arranged to have my roof inspected the same day.
I was worried about my roof because I had a fairly new home with a lot of things the builder didn't address.
Mr. Perkins was right on it when I asked for his help. After the physical roof scanning he sent me pictures because my wife and I were out of town. He sent me pictures and I couldn't couldn't believe that he was so thorough!! I thought he had combined my pictures with my neighbor. Nope! They were all mine with a lot of detail. After reviewing the pictures I put Daniel Perkins in my address book as I wanted to feel he had my attention and my back for his great work.

Dan - Thank you for taking the time to explain the insurance process and not trying to sale me that's what sets Valor apart from the rest they care about you not the bottom line!!

Adam D came out and gave me great insight on any problems my roof was having and any steps needed to take to keep it in top condition, over all it was a seamless and friendly exchange that didn’t feel as pushy as your normal door to door sales person. Marcus (the manager) came to do a roof inspection at my house. He took a lot of photos to show what damage there was. The roof was not really damaged at all except for the roof vents.We all know they show the most damage mostly from hail. There was considerable damage to the window casing and some screens and down spouts, but not enough to cause a need for an insurance claim. He did show me the different shingle types and styles for future roof replacement. I will certainly call Valor to do my roof when it is time.
Marcus was the most thorough inspecter I have ever had. Amazing what others before him missed. Great job Marcus.

My experience with Adam Kelly was outstanding. I had a lot, and I mean a lot, of questions that involved 4+ phone conversations, numerous texts and emails over 2 or 3 weeks. He got back to me right away or let me know he was tied up on a call and would reach out as soon as he was off that call. His patience and thoroughness were excellent and very much appreciated. When I asked him to give me a week, he was fine with that and fully understood that I needed time. I would highly recommend him. Thanks for everything Adam.

Based on our experience, I strongly advise against purchasing a solar panel system through Valor Roof and Solar.

We purchased our system through them, and while the sales team was friendly, the system they sold us has never lived up to the performance expectations they set.

It’s important to note that Valor is not the actual solar provider—they hand off installation and support to a third-party company called 1Solar, which has been extremely difficult to work with.

During the sales process, Valor assured us of specific energy savings and a guaranteed level of system performance, none of which have materialized. It's also important to call out that Valor did not disclose that the system’s production was only guaranteed to achieve 85% of the original estimates. This should have been made clear from the beginning because it directly impacts the system’s expected return on investment. We only became aware of this lower guarantee after problems emerged, but even with the reduced 85% threshold, our system has still failed to meet the guaranteed levels since installation. Despite more than a month of efforts to seek help, neither Valor nor 1Solar has provided any meaningful resolution.

This experience has been incredibly time-consuming, frustrating, and ultimately very disappointing. We had hoped for a positive and lasting investment, but instead have been left with ongoing problems and little support.

*Update: Valor Roof has not reached out at all despite their public response here. It's also important to note that I've followed up with them 3 times without any reply. It's not surprising but still very disappointing.

I was very happy with this company. Cameron Wolfe came to our house and did a very thorough inspection and was very professional and informative. I will definitely use them in the future.

The salesperson who knocked on my door did a spectacular job of refusing to listen to me when I told him THREE times that I wasn't interested. He showed extensive knowledge on ignoring my desire to close my door in the 30-degree weather rather than listen to Valor's nonsensical ramblings about energy policy in the next decade. Thank you, Valor employee, for choosing rudeness like so many other companies these days!
