I can only agree with everyone else: Joel was terrific in repairing our gutter--timely and honest and cheap and all that, but most importantly, there were a number of corners that had been cut by previous contractors, and my inspection after Joel's work suggests absolutely top-quality repair.

Joel did a FANTASTIC job at my place! He tackled a big job of removing accumulated moss on my roof and then treating it with bleach to discourage the moss's return. The roof looks brand new! In the process he also noticed and fixed some cracked roof tiles - excellent attention to detail and care. We found a leak coming from the roof vent on a very rainy day. Joel gave us advice on how to patch it temporarily and later in the afternoon when he was available, he came by. He went up and filled in areas that were potential leaks, took down our old satellite dish and filled in the holes it produced. He sought out any potential problems on the roof and fixed them. He also checked our gutters and cleaned and fixed a clog we weren't yet aware of. He also put little metal nets in our gutter drains so they wouldn't clog again.
I highly recommend him. After the heavy rains last night I had no worries. He is thorough, professional, and reasonable.

Joel Palmer did a super job on all the work I asked him to do in my yard. He power washed my patio and rock walls around the property, the paths, and trimmed back the bamboo invading everywhere.
