Valley Ridge Restoration

I contacted VRR after noticing several shingles missing from my roof. Paul from VRR came out the next day to inspect the damage. He identified several damaged areas, and said he would work with my insurance company to see if a claim would be approved. He worked directly with them, met the insurance claims adjuster and physically walked the entire roof with him. It took about 2 weeks for the insurance adjuster to review and approve the claim, and my roof was completely replaced within the following week. I am very pleased with my experience with VRR.

Valley Ridge replaced our ~18 year old roof and worked with our insurance to cover it all. Their team (Inspector, PM, onsite managers, and roofers) was professional, fast, and explained all steps to my wife and I. A previous inspection trip didn't yield a new roof so Valley Ridge earned our business starting with the inspection. Home looks like new and the new tile will hold up better than the original roofing.

Mark and his team were the epitome of professionalism from day one. He answered all of our questions and provided us with realistic expectations about the process. His team fought for us by going back and forth with our insurance company until they agreed to cover all of the work that needed to be done. We ended up with a beautiful new roof, stunning siding and new gutters. His team of contractors were professional and meticulous. Mark made sure to supervise the work from time to time to ensure that it was done right and timely. We will forever be grateful for getting connected with Valley Ridge.

This company is a scam company, they will take your money please RUN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Edit* the problem is I am. And your worries should not be my reviews but my attorneys for taking my money. This is a clear example of how unprofessional this company is. Instead of fixing the issue with their company they go over every bad review and are combative. MARK and GREG are CROOKS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

This company is very unprofessional. I found this company on indeed to work for and they did not pay me for two whole months. I tried to ask them was there a issue with payroll and they could not give me a answer. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also scam customers and over charge for services.

Omar, Gannon, and the crew are terrific! They worked with our insurance company to get our roof entirely replaced due to storm damage and even upgraded the shingles to architectural. The home looks brand new!

Very happy with this company and its reps. Great service is as good as the materials, warranties, and the professionals of the company. Met with Mark Parrish and Omar Quintanilla, whom conducted a professional, thorough roof inspection and showed me pictures of the damage to my existing roof of 17+ years. These pros KNOW and DO what they say. Replacement was fast, efficient and professional. After installation, I had some questions--nothing big at all--called Mark and not only did he answered my questions, but within two days he had sent the roof Forman back to ensure all was ok, and my concerns were addressed and put to rest. A great, professional service. From handling the insurance paperwork to inspectors and adjudication, they handled everything. And best of all, didn't cost me a penny. Could not be more satisfied with the service from Valley Ridge. I contacted them after a major storm came through the area and I am so happy I did. They took care of everything so I didn’t have to try and fight with insurance. They inspected it and even took drone photos to submit to insurance. Replacement as taken care of quickly and it looks amazing. I know I will always reach out to them to see what else they can do around my house! I highly suggest you call them.
