We had an excellent experience with Valley Ridge Roofing! Our home needed a new roof and additional repairs after spring hail storms in 2024. We were fortunate to have Harrison do a thorough inspection of the roof and other structures on the property, gathering photos and details for the claim. I contacted my insurance company only once to make the initial claim, and after that the Valley Ridge office took control and everything "magically" got done (thankyou Emily and Samantha). The job needed a few supplemental claims to be done correctly and Valley Ridge handled all the insurance negotiation and coordination.

The roofing came first and the large job was finished in one day on the hottest day of the year. Harrison made sure all my concerns were addressed and the crew left behind a beautiful roof and a clean yard and pool. The other repairs (gutters, replacing window glass and trim, fence and deck cleaning/staining, wood trim, garage doors and front doors painting) were scheduled and completed soon after with excellent results. We even contracted additional work that was not part of the damage clam, so it's a real benefit that Valley Ridge can handle not only the roofing, but all the other work you may need to have done.

I hope we won't need a new roof anytime soon, but it's good knowing that we have Valley Ridge on hand to get us through it with ease. Thank you Valley Ridge!

I had an amazing experience working with Valley Ridge Construction who helped me with the entire claim process after the May 2023 hail storm. I highly recommend them for many reasons. Not only are they able to manage the full scope of the project versus having to hire individual contractors when you have extensive damage after a hail storm the whole staff are also good, caring and honest people that go out of their way to make sure they handle everything in a smooth and timely manner. I was extremely happy with the new roof, gutters/downspouts, fence and all the other items that had to be replaced due to the hail damage. Valley Ridge Construction will be my “go to” contractor if I need any repairs in the future!

We were hit with a bad hail storm. Valley Ridge was out here same-day to make sure we didn't have anything urgent, and Jake followed up with a full inspection the very next day. He attended both insurance inspections, and our second insurance adjuster even expressed to me how impressed she was with Jake. Thanks to him, our insurance company had zero issue covering the damage to our roof and fence. Had he not pushed for a re-inspection and worked well with the second adjuster, we would've been out of luck!

Jake and the Valley Ridge crew were amazing. They were very professional, precise in their work. Everything in my yard was picked up and cleaned. Jake made sure everything we had discussed was completed. I am so happy with my new roof, and look forward to the remaining repairs they are handling for us. A guy from this business came to my home the other day named Nick, he wanted to do an inspection to determine if I should be acknowledge any damage to my house. We determined an inspection wasn't needed but I wanted to leave this review saying I appreciate his knowledge and experience on the subject. If I need anything in the future I'm calling him.

After a hail storm, I contacted the company through one of their employees that lives in my community. I filed a claim with my insurance company, and they agreed to accept what the insurance company paid for repairs. Their salesman made an error and they miscalculated the total amount by several thousand dollars and wanted to charge me more than their original estimate due to their error. It was only after I threatened to go with another company that they agreed to do the work for the amount they initially quoted. When it came time to provide the final invoice, all they provided was a list of the various deductions from the insurance company, as well as the checks that i gave them. They did not include on that "invoice" a breakdown of how much each item that was done cost, and all they would do is refer me to the estimate that the insurance company provided. They absolutely refused to provide an itemized invoice, and the numbers on what they provided didn't reconcile with what was on the insurance estimate. To top it off, their office manager/projet manager/glorified secretary was one of the rudest individuals I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They will take any and every opportunity to try to rip you off, and I would strongly advise against using this company, especially for insurance claim-related work.

Nick from Valley Ridge Construction came to my house last week to do a roof inspection for leaks and possibly storm damages. I thought I had to pay him for what he did but he said it's free! Thank you Nick! If we ever need to file a claim with our insurance we will definitely go through Valley Ridge and you Nick!

This company was recommended to us after the June 23 hail storm. So we called. BIG BIG MISTAKE. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!! They immediately wanted a check for our deductible and for us to sign an agreement for them to do the work. Well my bad but because of recommendation we went for it. Everything went to hell from there. The office girls are so rude!!! They have no desire to communicate unless calling to get another check for something. Long story short. JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

We were hit pretty hard in June of 2023 with the storms that passed through. Valley Ridge diligently worked with our insurance company and helped us get all the repairs needed. Their roofers were kind, hard working, and many of them have been with Valley Ridge for over 20 years. Mario was our property manager, and he brought a picnic for our family plus all the workers one day. The attention to detail and protecting the pool equipment, windows, and cars was exceptional. We got a new roof (and get the extra ridge, it's AMAZING and added alot to the house), gutters, doors, painted the exterior of our home, and repaired and stained the fence. They truly did an amazing job. I will use them again. I am thankful for their hard work and for treating our home as though it was theirs. They did a superb job.

I recently called Nick at Valley Ridge Construction late on a Sunday night with concerns about my roof. To my surprise, he immediately got back to me and talked through my issues. Impressively, he scheduled an appointment for the next morning, even though it was Memorial Day. Nick arrived with his drone, thoroughly inspecting the roof.

Had an inspection completed after their sales rep Derek stopped by. Didn’t find any damage but they will be my first call after the next storm

I had a complimentary inspection done to make sure the roof was water tight for the storm season. The representative completed their inspection and went over the damage they found that in detail. Even though there wasn’t enough damage to proceed with getting a new roof Valley Ridge will be my first call after a storm to make sure my roof is water tight or to address any storm damage.

I would give Valley Ridge Roofing & Construction zero stars. They were hired for an expensive/large job and I am extremely disappointed with this company regarding their work quality, professionalism, and communication. After multiple attempts to reach them, I was finally able to set up a scheduled time to meet. They did not show up or honor that. They informed me that their personal life is busy with chores & kids, a disclosure I found to be lacking in professionalism. We brought in several third party roofers to inspect the work and all confirmed that there is defect in Valley Ridge Roofing's work. They did not want to honor the warranty nor wanting to even communicate with me. This has been disappointing to hear as it seems like all they care about is bringing in the profit rather than their quality of work. The only time they are willing to communicate efficiently or look in to something is when they are wanting to get paid. Profit first and quality last. I've worked with several contractors and I will NEVER recommend this company to other home owners, investors, or locals.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Around five years ago, we hired them to replace our entire roof system and re-coat our metal mansards. Unfortunately, we've had numerous leaks since then, and the re-coating started peeling off in the summer of 2022. We brought in another roofer and painter who identified multiple defects in their work.
We've been trying to get them to address these issues since last May, but their response has been extremely slow and unhelpful. They seem to only be prompt in communication when it's time for payment. Otherwise, they neglect your requests. I strongly advise against using this company, especially for insurance claim-related work.
We're now considering reporting and filing these issues to the relevant governing authorities including further actions.

It’s never easy having a roof replaced. Thanks to a major hail storm, our property needed not only 4 roofs to be replaced, but a trellis as well; there was quite a bit of damage.

We chose to work with Valley Ridge, thanks to the first impression made by David Sanchez. He made us feel like we would be taken care of and that we could trust them.

The entire Valley Ridge team went above and beyond, making sure our insurance company took care of not just the roofs, but a trellis and HVAC system that were damaged by the storm. Making sure the damaged HVAC system is replaced by our insurance company wasn’t their job, but they wanted to make sure we were left better off than we were before the storm. What company does that? Valley Ridge does!

Throughout the entire process, Grace kept us up to date on the progress and continually pushed the insurance company when needed.

With all of the fly-by-night roofing companies out there looking to make a quick buck, choosing a quality established company like Valley Ridge was an easy decision, and we highly recommend the entire crew.

On a side note, not only did Valley Ridge’s roofing crew do an awesome
job replacing all 4 roofs, but the fencing company they used to repair the wood in our trellis and gazebo did such a great job that we’ve since hired them to replace our wrought iron fence.

That’s just another sign of a qualify roofing company; they choose quality partner contracting companies to work with them and to take care of their customers.

Would give 6+ stars if possible. Zach came out to look into a noise we’d been hearing for a while from our roof. He called me the same day that I called the main office to schedule a visit. He was flexible and available to come as soon as the following day. When he came out he and his partner did a thorough inspection of our roof, at no charge! They noticed a small piece of metal that might be causing the problem, and secured it for us, again at no charge. They were honest, and didn’t try to get us to pay for things we didn’t need.
We will be calling them again for any other roofing or home construction we have.

Very efficient. Done in about 7 hours. Used tarps to cover all shrubs and flower beds. Have only found one piece of a shingle since job was done. Their price was very competitive and work crew top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone needing simple repairs or a complete replacement

Nick is amazing to work with & helps with the whole process in replacing your roof. We had trouble getting our insurance to pay for our roof & we were successful with Nick's guidance.

After finding shingles in our lawn after a stormy March and a gusty April, we decided to finally do a roof inspection. We reached out to Valley Ridge based on more than one neighbor having a positive experience (and a great looking roof)! My husband and I were fully bracing to be told that we would need a new roof. Zach, their residential sales representative, came out to do an inspection. Zach was friendly and informative. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. And after walking our roof (no drone), he reported that our roof was still in good shape with no need to replace it at this time.

We have no doubt that other companies would have taken advantage of us expecting to need a new roof. Zach provided photos and took the time to point out areas to watch for. He even added a little silicon caulk around some minor areas. And all of this was a part of the free inspection!

I chose Valley Ridge Construction after watching how methodically and efficiently they worked from start to finish replacing two other hail-damaged roofs on my block, and I was not disappointed. Everyone I encountered from the office personnel to the roofers themselves were true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. They worked with my insurance company so I barely had to while keeping me informed every step of the way, and they worked with us to install a new roof deck and radiant barrier at minimal additional cost to us. When they were finished they cleaned up so well they barely left a trace. I will definitely call them again the next time I need a new roof.

Well, I’ve never called or worked with them but had quite the experience with them leaving a card on my doorbell. Two men were on my porch for WAY too long, and I waited for them to walk away. When I thought they were leaving, one turned around and walked right back up to my door- to not only peek IN my home, but to jiggle the door handle as well. It was too long to be placing an add on the handle, and the shaking was OUTRAGEOUSLY too loud to ignore. As most should, I keep my home locked; unfortunately, it was startling to the people inside my home at the time. So thank you for scaring my family, and having me worry if someone was going to break into my home. I really REALLY appreciate it.
