We purchased our home over a year ago, and it was built in 1988. We thought it was worthwhile to have the ducts cleaned - and boy am I glad we did. There was drywall debris and dust bunnies everywhere. Billy and his partner did a wonderful job getting the ducts cleaned out, and were very neat and careful of our home, including our kitty cat. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent and thorough service. Showed us before and after videos. We had a dual unit cleaned with lots of duct work and they got through it all. They added on the dryer vent for a very reasonable price. Would recommend and will use their service again.

We have one word to describe Valley Ducts: excellent! We chose them because they are a local company with great reviews and they far exceeded our expectations. They were very gracious and accommodating and worked with us on a scheduling mixup that was our fault. The pricing is extremely reasonable and unlike other companies, they tell you the prices upfront. Our vents are spotless and we can feel the difference in air quality thanks to this. We just used Valley Ducts to clean our hvac ducts and dryer vent line on our new home. We booked their services based on reviews and they did not disappoint! They were on time, great communication and allowed us to keep our dog free in the house which made everything less stressful. They were very informative on their process, answered all questions, were quick and efficient and even paused to allow our new washer and dryer to get installed. Big bonus we did not expect, they cleaned all our vent covers during the process! They were honest with their recommendations for service follow ups and not trying to convince us we needed any extra services. We will definitely keep Valley Ducts as a vendor!

I called around and there were cheaper places but I wasn’t certain if they were certified like Valley Ducts were. I also liked this company better than others because some places just use a giant vacuum to suck out the dust, but these guys use that but also they use a brush to disturb/scrub some of the vents …overall it’s a better/cleaner duct.
They showed me videos of the funk they found. It was pretty gross! I feel like my houses pipes are now cleaner and hopefully my allergies will calm the heck down now.

These guys were great! They were punctual, friendly, and efficient. They gave me a full report on the health of my system as well as a full cleaning with videos of the house and different ducts being cleaned, so you could tell it was legit. The price was fair and competitive, they were able to get me on their schedule in a timely manner, and being able to schedule through text with a clear price guide was very helpful. I knew exactly what it was going to cost long before they arrived. They do dryer vents as well as your HVAC system. There's something to be said for a small, local company that can outdo the large rival companies in time, price, and personal service.

My husband and I are so happy with Valley Ducts LLC. Not only were they responsive, they answered all 20+ questions we had to give us peace of mind. Billy and Dewayne showed up on time, were nothing but polite and respectful and are such hard workers. Dwayne and Billy really helped us out getting a dryer vent installed quickly at our new property which did not have one. They were both very professional, and the work clean with reasonable pricing. Would call them for vent cleaning and services without question. They also gave us a few really great restaurant recommendations for the area as we are always looking for those hot spots! ;)

First of all, when I hire someone to do a job, I expect good service, a fair price, and promptness! I can't say enough about these guys. They were prompt and professional! With a splash of humor. I attempted to help clean, and they immediately said no ma'am. We clean up behind ourselves. Which they did! I expected it to be a long, loud process, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they completed the work. I almost forgot a couple of times they were there. They showed a video of the process, which was pretty cool.
So....if you are looking for a crew to clean your ductwork, give them a call. You will be glad you did! No, seriously, you will be glad you did! AND They did not pay me to write this review! It was my pleasure!

My husband and I had a great experience w this company! After having an Angie’s list vendor come to our house and make a huge mess in our basement and not actually cleaning the duct completely. They came in put the venting system back together the right way, cleaned the dryers ducts and put everything back together within 45 minutes. Very professional, great work and clean! Also, they actually have the proper equipment to do the job right! Highly recommend them and will use them for all of our future needs

A small fuse in our HVAC system had blown, at no fault of theirs, but they wanted to make sure everything was up and running before they left, so (on a Friday afternoon) they went to get a new fuse and took care of it for us. These guys go the extra mile!!

I have recommended these gentlemen to all of my neighbors and family members. They were prompt, efficient, and very courteous. They asked if I preferred they remove their shoes prior to entering my house (that is not a question many tradesmen ask), they asked permission to run lines and warned me about the noise of their equipment prior to beginning the service. We had an issue with our dryer so we also had our dryer duct work cleaned by Valley Ducts. We truly appreciate people who do what they are supposed to do. So often we have companies that don't call back or don't show up and it is ridiculous. BUT these 2 young guys show up and are very pleasant and informative. Valley Ducts cleaned the ducts in our very old HVAC system. They also identified a few supply lines that had moisture in them which was very disturbing. This can develop mold and create an unhealthy condition in our home. These young men were on time, polite, courteous, helpful and intelligent. Their fee was reasonable and they did a fine job of cleaning up after themselves. We could not have dreamed of better service or skills. We have hired them to come back and replace the supply lines that contain the moisture. We would highly recommend them!
