I’ve had Valhalla Roofing do 2 new roofs in the past 2 months for me, one of those being my parents’ house.
In both cases, Bob was quick to respond, fair in price, uses top quality products with a 40 year transferable warranty, and was at each project site to oversee his crews. They finished each job quickly and with quality. As others have mentioned, his communication is excellent. He also is just a very genuinely nice and caring person, going the extra mile to walk my dad (who has dementia) around the home after it was complete to explain what they did and ensure his very specific satisfaction. My parents have stated on numerous occasions how genuinely nice he was from the very first moment they met him. Additionally, Bob was able to refer me to a network of professionals for other services I’ve needed that were equally responsive and trustworthy.

Highly recommend Valhalla Roofing. We had a small roof leak and called Valhalla Roofing to fix it. Bob the owner came out to check the roof. After a thorough examination he told us what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. They came out the next day to fix the repair. His communication and service throughout the process was top notch.

Valhalla Roofing installed my new metal roof summer of 23'. I reside in Lake Fork and wanted to give the roof some time before posting a review. Beyond impressed with the quality and mountain weather performance. What was really incredible was Bob's customer service. He was friendly, knowledgable and worked closely with me throughout the process to build exactly what I was after. His communication was top notch. Discovered a leak in our roof on a Saturday night, called Bob and he was out the next morning. Recommended the disaster clean up crew that came out immediately to help dry the attic. Bob was awesome to work with and got our roof was repaired in a very short time. Highly recommend. Thanks Bob!!
