Bryce and his team replaced our roof and they did a fantastic job! I have not had this experience before and Bryce made it very easy. His prices were very competitive (not the lowest bid but far from the highest bid I received). I had 5 quotes from roofers and I selected Bryce because he was not pushy, was not trying to upsell me. He was responsive knowledgeable and very down to earth. My roof was finished in less than two days and his crew took care of the area around my house. It looked as though they were never there. Bryce and Angel have been friends of mine for a long time. I am currently building my house and needed a roofer so I asked Bryce if he could do it. I could not ask for a better crew/ product !! They were in and out for a more than fair price and did an excellent job. Love these guys and would highly recommend them !!!

Bryce was absolutely amazing. He was able to give me an estimate in 24 hrs, and he checked in with me about my roof while he was on vacation (because I was fighting with my insurance). He coordinated flawlessly with my restoration team to remediate the mold in my attic while replacing my roof at the same time. He responded to my texts and phone calls almost immediately. And he's honestly just the nicest guy. It doesn't get better than 3 Peaks Northwest. They're reliable, fairly price, and produce excellent work. If you have any roof concerns, don't wait.
