AJ and his team are excellent. Had an emergency with a tree in our backyard (a crack in the trunk making the tree unstable, meaning it needed to come down ASAP) and he came out that night to give us an estimate and started work the next day. They worked quickly and communicated everything that was going on. Highly recommend.

We have a canal easement that had gotten out of control a true weed jungle. It took 5 workers and 6 hours to knock it down and haul it away. I think it took longer than expected, but they stayed true to the estimate. They are a fantastic business to work with. I will definitely be using them again.

AJ’s tree service did an excellent job on pruning my elm tree. I had a lot of dead branches and a few other problems that needed attention. Thanks to AJ and his crew I don’t have to worry about any foreseen problems. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I called him 3 times and left a message over the course of 2 weeks. He finally texted me back. However when I asked for a time for him to come give me a quote he stopped texting and said it was his grandson who I had been texting and then blamed his phone for not getting the texts. I told him that I am getting quotes from other businesses to choose who I wanted to use and he said he does not do that and refused to give me a quote. Poor customer service and sad that if I am not already a customer I have no right in his eyes to shop around and find the right person for the job. He obviously has no need for new customers. I would not recommend you wasting your time on him. So sad lost cause.

AJ's completed two jobs for us. They provided free estimates and then completed the jobs in a timely manner. The jobs were trimming large trees and then removing an old fence and building a new one. They were very professional and did good quality work on each job. The crew was friendly and answered every question we had. We will use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Call them, you will be glad that you did.

Poor communication. Called for an estimate was asked to text name and address. Heard nothing for a day and half. I texted no response. 2hrs later he said he could come around 5pm-5:30pm. No call no show. I called around 5:45pm AJ answered said mechanic was there looking at his truck. He said he would be by the next day between 11-11:30. No call no show. Not sure if legit now.

AJ’s is an exceptional tree pruning/trimming service! They gave us a great estimate to trim and clean dead branches of 9 trees and remove one and trim the dead from several arborvitae trees. We ended up losing 2 trees instead of 1 and they did stump grinding for two. They were very knowledgeable and informative of their process. We had borers, which are very destructive . AJ showed us the destruction and damage caused by the borers and what we needed to do to prevent additional damage in the future. AH’s were very professional, friendly and courteous of our property. We will only use AJ’ Tree Pruning for trees. We highly recommend them for your services.

An employee named Mike removed a stump from my front yard, he told me there would be no charge, I asked to make sure he was positive about the money, he told me not to worry about it. 2 weeks later I get a invoice from him and he told me I need to pay by next Tuesday or there will be legal matters.

We used AJ tree service for an estimate. He came over and wasted over an hour of time, we spoke with my neighbor and got permission for access and had the entire plan put together. He gave me a quote in writing and said he’d be able to do the job within a month. The very next day I have tempted to start contacting him regarding the tree removal and planning of and AJ never responded. I called 3 times and text him 3 times within the next month... even sent him a copy of the bid he had left me in writing and he still completely ignored me. Look up his part was I had a few other people that were able to do the tree and I decided not to use them because AJ had an attractive price so I list all contact with others I had planned on using and now it’s a month later and I still have no plan to get this tree out. These people are probably much better with trees than they are other humans and definitely have no business running a business like this. There’s plenty of other tree companies in town don’t let these guys waste your time.

They had done work on my parents trees 1 time prior to this time about 2 years ago. They remembered my dad and asked where he was. They were so upset when they had learned of his passing. They were so kind saying how much he will be missed and how much they enjoyed him. I don't know any company that would remember someone after 1 encounter. They talked about him a lot and expressed their sadness to hear of his passing. Not only were they extremely kind and thoughtful but they did a wonderful job with the many large pine trees and were a delight to work with. We will only be using them and we will recommend them to all our friends and family.

They did not communicate with us and they didn't give us a insurance binder even though they said they were bonded. Only worked about 4 hours in 5 days. Did not show up to explain anything.. Friendly but not professional and tried to charge too much. Did not call to Update us. Would not recommend this company.
