Marc & I are very pleased with our experience with Valentine Premier Construction. We will definitely use them for future projects. Starting with Chad and then onto Steve, Ray, and John Valentine -- we found the employees to be honest, highly skilled, and totally focused on making our dreams come true. Their workmanship & customer service is second to none. An unfortunate fire forced an extensive repair and then a remodeling project for our home. Valentine's handled the entire project inside and out -- they have grown into far more than "just" a roofing company! A special Thank You to my new friend, Steve Cole!

I used Valentine for my sunroof flashing a couple of years back. I recently had a leak around the sunroof and called their office. Chad called me back promptly and came over to inspect the flashing and fixed some damage. The leak still continued and I messaged him again.

Since the work was out of warranty Chad did let me know that there will be a cost for the fix, which was expected. There was no forecast for rain over the next few day and within 4 days one of their pros checked the flashing again and found a few areas that needed to be patched. He took care of it within a few minutes and did not charge me for his services.

Such levels of commitment and service are hard to find. I will defintely use Valentine in the future and will highly recommend this local business.

We discovered a large hole in the siding of our chimney after a recent storm. I texted Steve some photos on a Sunday; he called back right away, and he was at our house the next day. It turned out that we had severe water damage in our chimney structure, and the re-work would be extensive. However, Steve's team completed the job in 2 days before the next heavy rain. Very impressed with their responsiveness and the quality of their work.

From start to finish, Brenda (our project manager) and Brad (our contractor) did a wonderful job of communicating. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of work is fantastic. We will be using Valentine for other projects we have in mind for our home. I highly recommend!!

We had a small leak coming in from around our chimney. They came out and diagnosed the issue, and give me an estimate in the next day. It was very reasonable so we hired them. They came out completed a job in five hours which included roof repair and drywall repair. It looks amazing.The customer service is top notch. They truly care about how you feel about the job when it’s done. I can’t wait to work with them again!

Last May two large sections of shingles were blown from our home in a strong windstorm, and rain clouds were threatening. I called the subcontractor who installed the roof when we originally built our home, but he was no longer in business. My wife suggested calling Valentine Premier Roofing (VPR) as they’ve been in Coppell for the 27+ years we’ve lived here and have always had a good reputation. VPR immediately sent a crew to tarp the bare roof areas which prevented further damage as it soon began to rain for several days. VPR helped process our insurance claim by providing the adjuster with measurements, photos, and detailed explanations for including numerous items to the insurance estimate that the carrier’s independent inspector had incorrectly reported or missed entirely. VPR also fixed issues our original roofer had created. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend VPR. A special thank you to Chad Magee at VPR who answered all our questions and kept us fully informed. We had no problems through the whole process because of Chad’s experience in dealing with insurance companies and his expertise in roofing. Chad made extra visits after the work was completed to make sure the job was perfect and every detail was addressed. Performed my job from 2018 hail storm in Coppell. Very fair (competitive) price for the quality of all work performed. Valentine also handled all negotiations directly with my insurance carrier for supplemental payments required for additional damage discovered. Finally, they spend the extra time every day cleaning up all construction debris - I would confidently recommend to my friends & family in North Texas.
