We had valcore out to inspect our roof with some concerns we had. They put my mind at ease and told me the work was not needed at this time. They checked the roofs integrity and told me it will not leak, and when it was time to replace , they would help me with the whole process. I sure appreciate their honesty and "not wanting to make a quick buck".

Last May, we endured a brutal hail storm at our farm property in Berthoud. I reached out to Valcore for an inspection/estimate (as well as a couple of other roofing companies). It was clear from the start that Misty is who we wanted to work with. From the start, I had the feeling that she was honest and would walk with us through the entire process. As insurance pushed and pulled us around, Misty took the time to come to our property to walk the various adjusters through the damage, hold ladders, whatever it took, even before knowing that we would award her the contract.

Her team took the reigns in working with our insurance company, ensuring nothing was missed and that we would get the job done that we needed on each of our buildings...a huge relief as this claim had several moving parts and insurance was being extremely difficult to work with.

When the crew started, we were told that we'd have both a foreman for the crew, as well as Bayley from the Valcore team to oversee the daily work and operations. It was great to have both of these people here all day each day supervising the crew, answering questions, and taking care to see that things were buttoned up at the end of each day.

It's difficult to know who to trust and who will do quality work in the roofing industry. Misty and her team stand by the mantra of "people over profits" and it's obvious that she is trustworthy and values integrity for her company. She is kind and cares about the work being done. I have no doubt that if we encounter any issues with the work that was done, Valcore would take care of it without issue. I would absolutely recommend Valcore for any roofing needs!!

Valcore roofing has done two roofs for me this year. Each time, the roofing crew showed up on time, finished the job in one day, thoroughly cleaned the property of all materials, especially nails. We give well-deserved highest praise and recommendation for Valcore Roofing and all of its representatives. Our roof replacement was accomplished during a short lull in the weather a little over a week ago (March 2023). This was not an insurance claim; it was just time to replace our 26 year old roof before any leaks might occur. As estimated, the job was completed in two days. It involved not only the roof on our home but also on an adjoining gazebo with a steep and difficult to access roof. Everyone was attentive, hardworking and professional. All of the inevitable debris was meticulously managed and the landscaping and other areas around our home were well protected. We appreciated the explanation of the product choices, the thorough and competitive estimate, the expansive company brochure, and the advance documentation preparing us for the project from the beginning to the end and beyond. We give special thanks and praise to Derik Lints for the time he spent getting to know us, understanding our needs, estimating and meticulously managing the project. We also praise and thank Misty Flannery who, as the owner of the company, has put together a wonderful team. Both Derik and Misty showed tremendous compassion and generosity upon learning of the health crisis that my husband is enduring and the related challenges imposed upon me. This is a collective group of people who take pride in what they do and care about the people they serve. We love the look of our new roof too!

Valcore installed a new roof this past week. 12/6/22 They were very professional. Did a wonderful job. Placed tarps around my house to collect any debris that may fall. Derik, the project manager always notified us of any changes in the schedule, due to weather. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof.

We encountered several delays during the process because of other contractors and they were always available to always available to Mitigate issues related to these delays. My Valcore team helped me with the fight, did the work, allowing us to make payments and more. They were not just a business out for themselves and consider your best interest their best interest. Valcore was so much more helpful than another roofing service we started out with. They were friendly and attentive and did everything they could to help us save money while getting a good quality product!

We had a roof and gutters replaced by Valcore along with solar panel removal and reinstall. They were up front with what it would cost, and they came in at a lower cost than some of the competitors. They helped us work through the insurance paperwork. We were able to upgrade our shingles to class 4, thereby lowering our insurance premiums once the roof was replaced. Luke and Derik were always willing to take our questions and got back to us immediately. I wanted to set up payment plan to utilize points on my credit card. They worked with me to make it happen. They made the process so smooth, I've recommended them to all my coworkers should they ever need their roof replaced. And lastly, they sent a thank-you card to us for giving them our business. Where to start! From when Kylie first came to look at the roof to the very last interaction I had with the company, every aspect of this transaction was professional, honest, and low stress. Kylie ran interference with the insurance company so I literally only had to file the claim; she did all the rest. I highly recommend Kylie and Luke for roof repair. They are very professional and kept trying to figure out where our leak was coming from. They came out a few different times to try different ways to find the leak, they even came at night to use a red light. They only found one vent they thought might not have been sealed right. So far, after they sealed that spot, we only had one hard rain but so far no more leaks. I appreciate their diligence and time, I trust them to do a thorough job!
