Very good experience with Schroeder Roofing. Jason worked with my insurance company to ensure the correct documentation was submitted for full coverage. Jason explained the process very thoroughly and even came out to inspect the roof with the claims adjuster. In July of 2024, my property suffered a severe hailstorm. Little did I know what the recovery process was going to be. I had no idea of what was necessary to recover from this experience. I worked with Jason Dubois on a situation involving a real estate transaction where the seller was required to replace the roof. He was so communicative throughout. He got me an estimate immediately, met with an insurance adjuster at the property and when that was denied, he clearly understood what was involved when the money from the seller's proceeds had to go into escrow. As soon as there was an opportune time, he made sure the roof got replaced in order to comply with the lender's time requirement. Schroeder replaced our roof after hail damage. They did a great job and took care of all the new code changes required by the city, which were many because our roof was close to 20 years old. Of course, this meant getting the insurance company to agree to pay for the many upgrades; Ryan, our representative from Schroeder, made sure our new roof was fully up to code and that our insurance company paid for it all. In addition, he suggested we needed an upgrade in our attic venting, which was inadequate since we have a no eave overhangs in which to put vents. He convinced our insurance to pay for this significant upgrade as part of the roof replacement. We are completely satisfied with the job done, the professionalism of the installers, including a thorough cleanup. I highly recommend Schroeder Roofing, and especially Ryan as the overseer for the entire project.

We had an expected water leak in a bathroom vent, we called Jason and within an hour we have someone here to assess the situation. Dwayn was able to create a temporary solution that allowed us to review our long term needs, while dealing with winter weather conditions without making the situation worse. Allowing us to make an educated decision with regards to a best options. After my neighborhood was hit with a pretty bad hail storm, one of my neighbors recommended that I talk to Greg Koch who is one of Schroeder's project managers. Greg came out and did a very thorough inspection of the damage to the house. At that time he assured me that he would help me navigate through any problems I might have with my insurance coverage. He came out again when the insurance adjuster was here and pointed out some of the things the adjuster missed. When i got the first report back from the insurance co. Greg had to contact them again to explain some of the new codes and standards that had changed over the years. After a few more times of some back and forth communicating he finally got the ok to proceed with construction. I did not have pay a dime over what my deductible was. He also recommended someone to do the siding and the painting of the house. Every crew that came to the house to do the roofing, the siding, the painting and the gutters were not only very competent, they were just very nice people. I very highly recommend Greg and Schroeder Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

We had a 5-star experience with Schroeder Roofing. The price was more than competitive and the workmanship was top-notch. Shingles were delivered the day before. Workmen arrived at 6:30 AM the next day and immediately started to work. 95% was completed in one day with just a few touch-ups required on the day following.

The sales manager, Greg Koch, was very knowledgeable amd explained both the products and the installation procedure. We learned more in 30 minutes with Greg than with the two other companies bidding on the same job. Schroeder was also less expensive for our "best-in-class" Class 4 product.

I was working with Jason DuBois and he walked myself and my wife through the process which is a daunting thing to look at. Everything that Jason and I talked about was done and after completion Jason came back and he adjusted a few things in order to complete the job. I would recommend them for any of your roofing repairs and or replacements that you may have in your future. I also just recently found out that Schroeder roofing did the roof on our house when it was purchased in the 90's. That roof lasted 32 years. Not a bad investment for your house.

How do I give 10 stars??!! Beyond expectation, is an understatement! Jason and his team were exemplary during our process. Things got a little difficult with our insurance company during a hail claim, but Jason had all the tricks up his sleeve that ultimately got the claim paid in full because it seems insurance isn't on the homeowners side.

He was patient, kind, and personable in a way that you knew he was really in it for his customers. Best of all, I had tons of questions which Jason was never judgemental about. He never seemed to mind the questions no matter how dumb I thought it was. I could ask any question and he'd explain it in a way that was easy to understand for those of us that aren't in the business.

The team of guys who did the work were thorough, did a beautiful job and were carefull when removing the old roof, which was important to us. They use a net or tarp on the side of the house they throw the old shingles off of into a trailer so as not to damage your house. Not all companies do that. They also use padding on the ladders so as not to damage gutters. When they were done, we were hard-pressed to find "proof" they were even here. They had cleaned nearly everything up that was dropped!! It was awesome!!

At the end, I had more questions, of course, but this was for the office gals, Ashley and Brittany. They are an extension of Jason's kindness and patience. Seems like a company motto, which is more than appreciated! We will definitely use Schroeder again!!

If you are told that you don't have an insurance claim, we at recommend you call Jason for a 2nd opinion. After 3 companies said there was no claim, he met with insurance and in addition to a new roof, they found additional items to repair and replace including skylights, gutters, and siding. All of this was completed for the cost of the deductible. Need I say more...?
