Tod was able to help us select the best shingles for our roof and explained the process so there was no surprises. The entire process was seamless and easy. Zach C from Pride Roofing inspected our roof and found hail damage from a storm almost a year ago. All I had to do was put in a claim and he handled everything else. Communication was great and everything happened when he said it would. The roof itself looks outstanding, somehow Pride got upgraded shingles without any additional cost to us. I would highly recommend Pride Roofing to anyone.

Our roof was replaced as part of a home purchase; the home inspection revealed that the roof was damaged by hail and required replacement. The Pride Team was hired by the sellers. After being inundated by storm chasers after a hail storm last year, Christian came in at the end of the day and spent hours explaining what our damage was and how to fix it. After research I wanted a certain brand and an upgraded class 4 roof. Christian was easily able to accommodate me. My roof came out perfectly. More than doing a great job, Christian as a person and a business owner, is honest, ethical and so patient. He never rushed us on any decision and guaranteed his work. I trusted him so much because we were paying a lot after insurance. He didn’t disappoint.

Bronson and Dave couldn’t have been easier to deal with, performed professionally while also being very friendly and approachable. Dan was also wonderful to work with and handled all my questions with ease and grace. The final product looks great. Will definitely keep these guys on speed dial for any future projects.

For starters he gave us step by step of what the process, would beat $$ the local competition and was very good at communicating what to expect. My husband and were in urgent need of a skilled roofer to do some repairs to our gutters. After calling a company we previously used and being told we’d have to wait a month, I called Pride based on so many outstanding reviews and was told that they would send someone to help just days later. Bronson and Dave were so nice to work with and did great work. I highly recommend Pride- it’s not often you find great communication and reliability in the same company.

I had a great experience working with Matt and John. The whole process of supplying their team with custom-branded underlayment went smoothly from start to finish. I had to tell the sales person to go away five times. I was in the middle of yard work, he walked up and I told him in not interested in what he's selling. He tried to tell me he's not selling. I told him I'm not interested in sales, scheduling, or any other service. He kept talking anyway while I was picking up plants. I had to tell him "I'm not sure why you're still trying, I'm not interested"

Apparently he doesn't understand consent or the word no.

Owner Christian is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions with no pressure. Supervisor Eric ran a professional crew who completed tear-off of old shingles, installed new, and thorough clean-up in a timely manner. Noise level was minimal so we could stay in our home during the process. Admin staff were competent and easy to work with. Our roof looks amazing and no doubt, the best in the neighborhood. We were referred to Chris Robinson and his company by my paint contactor. I'm very happy I was! As a fellow veteran, Chris was very efficient, helpful, informative, and communicated every step of the way. We had a tile roof that was older and was leaking, it was a relief receiving the highest rated Malarkey Shingles knowing we'd have no more leaks and it was completed in one day. I highly recommend this company and will be having our gutters replaced by them in the Spring 2025.

This was my second roof in 18 months due to hail. Chris from Pride was extremely helpful walking me through this process, he stayed involved, kept me informed through the process from start to finish. Chris and the Pride team worked to insure the supplements with my insurance were approved, roofing materials were delivered, that the installation was done correctly and followed up after to insure I was satisfied with the work that had been completed and completed to my satisfaction. During this whole process Chris and the whole Pride team were extremely helpful and accommodating to my busy schedule.

I wish all roofing companies had a Chris. Chris came to my house to help navigate an old claim that I've been putting off. He was patient, friendly and took his time explaining everything to me. Sent a well put together email as well outlining what we went over. The pressure was zero, the down-your-throat salesmanship was non-existent and that made a huge difference to me. I haven't given solar a thought, but I know where I'll go if I do.

I first met with Chris Robinson from Pride Roofing and Solar in May 2024. He wanted to look at my roof because of the possibility of hail damage from the previous year, 2023. He got on my roof and inspected it and indeed found several areas of hail damage, and so I initiated a claim with my insurance company to get my roof redone. Chris set up some meeting and did a lot of to initiate stuff with adjusters from Safeco, and my roof was approved for a claim by Safeco over the summer. However, due to a large hail storm that hit Metro Denver in the late spring, I told Chris that my roof could wait until later in the year to be done. Finally in mid November, I was awaken to men starting the task of re-roofing my house, along with some other associated items. and within an afternoon, the shingles and a new deck were completed, with the rest of the items completed in about 4 days. I am happy with the color of the shingles that I purchased, and Chris helped to convince me to get the color that I now have. Chris' experience and expertise were key to me getting my new roof done without any issues. Thank you.

Hail came through the neighborhood, I thought I was fine as I had purchased impact resistant shingles. Fortunately, Chris Robinson was across the street checking my neighbor's roof and offered to check out mine as well, and a good thing too. I'm always skeptical of sales that come to you, but finding out Chris was a fellow Marine Corps veteran certainly helped. My roof was trashed, the shingles I bought were still pretty new, but not very resistant. Chris and Pride replaced my roof and so far it looks great; we still have gutters and paint to finish up so I'll update this review when the jobs complete, but so far 10/10 would recommend.

After a nasty hailstorm this summer we needed our roof replaced and decided to use Pride Roofing to complete the project. Our decision was made in part because Pride is local to Loveland and carries a superior shingle product (Malarkey), however the main deciding factor that put them over the top from all the other roofers that came calling was Chris Robinson. Chris was our first point of contact from Pride, and after making him aware that I was going to be a tough customer as I work as both a contractor and in the insurance industry he smiled and gladly accepted the challenge. Now that the project is complete, I can happily say he made the Marine Corp proud by going above and beyond throughout the whole process. Chris was, honest, punctual, acted with integrity, and even picked up the slack when other parts of the project weren’t going well. Before the build Chris made multiple trips to our house to help with the insurance paperwork and confirm everything was going smoothly. On the day of the build, he was present, kept things running efficiently and ensured we were satisfied with their work and the cleanliness of our yard upon completion.

With regards to Pride in general, their crew did an excellent job, and we are very satisfied with how the roof turned out. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and kept the project on track. Both the roofing and gutter crews were respectful of our property and demonstrated superior craftmanship even against my tough standards. With all that said I would highly recommend Pride Roofing and Chris Robinson to take care of any of your roofing needs!

I was most pleased with the job done by Pride Roofing. They cleared the roof and gutters of pine needles, as well as, a roof inspection. They were excellent!

Well, suffice to say "Pride Roofing" is still the best example I can think of (And I have employed dozens of contractors over the years) when it comes to old-school integrity and work ethic. My point of contact for the job was a gentlman named Chris (See intitial review) who made it his mission to get my parents a new roof. Chris has a remarkable work ethic and a refreshingly positive attitude. Initially, State Farm told us no, despite the damage left from numerous hail storms. Chris and his team were undaunted by State Farm's Refusal to replace my mom and dad's roof. They scheduled a second appt with the appraiser and Chris dilligently pointed-out every issue, apparently to their satisfaction, because by the time the appraiser was done, he was asking ME if I thought that there was anymore damage they needed to repair and/or replace. Impressive. "Pride" was pretty busy replacing other roofs in the area after a major storm. But, Chris' consistant communication assuaged any concerns in the interim and the roof was replaced seemlessly within the puoted time frame. They did an excellent job and the house looks great. So good, in fact, that I am considering having them replace the siding, as well. Thanks to Chris and his team, mom's house looks great! Thanks, guys!

We got a number of estimates for our roof in Littleton Colorado and started down the path with another roofing company. We had a unique situation as we had old hydro solar panels that need to be removed. The company drug its feet and after months of trying to get the project moving, we decided to go with Pride Roofing and Solar.

Enter Christopher Robinson. Chris was patient, took the time to walk through all the steps and helped us to understand the insurance maze and language.

Chris and his team at Pride went to bat for us with the insurance company and got them to increase our payout by another $4600.00 as the insurance adjuster missed a number of items that should have been covered.

The work was all done in a day and there was no mess left at all!

Chris and his whole team were professional, friendly, quick to respond and comfortable to work with. We felt good about the team and my wife and daughters also were very happy that there were no creepy vibes like you can sometimes get with contractors.

I highly recommended Pride Roofing and Solar and would gladly use them again.

Terrible, Terrible service. Only use this company of you want to manage your own project. We have had three project managers that could not manage their way out of a wet paper bag.
We started with Liam he sold us on using PRIDE. He got fired or left. Then we had Taylor, his roofing crew left a huge mess and worked until after 9 pm at night, well after dark. Then we got Billy. Billy can't return a phone call, text, or send an email. He can't stay up to date on any of the stages of our project. We have had to schedule/ manage several steps of our project because Billy has no clue whats going on. And don't be surprised if Billy calls you 'Bro'.... really?
I have talked to the front office about the issues. Nothing has improved.
Keep in mind this is a roof replacement, gutters and down spouts, whole house paint, and garage door replacement.

This would be a zero.. they unfortunately were given a check to do what was promised but 2 months went by & there was no estimate or any signed contract!!! So we asked for the check back & the guy came down to have it signed but we decided we no longer had any faith in him or this company.
They promised to fix the siding, gutters, windows along with the roof but said it was going to be the roof only. This last time when he came & was told we were going to use someone else he claimed he could start roofing the following day...sorry but no, we didn't have any idea of where the money was going or what the estimated cost of repairs was going to be???
What did they do...they took it upon themselves to keep 15% for doing nothing!!! Chris Robinson was a liar. By the way we talked to other people who had Pride signs & they too had given them money & no roofing has been started.
Meanwhile every other neighborhood had their haul damage repaired & finished within 2-3 days.
He blamed our insurance for the delay but what about the others who believed this company who was supposedly reputable...are their houses being delayed for insurance reasons too???

Very happy with Pride Roofing and especially Chris Robinson, the Account Manager that worked with us. Chris helped us with the process, answered all our questions and kept us informed.

The roofing crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked hard the whole day. One day, and we had our new roof.

Again, Chris stayed in touch and followed up more than once after the roof was completed.

Our roofing process involved in 1912 home with sound decking, but exposed eaves and antique gutter hardware. It’s an old farmhouse, so it’s look depends on simple things done especially well. Thanks, Billy and also Matt for coordinating the teams and individuals that got the house back to a state where it’s easily appreciated.

Our old gutters came off the same day the roof went on, and while the workmanship on the new roof was beautiful, the eaves could not be used again to support new gutters. I’d like to give a shout out to Desmond and his crew, who later completed our unexpected but necessary soffit and facia work. They laid the groundwork for Bronson and Dave to provide some finishing magic with a beautiful and highly functional gutter installation. With the house being as old as it is, no angle is right and no surface is plumb. A certain amount of artistry (read: ability to “fudge” to achieve a visual harmony) has to be worked into any construction. This added a layer of complexity and the need for patience to what was already a hard overhead job in midsummer heat. Thanks to Desmond and crew for this.

Bronson and Dave installed the gutters. They struck a great balance in making us happy with downspout placement on the house/detached garage, and keeping a highly functional and clean installation on track. We had to make a plan to address one of the gutters on the garage that was wedged between ours and a neighbor’s, and the patience, confidence, and creativity to make the right decision was so helpful. When a crew can do this while simultaneously keeping the work rhythm going in the heat and as the day wears on, you know you’ve got exceptional guys.The results of their metal craftsmanship and project forethought are easy to see, and working with them was such a positive note to end this process on!

Pride Roofing did good! Tear-down and replacement took only one day and it looks great. Max, Chris and the rest of the crew were attentive and met all of our needs. Hopefully no more hail, but if so, Pride will be called on again. Thanks, guys.

Crew, Eric and the roofers did an excellent job! We were please with Crew’s professionalism, and patience answering all of our questions after significant hail damage to our roof and home. Eric the project manager explained the process of job that day. They were all professional, conscientious, and efficient! Cleaned up our yard completely. Used magnets to pick up roofing nails. Addendum: 8/9/24: continuing with the roof replacement today Bronson and Dave arrived to replace the gutters and drain pipes. They worked so hard and a good portion of the hours spent here were in the pouring rain.
But they got the job done with smiles on their faces. The last piece to the total replacement will be paint touch ups. In the meantime I will give Bronson and Dave 5 stars for their work today!!!

The Pride Roofing and Construction team just left my home after removing and replacing my roof according to the review and agreement by my insurance agent. I was quite pleased with the number of team members, the quality of work and the cleanup and transfer of all trash off my property when finished.

Eric Runkle, the on site manager, kept the team moving and jumped in to solve or oversee a couple of issues requiring a little extra service. He was always available to answer my questions or provide feedback.

Dan Taylor, the Sales Manager was actively involved from our first conversation. He spent a couple of hours with my insurance rep walking both the roof and perimeter to help prepare a list of needed repairs. His feedback and opinion were represented in the final claim agreement.

Dan also came to my home throughout the day to check on progress, obtain feedback from Eric and oversee the quality of work. He will also shortly seek my opinion and verify my level of satisfaction.

I am satisfied with the professional leaders and the crew they have brought together to complete the agreed replacement.

Just had our shake roof replaced by Pride Roofing and the experience was fantastic. We worked with Chris Robinson through the whole process. Chris was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Liam has been AMAZING to work with. We are in the process of getting a new roof due to hail damage and he has been communicating with us throughout the entire process. During this time we endured another hail storm which shattered the protective covering to one of my skylights and he came out immediately to put a tarp up so we wouldn’t have worse damage done to our home. He has walked us through the whole process and been very patient with all the questions we have. I highly recommend Pride Roofing!!!

Chris did a great job helping us make a roofing material choice, working with our insurance company and keeping the schedule moving. The job was done in one day and the crew made sure the cleanup was thorough.

He worked tirelessly with my insurance company, put together a comprehensive proposal, and got my roof and gutters fully covered. Pride Roofing, in particular Dan Taylor, recognized my exceptional needs and responded in a very proactive manner. In particular, I did not know of the hail damage until I wanted to put my house on the market. I needed the roof shingle replacement and the insurance claim to be expedited. Dan responded to my needs and exceeded my expectations. He accompanied the insurance adjustor during the inspection and communicated my predicament. I don't know the details, but somehow Dan motivated the adjustor to expedite my claim and to monitor its progress. Indeed, the claim was challenged, but with Dan's help the adjustor updated and resubmitted the paperwork resulting in the claim's ultimate and quick acceptance. I don't think that the claim would have been so favorably processed without Dan's close working relationship with the adjustor.... And the team replacing the shingles also deserve high praise. They worked 13h on a hot day and when they were done they made and extra effort to clean up the site (which they did completely).

Ryan, the project manager, has done an excellent job. The free estimate was offered when I had hail damage. I learned my roof was 24 years old, the original roof and was no longer up to code. The roofers did an excellent job from start to finish. I highly recommend Pride Roofing.

I cannot speak highly enough about Pride and Ryan, the project manager that worked with me. Ryan was a both professional and had a great personal touch in working with me when he came out and gave us an estimate on our roof. It was clear to me that getting me the right roof was a higher priority for him and Pride than making money. Although circumstances outside of Pride's control led us to sign a contract with a different company, I have very little doubt that Ryan and Pride would have given us the highest quality roof with great customer service and support.

Pride Roofing replaced our roof in May, 2024. Dan Taylor and his crew are the best. They used the highest quality of shingles that are available. Removed the old shingles and vents and installed new ones in one day. Cleaned up all the debris from the removal and disposed it properly.
We had issues with the insurance company and Dan stepped in to do all the interface ( it wasn't easy) with the insurance to ensure that we were getting the full insurance benefit.
We highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat. They were very honest with us from the beginning.

This is an UPDATE after the work below was done.
I continue ro be very pleased with Chris Robinson and his crew (including Brendon), as the work on my roof was completed on time and in budget.
Chris takes a personal interest in the work being done by their contractors and goes beyond expectations to cover ALL details as they arise! He documents all issues with photos and the insurance company has come through nicely as a result.
Chris always kept in touch as work progressed and is now overseeing installation of Leaf Pro covers over the new rain gutters, an extra job I requested since I trust him and the Company to do another outstanding job at a reasonable price.

I highly recommend Chris and Pride (Loveland) for similar work by my friends and neighbors at every opportunity for their home improvement work as their needs arise! Such relationships are rare and valuable to a homeowner when they occur.

My roof needs help after the last hail storm and I met and talked with Chris Robinson of Pride Roofing and Solar, Loveland, Colorado as he took some time to talk with me about what he saw passing by my house. Chris is an Account Manager at Pride/Loveland, is knowledgeable, very experienced, easy to talk with, and had excellent suggestions about what to do next.

He is energetic during every phase of documenting the situation and having excellent insurance conversations to help fix the roof. We have been working together to get the job underway before spring weather hits and does further damage! I have come to trust Chris completely with this job as he pulls together the details of planning, contracting, working with his team and the insurance folks to handle the details through to successful completion. To date, this work is going very well and I trust the team to complete this job well before summer storms return!

( I’m a handyman contractor ) . She lined things up and I got the parts I needed pronto!!
