Every aspect of our new roof was meticulous! The initial contact and first meeting with Naseem was professional and the estimate was reasonable. When we agreed to the new roof the office Manager Abigail was great. The roofers were as careful with our shrubs and plants as could be. The job was fantastic and looks great. We have not found any nails or any debris. This is rare to find a company now that is customer focused, thorough, provides great quality and finishes with reaching out to the customer. VA Exteriors, especially Haythem Abedrabo, were professional, on time, courteous, and they showed concern regarding the quality of their work. All the workers were friendly, quick, and they cleaned the job site after the days' work. VA Exteriors replaced our roof and replaced some our siding. They pulled siding from the side of the house that is not seen everyday and used the that siding on the side of the house that is seen everyday. As you can see in the pictures, you can't tell what is original and what was replaced. On the other side of the house, where the new siding was installed, you can tell the difference, but Haythem, being the high standards professional he is, is doing some research to see if he can find siding that is a closer match. I really appreciate the customer service and quality work VA Exteriors has provided. Oh, and I should point out, that I got 3 quotes and they were the lowest, with a quicker start/finish timeframe, and were the most professional of the 3! Highly recommend!

I had my roof & siding replaced due to hail damage. Naseem worked closely with my insurance company to get approval. Initially, my insurance company approved only partial roof repair & would only replace 2 sides of the house. He took an insurance representative UP on the roof & then sent a sample of my siding to prove the siding wasn’t even available anymore! Therefore, my insurance agreed to replacing both the roof & siding. I feel like I have a new home! His workers were very good & finished the work in a timely manner. As a professional I rarely have an outside contractor work on my home. VA Exteriors did a wonderful job! The estimate was professional detailing the materials being used and exactly how and when the work would be done. VA had al the proper insurance and warranty in the proposal as well. The entire perimeter of the house was covered in tarps to protect our landscaping and everything else. We are so happy with with the work VA exteriors has done that we are we moving other projects with them.

After a few days of crazy winds my neighbor noticed many shingles missing on my roof. One of my gutters was also disconnected on the side of my house and badly bent. I called VA Exteriors and they came out that very day. Not only did they fix the missing shingles but identified other shingles that needed reinforcing. I immediately felt at ease, feeling like I was given honest answers by someone who has a lot of experience. I was provided a clean and clear up front estimate along with a broken down time line on what to expect and when to expect it.
