We replaced our entire roof from singles to Metal. I took few quotes and selected LV Roofing for the project. This was the second roof project that we did with them. LV Roofing team is very professional and did an exceptional job for us. I worked with Greg for estimation and quotes - a thorough professional. Our construction manager was Tomas who is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to roofing. Tomas and his team worked tirelessly and their work ethic was exemplary. We are very happy with everything. If you are in the market for metal roof, LV Roofing is an excellent choice. I would give them more than 5 stars if there was an option to do so. A+++++

This company is the REAL deal. I had my roof replaced and their team worked diligently through the heat to get it done and totally cleaned up. Working with Greg on the estimate and recommendations, to Emmi in the office clarifying things. They were very patient and wonderful at answering any and all questions and making sure I understood the process. Even took the time to drive a color sample to my house to make sure it was the right one. They have a long history for great work and are one of the most honest companies around.

Highest praise for this company! They put new roofs on my 1948 house and garage 25 years ago, and I ended up hiring them again to replace both roofs and gutters. I had called 3 companies to get bids, but from the first call Loudoun Valley Roofing was the most professional, prompt, and customer-focused. Their sales guy Jeff explained the process so I could understand it, got back to me quickly, answered all my questions, and kept me informed as to scheduling. On installation day the crew started on time, were done by 5, and cleanup was thorough. The whole transaction was super smooth and anxiety-free, and my new blue shingle roofs look great.

I have nothing but praise for Loudoun Valley Roofing! From the initial visit and quoted price for a roof replacement with Greg, through the final inspection with Tomas, everything was fabulous! They arrived when they said they would, got to work and did a beautiful job. Started at 0730 AM and the job was completed at 3:30 PM. The roof looks great and their cleanup was amazing. I walked around the house and then 3 days later raked both sides and front and found NOTHING. Crew was great and everyone I have dealt with at the company was professional and pleasant. Highly recommend this company for roof replacement!!!!!

Loudoun Valley Roofing did a great job in installing my new roof. They were patient as I worked with my HOA to get the exact match on Shingles and gave me good advice along the way. The roofers showed up on time and worked long hours in pretty cold and windy temps (low 40's) two days in a row. They were very efficient (not even sure they stopped for a lunch break) and did a pretty good job cleaning up. I did find some nails after they left but the foreman came back and pretty much finished cleaning everything up. Occasionally, communications is a challenge with them but they do get back to you.

Loudon Valley Roofing did an AMAZING job on our roof replacement. Everyone at the office and the team working on the roof were so kind and respectful of our home. After getting estimates from other roofers, we decided on Loudon Valley because of their thorough assessment and advice, and they were transparent about pricing with regards to upgrades and incidentals. Also, I wanted my snow guards powder coated a certain color and finish, and they made it happen! I can’t thank the team working on our roof enough. Loudoun Valley Roofing just completed the best roofing project I have ever experienced! Every member of the team was easy to work with, making for a smooth transition from start to finish. Their diligent crews worked long hours in extreme heat to meet a tight deadline. The company literally went above and beyond to ensure a high-quality installation on a large project under difficult circumstances. I will definitely use LVR for gutters, siding, and any other future needs.

I have used LV Roofing at least 3 or 4 times over the past year-end really don't even consider any other firm as they are quick to respond and offer fair pricing and quality repairs. The jobs are always on time and of excellent quality. The workers are diligent and careful and always clean up the area so there is little concern over rogue roofing nails around the house or barn (a major concern if you have livestock).
In a single sentence --I am completely satisfied and don't see a need to look elsewhere for my roofing or repair needs.

I called them after I found a shingle on my deck. At first they said they didn't have an opening until January 15 which was over a ween away. I told Lily I understood. I was just concerned about ceilings getting wet. So she said I will try and get someone out there today or first thing tomorrow. She called me the next day and told me when they would be there. They were on time . They showed me pictures where shingles were blown off. They replaced them in a timely manner. Pricing is reasonable. So glad i can always count on them.

Gave me a quote on roofing replacement. Quote stated it was done via google earth so they'd have to come out and physically see roof to accurately quote. Asked them to do so, and no response. I found a more reputable company with top quality product, service, and warranty at comparable price. I'll pay a couple hundred extra $$ to a company that actually communicates with me and doesn't leave me guessing.

I have worked with LVR in the past. They do quality work. I had the roof, fascia and gutters replaced. They priced the project fairly (validated by second estimate), sent a capable crew and accomplished everything discussed courteously and without complaint. I trust their work.

Loudoun Valley Roofing has been my go-to to resolve some shoddy work by our original builder. They seem to be always available and get here quickly when I call about a shingle that blew off the house. Recently I decided to bite the bullet and have LV Roofing perform a major update on the roof. They were easy to work with and arranged for zero percent financing to spread out the payment. I also had them install gutter guards when I had a problem with nesting birds. I highly recommend LV Roofing.

They did a partial roof replacement for us, and they were prompt and thorough and did a nice, quick job. They took care to clean up stray nails and materials as well, which was much appreciated. I'd definitely recomment them again.

Loudoun Valley Roofing did a great job removing the old cedar shake shingles and installing a slate roof and creating new gutters on the oldest continuously inhabited home in Loudoun County. The foreman had the knowledge, and the workers were highly skilled. They worked hard, did a great job and cleaned up well afterward. We are very pleased with the new roof.

Loudoun Valley just completed a full roof replacement at our 20 year old house. From the first phone call, with Emmi at the office, to the workers and foreman on the job, everyone on their team is very polite and professional. Our existing asphalt shingles were falling apart and should signs of potential plywood damage. They were able to assess the roof plywood once everything was taken off and replaced any plywood that was not in sound condition. They made the entire job painless and as quite as a roof replacement job can go (ask my wife, she worked from home through all of it!) Loudoun Valley Roofing recently worked on our 83-year-old home's original slate roof, and they were great to work with from start to finish. They replaced 30 slate shingles and replaced the copper flashing around one of our chimneys including slate replacement and sealing. Alejandro was prompt and helpful with his estimates, including breaking the estimate into logical segments so we could spread work out over time. The crew showed up on time, cleaned up the job site, and addressed a concern I had immediately onsite. Alejandro came back to check on the job and inspect the gutters, and spent time thoroughly answering my many questions including visiting the attic and helping me understand various ventilation and gutter options. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Loudoun Valley roofing had done prior work for us installing a metal roof a few years back and I was extremely happy. Everything went super smooth. So, when I added a screened in porch I called them to put on a metal roof in November. You can tell the quality of a company when things don't go as planned. A mistake was made by the workers, using too long of nails. Not only did they own up to it. The next day they completely removed everything and started again all at their expense. I got an upgrade to an aluminum roof also. Heather was sympathetic and understanding. Now that is a quality company. Sometimes mistakes are made, but when they go above and beyond to make it right like Loudoun Valley Roofing did, you know you can trust them with your business. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!

We had a portion of our standing seam metal roof replaced by Loudoun Valley Roofing and are very very pleased. Our home was built in the 1700s and presented a few challenges, and the roofers went above and beyond to do an excellent job on our new roof. It looks fantastic! Our neighborhood was hit hard last May with a hailstorm. I got 5 different estimates. I even drove by each business site to see if they took pride in their own building. Loudoun Valley Roofing is the real deal! Excellent facilty, wonderful staff, prompt service, and great follow-up with their inspection. We purchased a house that had a two year old roof on it but we noticed some leaks during a couple of days of really heavy rain. I contacted LVR and they quickly sent a team out that fixed the issues since it was still covered under the warranty. Great customer service and really nice roofers.

Poor quality residential roof installation in my case: the brand-new roof failed leading to $12K interior damage after only 5 years following install. I had to hire a different company to replace completely their roof installation with a new one after 6 years: a roof install is supposed to last 20 to 25 years. They used caulking to fill nail holes rather than replacing the asphalt shingles contrary to the work order: discovered after hiring a third party roof inspector. Required multiple trips and countless communications and much frustrating experience as well as interacting with an unfriendly customer service person throughout the entire ordeal.

The professionals at Loudoun Valley Roofing came out today to replace a roof fan that decided to stop working 5 years after it was originally installed. Some quick troubleshooting showed the fan had died. Because the old fan has a 10 year warranty the new fan was installed for at no charge. I had no idea there was a warranty on the fan but it was a nice surprise. Thanks to everyone at Loudoun Valley Roofing for your help today! The new fan works great.

I agree with the review about the woman answering the phone. She was very unfriendly and I got the impression I was wasting her time. Don’t assume your caller knows anything about a roof, you may have to take a minute to explain some things! Sad, because this company came recommended by two unrelated sources. I’m going to try somewhere else. First impressions count.

Had them replace our roof and they did a wonderful job. Greg was the estimator and was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. The team that installed our new roof was outstanding. I now plan to have them replace my rain gutters. If they did anything else I needed I would likely call them first. Good solid install and worth the money!

I have heard the true test of a company is when something does not go right, and how they handle it. I can truly say that when there were still some issues after a repair, and I brought it to management's attention, they stood behind their work, made the additional repairs and did not charge me for the additional work. I am a satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend LVR!
