V3 Roofing & Renovation

We had some hail damage on the our exterior of our house. Our neighbor recommended this company so we reached out and we’re so glad we did! They did an amazing job, from helping with our insurance, the siding, roofing, painting, and even help get rid of an unused door that looks so much better! Customer service was wonderful! CJ is the best! He has been so patient, helpful and supportive through this whole process. Also, Greg, Casey and the siding master, Eddie. So grateful for their help and dedication to their work. Recommend them to everyone.

I’m in Riverton and a few nasty hail storms have come through recently and I don’t like to get up on the roof. V3 came out flew a drone over my house real quick and did an inspection and let me know basically what I could expect out of my roof in the going years and checked for any potential water leaks for the awning we put it years back. Great communication, fast, and reliable. He found one shingle that has some damage is all and the inspection was free. Oh and dog friendly! Thank you.

CJ was amazing to work with. He was quick to reply with any questions, very patient and helpful in my panic of picking colors, and followed through the entire project. We felt like we got a great price , finished on time, and the end result is beautiful! Would highly recommend!!

We recently had a new roof installed by V3 Roofing. The service from start to finish was fantastic. This started as an insurance claim and we were getting some kickback from the insurance company. CJ at V3 stepped in and worked closely with our insurance adjustor to get the claim approved.

CJ at V3 took the time to explain the process, the quality of the products they use, and helped us make the right decision for our home. He stopped by each day during the install to answer questions and check on the progress.

The roofing team at V3 knows how to install! They were very detail oriented and took the time to do the job right.

If you need a roof replacement this is a great company to have it done by. They say what they do and do what they say and walk you through every step. CJ is very knowledgeable and will listen to your concerns and delivers a fantastic roof. The best part is how clean they leave a job once they are done.

The workers worked hard and did a great job - they even made sure our Christmas lights were back up properly - CJ did a great job managing the job and working with the adjuster . What a great experience. Called V3 and they helped me work with the insurance company as I had some storm damage. The pricing was great and the crew was out of controle awesome! They set me up with GAF warranty as well!

Loved working with CJ. Customer Service is Awesome. I called to get a quote. CJ came out to my house climbed onto the roof and inspected my roof. Call #01: CJ calls and sets up an appointment to go over all the available options. CJ shows me several (years) of satellite pictures; which showed the progressive deterioration of my roof. And explains what is going on with my roof. Call #02: CJ calls and sets up an appointment to go over the quote. And double check all the options I selected are correct. And schedules a tentative date they will get started on my roof.
CJ kept me informed what was happening from the first phone call to completing my roof. CJ came out after his crew was done and inspected my roof before signing off--completed.

I had a large roof which needed to be replaced (~9500sqft). Their first estimate to complete was 4 days - it ended up taking over two weeks! The crew they assigned for this large job started with 4 men and then got reduced to 2. Their crews showed up late in the morning and left early in the afternoon. As we were nearing the 2 week mark, we complained that we needed the work done in two days because we had young grandchildren visiting us. We were told it would be 100 percent done. The photos show what "100 percent done" means to V3 - their construction material thrown on the side of the house, and the electric ice melt wiring dangling from the roof (never mind the rip in the patio chair, debris and nails everywhere, etc.). I have since found that they have left a electrical box completely exposed on the roof (the one the ice melt wiring plugs into). On the plus side, the roof looks good and I hope that it is of good quality (why they get 2 stars instead of none). Maybe they would be competent handling a small roof job, but they certainly were not professional and competent handling a large one.

Update 8/4/2023: I dropped my rating down to one star, as I found out after these storms passed through, that my downspouts were clogged with debris from V3. Last photo is what came out of one of my downspouts after I flushed it.

I had missing shingles on my roof and Saxton and Jesus knocked on our door to do a roof inspection for free and they were able to find more damage. They helped us through the process and got our new roof done super fast. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Adrian and his crew did a great job and fixed lots of wood that needed to be replaced. He was fast and our roof looks great. I highly recommend V3 Roofing and Renovation. The price was great and lower then other companies and the quality is amazing.

Phil was very helpful with all the questions I had regarding my roof repair. He and Stetson made it easy to pick this company for my roof repair. The job was done well & fast. Will definitely recommend!

I had some wind damage and V3 roofing and renovation did our inspection for us and helped me with my insurance claim. My insurance company approved a new roof and V3 was able to schedule us right away and had roofers on our house fast. They did our new roof in 2 days, cleaned up the mess and Hauled everything away. They were very professional and fast. I’m very happy with our new roof.

V3 roofing and renovation just finished my roof in West Jordan and did a great job. They were fast and really easy to work with. My homeowners insurance paid for a portion of my roof because of wind damage and v3 had really awesome financing options and I was able to get my entire roof done without having all the money up front. I highly recommend working with these guys.
