Felix and Kevin did a great job, they paid attention to every detail and the job turned out excellent RGS exteriors is the best.

We had a very good experience overall working with RGS Exteriors. Our project was completely replacing our windows and siding, soffit and fascia, and gutters. Clint did our estimating work and contract. He was thorough in gathering information and the estimate he gave was detailed and transparent regarding costs. Maddie was a pleasure to work with in the billing office. Kevin was our project manager and did a great job, concerned with the crews doing good work and quick to respond whenever we had any concerns. Alan and Gustavo worked directly on the windows and siding installations. The siding and windows turned out great and we appreciated their help. Gabe did a great job with installing the gutters. Paul and Brandon manufactured and installed the new chimney hood and it looks great on the roof and we appreciate their skill.
Our only suggestion would be to have the siding install crew to be more mindful of the plants and exterior lighting around the house when installing. With an older home like ours more concern regarding ladder placements and where to stand when installing could have been better. RGS did respond with fair compensation for the damage done, and we realize that it will never be perfect, but a more thoughtful and careful approach by the install crew would be desirable.
Overall we feel very positive about working with RGS and we would recommend them for exterior work on your home.

RGS exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Brad helped me understand the process and didn’t put any pressure on me when he came to do my estimate. The project manager Kevin answered my questions along the way. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Daniel and his crew were polite and clean. They did a fantastic job installing my exterior. Even the office personnel Maddie, Kayla and Ellie kept me informed. Everyone showed up when they said they would and finished the job early. I would recommend them and would use them again.

RGS did a good job installing exterior rain gutters on our entry way. Better still, they've serviced that installation, and resolved any issues that came up. Long after the original installation was complete.

We needed a fix on a leaking gutter causing safety (ice) issues. We had a better than expected experience with the estimator / sales rep. Then Gabriel showed up - alone? To put up multiple gutter runs up to 20 ft. I was very skeptical - offered to help at least hold up one end. But he just went to work. No hesitations and clearly competent. The gutters went up. He explained along the way, showing what and why. After pieces were up, he spent a long time adjusting pitch to get optimum flow.

Once the decision was made that I had to tear everything off the face off of my garage and overhead family room I called RGS because of the adds I’d seen on T.V. , I am very satisfied with at that decision Maddie was very professional setting us up with an appointment with Aaron who explained what needed to be done from start to finish he was very thorough in the details making making feel very comfortable with our decision to go with RGS. He assigned Kevin the project manager making sure the materials and roofing guy was onboard when we needed him and the Best best crew that did all the demo and repairs plus did the install work of James Hardy siding did an absolute beautiful job of installing the material I’ve got tons of compliments from people passing by. RGS really gave our place a needed facelift. They were very good to address our concerns and make a few minor adjustments as the project wrapped up. It felt like our project manager Kevin's goal was to make us happy from the start. Also, you just can't argue with RGS's guarantee and the fact that they have been around for so long and will continue to be around in the future just in case. You're not going to find all that with another contractor.

We had a great experience with RGS exteriors. Quinton was great project manager and kept me aware of everything and when a problem came up they took care of it without any problem.

What an amazing transformation! Can you believe this beautiful home was a normal boring 20 year old house a few months ago? Mike came up with the design plan and RGS Exteriors took off the stucco and did the natural stone, beautiful new energy efficient dark tinted windows, a stunning steel French door at the rear of the home, incredible soffit, fascia, gutters and porch lid, a stunning custom made chimney hood the metal shop custom built from scratch, rebuilt the front pillar frames so they were square, fixed rotten wood and sheathing that happened from the cracked brown stucco, wrapped the garage door, painted and more!

My wife and I were looking to get our old deck replaced with something bigger so we started requesting quotes from builders. RGS had some great reviews so we invited them out to our house to go over our project. They sent Ron on 5/23/25 and he was very polite but kept eluding to what our budget was but I didn't give him one. Isn't the point of meeting with builders and getting quotes to figure out which one a client feels will provide the best end results at the best price? Long story short, Ron took measurements and said he'd get back with us. He never did. I followed up with him a week later and he said he was 'waiting on some additional information' but would give us a budget number the next day. He didn't. I followed up with him again after another week. No response. If you don't want to bid on my project at least give me the courtesy of telling me you don't want to.

RSG - specifically Lenny and Tate - quickly responded to repair and replace a downspout that clogged, backed up and froze over the winter. They have been extremely responsive and followed up to ensure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. I’d readily recommend them without hesitation.

Ron Graham estimated my job fairly while explaining the process thoroughly. Quinton Fisher and his team were efficient and thorough. Everything looks and works great! I appreciated the follow up from Jera Bearden. Would highly recommend!

Gage did an outstanding job installing my new rain gutters. It was done professionally and in one day. He did an excellant job, cleaning up after the job was finished.

We just had the start of our porch redo done today. Felix and Bob came by to install a new vinyl column before finishing up in a few days with the vinyl railing. If the post install is any indication of the finished product we are go to be thrilled! Felix went above and beyond, taking time to answer all of our questions and texting pictures to me and the wife at work all to make sure we were we were getting exactly what we wanted. We honestly couldn’t be happier with Felix, Bob and RGS exteriors. We’ll post a follow up review when we have the finished porch.

Great work on a project that involved the removal of stucco and placement of Hardy board on three pop out windows. Clint gave us a great idea of what we could expect when estimating the project. Daniel did an excellent job of fitting the siding on some rounded windows and tight locations. Kevin kept us informed as the project manager. I highly recommend them.

Project was done meticulously. It did take longer than they said it would to get started, but that’s just how these things always seem to go. Would use again!

I had RGS install new gutters on my home and am very pleased with the results. From Ron Graham who came to determine what was needed to Jera Bearden who came to go over warranty information after installation, everyone was a pleasure to work with. The installation team was great and completed the install quickly and expertly. I highly recommend RGS if you need work done.

RGS does great work and FAST. I’ve had them do installs on two different houses and have not been disappointed in the quality of work. We enjoyed working with Andrew and Quinten!

I don’t recall the names of the two men that completed our rain gutter work. The put new gutters on the shed out back, and on the house where we had leaks. They are working perfectly as we had hoped. The men were professional and explained everything they did and why.
Bob did a great job on the sales portion to determine the best fit for the replacement of the garage door trim. Even coming back to re-quote as the request was not clear.
Paul removed the old and replaced with new and it looks fantastic.

Aside from metal shavings in the gutter, and some scary screws on the drive way, RGS did a great job start to finish.

When I started thinking about replacing my stucco, siding, and gutters, I researched several companies. The ads and reviews for RGS Exteriors stood out above all others, so that's the company I decided to go with. Now I know why the reviews are so complimentary! RGS really is that good!
My sales estimator (Clint) was such a good example of the quality of this company. Clint spent a lot of time talking to me about what result I was hoping to achieve, taking pictures and measurements of my house, answering questions, and then giving me a detailed estimate.
A couple of weeks later, I met with Kevin (project manager). He previewed the project with me - and then ordered the materials. Kevin was awesome to work with throughout the project! He kept me informed as to what was going to happen and answered any questions I had. He was so good at taking care of any little things that came up!
Kayla was great to send me updated texts every two weeks to let me know that they were on track and when the tear down and installation would begin.
During the tear down and removal, the work area was kept very clean. And the crews were very careful not to damage plants around my house. Then, Daniel and crew did an awesome job installing my new siding! And Cristobal and Quinton installed my new gutters! They all worked so hard - and did a great job!
I'm so glad I chose RGS for my home exterior project! They set such a high bar with their honesty, professionalism, thoroughness, and great customer service. And it is very noticeable that their products and work are of very high quality! I am so happy with the end results of this project!

Great experience from start to finish! Consultation was very thorough and he helped us decide color. So glad we decided on black. Also Recommended the leaf guard to protect the gutter beneath our solar panels. Gabriel was our installer and did an amazing job. He paid attention to all the details was super friendly. Felix and Quentin did a fantastic job replacing some facia along the roofline where wind had torn it away. They reinforced existing facia and were friendly and easy to work with through the project. 5 stars!

We used RGS Exteriors to replace a section of stone tile on our house that wasn't properly installed by the builder. The whole crew at RGS did an excellent job working with us through the process, answering questions, and accommodating our requests. The Hardee siding that we replaced the tile with looks amazing and I would highly recommend working with RGS and Kevin's whole team.

Kevin kept me up to date with the timing and procedures. Felix and Xael arrived promptly, went over the details of the process, and did an excellent job on the garage. Kudos to the team. Jera did a nice follow up on the service and the bonus for referrals.

I was anxious undertaking my first major home improvement project but found the best team at RGS to get the job done. I appreciated Clint spending time answering my many questions. Alan’s siding team was awesome! Crew of Cristobal, Quinton and Gage worked hard to get the gutters just right. Paul with finishing touches to make it look as good as possible. And Kevin was always so responsive to my concerns. He would look for solutions to problems that came up and went above and beyond several times. We just want to share what a great Experience we had with RGS Exteriors and
Construction . We made an appointment for Wed. Jan. 29th , 2025 at our home and we got a Great reminder text the day before ! Our salesman/ Estimator Andrew Kinzley came and gave us and showed us details of how it worked , what the leaf guard and rain gutters would look like and a more. Which we really liked ! We shared our problem areas and he gave us great information to help us make our decision easier . We then walked around the house and asked him questions and he was so kind , helpful and Thorough in the answers! We then went inside and discussed more details of the procedure , product , with some more questions and answers . He then made up a bid . We knew it would be 30% down and the remaining after the install .
After he left and for the next 2 days we also watched some YouTube videos on their product and install and got more insight to how it all works! We were both happy about the leaf guards and how it look and is made . We are to the point where we really don’t want to be on the roof with our circumstances . The worst time being in the fall as we have so many leaves that fill our gutters from our own home and our neighbors cotton trees and their other trees issues we deal with every year ! We had been thinking about it for some time. We made our Final decision to go ahead with it on on Friday early evening Jan. 31st and paid the 30% on a secure link they sent us! We were then told that they would keep us posted on when they could come once all the details were submitted and they would get us taken care off in a timeline of 4-6 Weeks.
Well it wasn’t 4-6 weeks - we got a text saying they were coming to install our two gutter and leaf guards that afternoon
at 1:30 pm on Feb. 20th. We were shocked . They actually came at 12:30pm . These 2 guys our installers pulled out front with their trailer all ready to go. Quinton and Cristobal were Awesome and would ask us any questions and showed us what the plans showed etc! They were so thorough and great! They did a super job of installing and completing the work . I was very impressed with their timing and cleanup and how great they were to talk with and work with !
I will say it’s been Awesome to not worry about all the water coming out of places it wasn’t suppose to before! They look really nice and we are super happy with their work and their ethics in working with us .

Had a great experience with RGS Exteriors. Quinton and Felix & crew were all great to work with. They were friendly and made sure we knew when they were coming and how long they would be. They answered all my questions and the repairs to my siding look great! They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Now that the work is done, I am still giving a 5 start rating. They were awesome. Not only to the rain gutters look great, they did a fantastic job on the flashing around our garage.

They keep me apprised of what was going on in the process, the work was high quality, and I love the warranty.

RGS was great to work with to get the roofline vents replaced on our home. Kevin the project manager made sure that we were kept up to date on when they would be able to complete the work and were able to get it done several days ahead of schedule.

Felix and his brother Sal arrived on time and were very respectful of our property and completed the job very quickly and went above and beyond by clearing out some leaf debris that had accumulated in our rain gutters.

The first crew, Quinton and Cristo, were fantastic. The second crew came out to do some custom metalwork to cover the awning and help keep rain off the deck. Unfortunately, I wasn’t very satisfied with their work — water still gets through, and the silicone caulking looks messy and unprofessional.

Quinton and Cristo did an absolutely phenomenal job fixing my old gutters and installing new ones. They arrived exactly when they said they would, which I really appreciate, and got straight to work. Their craftsmanship was top-notch—every detail was handled with precision and care. The finished gutters look fantastic and function perfectly.

They worked efficiently but never cut corners, ensuring everything was done right the first time. Their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free. If you need gutter work done, I highly recommend Quinton and Cristo—they’re the best in the business!

In this day and age, it is rare to work with a company who lives up to, and sometimes exceeds, their sales pitch. RGS is such a company. We have received many compliments on the upgraded look of our home. The 10 year warranty gives us confidence about the future of our home.

RGS has been great to work with. They were able to accommodate all of our requests and updated the exterior of our home beautifully. We really appreciated the project manager, Kevin, with his communication and attention to detail on our home. Andrew the sales guy was also great with discussion on the design and focused on our vision for the project.
Our experience was so positive that we had them come back and work on our newly installed shed. Again everything was top notch, including the estimate with Andrew, the project management with Kevin, installation of siding by Felix and Xael and lastly Gutters done by Quinton and Cristo. They made sure everything was to our liking and exceeded expectations on quality and customer service.

I have to tell everyone what outstanding work we recently received from RGS Exteriors when we replaced our old nasty stucco with beautiful James Hardy cement board siding! From working with Aaron and Kevin as the salesman and project manager, we came up with a plan that fit our wants, needs and our budget. Then Felix and Xael showed up to do the installing. What charming guys they were and I felt totally comfortable with them and even enjoyed them hanging around my house for a week. Plus they did a really great job making my house look like I’ve always imagined it could. And Jake greatly helped them by delivering the materials and hauling away all the old material and trash. Not only did Felix do a meticulous job on our project, but he courageously removed a bucketful of wasp nests from our eaves – talk about bravery!
Every step of the project went smoothly and they left no stone unturned and even cleaned up their mess before leaving. Oh, and did I mention that we now have all new rain gutters thanks to RGS? Yep, they do a beautiful job on rain gutters and leaf covers too!
My neighbors are now jealous and want RGS to come to their house too. So, if your house needs a pick-me-up, be sure to call Aaron at RGS Exteriors. You won’t be sorry.

Please read on.

Tried to schedule an estimate for service after listening to Jeff Jr over state how great a company this is and they'll do anything to make you happy.
When I asked to schedule an appointment they told me that it was going to cost me $1,000 minimum for somebody to look at my problem.

Now I don't know how much my problem cost to fix but I certainly don't think that it cost $1,000 to fix nor what I want that expectation set by a minimum shop fee.

Be honest on your commercials and let people know that you're not willing to do service if you're not willing to do service.
Let people know that you're all about money and not really service so that people can have the expectations set and understood that there are going to pay you a lot of money in order to work with you!
Not fraudulently trying to claim things on a television or radio ad and not being able to deliver on either one unless I want to spend $1,000 or more.

Lenny replaced a short section of gutter and being such a small job took the time to explain any issues with the gutter, completing the work efficiently and professionally.

RGS has done work on my home in the past and just came through again in a big way! Quinton and Ryan made it happen faster than I could have imagined. Felix and his brother Xael’s work product was incredible! Love RGS exteriors, these guys are wonderful to work with.
