They replaced my entire roof in one day with their hard-working crew. They started at 7 am and were still cleaning up at 10 pm at night when I turned on the floodlights for them. They came back for a smaller side section the next morning and, without my saying a word, to also check on some gutter and venting to make sure it was sealed properly. I can't believe they did the whole thing so neatly; the crew is so organized in their execution of replacement. They covered my bushes and windows and garage, contacted me a couple of times during the replacement with a couple of simple questions and cleaned up everything so neatly.

I would highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable. The setting up of the timing and getting the contract signed was so easily accomplished via text and email. Definitely no hard-sell and they even gave my neighbor a referral bonus.

I was about to write my already outstanding review when I was surprised with yet another fantastic service; they power-washed my driveway after it was all done!

I could not have expected a better experience. They showed up early and completed my 36-foot garage roof by noon just like they said they would. It has been about three months, and the roof has had no issues and looks fantastic. Being able to get it done so nicely while being able to pick the color and knowing it was done right with a warranty just makes me happy. The IWC team was awesome. From the salesman Mike, to the foreman Joe, and the owner Josh. They stepped and did a great job on our cabin in Midway. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but Josh and team pulled out all the stops to make it right. Was amazed at how they got in and out with their crew in one day with such a complicated and high-pitched roof replacement. They had the best price and best warranty. Even with the best price we had new rain gutters and a FULL ice shield on the entire roof. It was a no-brainer decision. I highly recommend IWC. We had to wait 4-5 weeks, but it was worth the wait. The wait meant that they were busier than the other roofers which is a good sign, not a con.

Amazing people to deal with, from the salesman to the crew that installed my roof. Showed up at 6:00 am to start. Finished my roof and the garage/shed in a day and a half.
They had to remove two layers of shingles and one layers of the wood shake shingles. Installed new decking and all new shingles. They also removed an old coal chimney and removed my old swamp cooler.

Hats off to Intermountain West Contractors (IWC). Their crew showed up at 6 am and finished the house and garage at 6pm. They were careful to put protection in front of all windows and cover the flower beds and shrubs before starting to work on the roof. They also cleaned up all debris when they were finished. Their crew leader was good to keep me updated as the project progressed. They have my endorsement. Now I don’t have to worry about the roof for another 35 years.

The roofing was fine. However when I came home today, a month or two after the roofing was complete I found their employee hooked up to my water spout filling up two big tanks on his pressure washing truck. He told me he's done this before at my house since I'm never home. Suddenly I am the water supplier for the pressure washing unit? Really?

You had a 5 star review until I came home early and found this thief in action.

Intermountain West contractors did our home roof about five years ago. We were very impressed as to their professionalism and timely manner of their work, they did an excellent job so when it was time to have a rental home reroofed we looked at them again. Their bids came in below the other roofing companies we looked at so we went with them again. Their people were so easy to work with, answering calls anytime I had a question. Their crew on top of the roof was excellent, sending pictures of all of their work before and after, very impressed. Then it was time to take the old swamp cooler down off of our roof and repair the roof from the water damage. Another call and they came right out and took care of the job, removing the swamp cooler, throwing it away and fixing the damage. I highly recommend them if you need any roof work done!!

As a solar contractor who worked with them over the years, we always recommended IWC because of fair prices, timely install and good quality. When there was a little misunderstanding about the referral program Gerald and Josh were quick to listen and make things right even though they were not bound to. Have you ever been to the circus? Not a mall parking lot circus, the real Ringling Bros 3 ring circus. So much is going on at the same time and it can seem a little chaotic. Over in Ring 1 something is happening.....Ring 3 on the other side has something different happening. The middle Ring has most of the action and a Ringmaster is keeping everything orderly and on task.

That is sort of like what happened when I had IWC replace my room. One team arrived on time and set up the dumpster, laid tarps out all over my yard and bushes. Another team came with materials and another team showed up soon after and started working on the roof. Lots of workers doing their thing, each one knew their individual responsibility, with a ringmaster leading the entire project. It was impressive to watch.

They were organized, efficient and fast. The project manager on site texted me pics as the work progressed.....kept me informed how things were going.

They were done by 3pm. A few days later, someone came out and pressure washed the driveway and sidewalk to get rid of any remaining dirt and debris that might have developed over the few days after.

The entire process was painless and efficient. Defiantly would recommend IWC for any roofing work.

We had a great experience with IWC. They process of replacing our roof went very smoothly. We had some leaking from the soffits and Josh arranged for a gutter company to come take a look. Turns out the problem was due to the gutters being installed incorrectly by someone else. I appreciate Josh being prepared to correct a problem that he didn't cause.

We have done 3 roofs with IWC in the last 3 years. I shopped several other roofing contractors in the valley and they are all similarly priced, however, IWC has been unfailingly honest and performed quality work with quality materials and finished in about a day. They didn’t cut corners, and it’s refreshing to hire a contractor that doesn’t need extensive supervision to make sure the job is done correctly.

Absolutely outstanding work from start to end. Communicating with Josh was easy, timely, and very informative. He helped me pick the right product without any upsell. It’s a huge benefit that they put an ice shield over your entire roof and not just a few feet around the edge like everyone else. The install crew was also amazing—highly efficient and well organized. kept sending pictures throughout the day to show me how everything looks and to see progress. The foreman, Rene, took extra care with my antenna cable and reattached it exactly how I wanted. Cleanup was perfect—as if no work had been done. Even sent a power wash truck to clean my driveway. When it comes to getting a new roof this is a very stressful and huge financial decision. I called out over 9 companies to get a bid. IWC was upfront and even held a bid for me until I was ready to make the decision. The bid was among the lowest of the other companies. Skyler was there for all my questions. We are very happy with our new roof! Michael K. got us scheduled quickly, they did an excellent job, it took a day and a half but we had two layers and a complicated roof. We had some soffits damaged while replacing a section of the decking, these things happen, but they quickly replaced them and pressure washed the driveway, too! We chose them because they had excellent Google reviews and now we can see why. The cost was reasonable, less than we expected. We highly recommend IWC.

From initial contact through the end of the site work, IWC was professional and friendly. Never had a question go unanswered. A friend referred me and I did my due diligence and got competing bids. IWC was in line but we felt good after the initial visit with them. Communication was constant and the coordination with the roof and new gutters was smooth. I worked with Michael Kennedy and things went super smooth. Got 7 quotes for my roof and went with IWC because I got 50 yr shingles and warranty (not prorated) for the 2nd lowest price. The lowest quote was $800 less than IWC but no warranty and only 30 yr shingles.

IWC installed a new roof for me on May 13th. It took two days to strip the old roof (26 yrs. old) and put on the new one. They did an EXCELLENT job!! They were on time, clean and performed the job as promised with a very competitive price. Michael was the sales rep and he was knowledgeable, professional and just simply great to work with. Timely response to questions and scheduling. I can't say enough good about IWC. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Everything went great with our new roof installation. We had considerable roof decking that needed to be replaced, and the work crew was exemplary. From new drip edge, decking, new flashing. We were sold by the craftsmenship warranty and the shingle warranty. Took some time to get on the schedule but everything went fairly smoothly. Our roof was done in a little over one day.
