I have used “Utah Roofing Pros.” to replace the roof of my home. They were interested in what i needed.. After having several bids, I chose “ Utah Roofing Pros.” The roof I had was very good quality. “John” who is with Utah Roofing Pros., met with me and helped me decide on a color that would look nice with my home. John Insisted the quality be the same or better than what the roof was before the wind storm. After the color was selected the order was placed, and before long I had a beautiful new roof. John worked with my insurance company. The bid Utah Roofing, Pros. gave me was higher than what my insurance company appraised. After the roof was on and all work was completed, John went back to the insurance company and spoke with them about their appraisal versus the final bill. Without any back-and-forth conversations with me, my Insurance company increased the appraisal. The insurance company paid and I’m very pleased with my new.roof.

At first I didn’t want to call no company to inspect the roof, I was afraid the company will find a lot of repair even if they weren’t necessary just so the company could make money! You know! That type of thing, however, I was very impressed by the honesty of Phillip and Brady, they were very professional, fast and told me my roof had a long life still that I didn’t need repairs, my roof was in good condicion still, that I could’ve replace it if I wanted but was not needed. He met the insurance and civil engineering inspectors each time and always arrived before them. I contacted the public adjuster John mentioned and they came to an agreement with my insurance company to replace my roof.

We went with Utah Roofing Pros after getting several estimates. They were able to work with us and the price seemed fair.
Installation was scheduled very quickly. I thought we would have to wait a couple of months but that was not the case.
The installation crew was amazing. They were on time and responded a few questions I had during the process. Needless to say, they did a terrific job and our roof looks amazing.

I obtained several quotes for a total roof replacement and ultimately selected John (Utah Roofing Pros) for the job. When he initially visited my home for the quote consult he was professional, and wasted no time getting up onto my roof for a thorough inspection. Afterwards, he provided a detailed, itemized quote that was straightforward and transparent. As soon as my wife and I decided on a shingle color, material orders were placed, permits were applied for, and the work was scheduled promptly. The day before work was scheduled to begin, a huge dumpster and the roofing materials were delivered and staged at my home. The following morning, John's crew arrived and began stripping my roof down to the decking. They worked a long day and were very nice and professional. We encountered only one hiccup due to the supplier having delivered the wrong shingles, but John made sure the issue was resolved quickly, had the correct shingles delivered, and the job resumed. His crew was fairly large, consisting of about 6 or 7 guys, including a work lead, and they all seemed to be experienced and hard working. On the final day of installation, and after cleanup, a couple of the guys actually helped me haul a few old pieces of heavy furniture up from my basement and helped me lift and throw them into their dumpster. I even offered a tip to them afterwards but they refused to accept it! I was surprised. After the roof installation was finished, they were very diligent and thorough in cleaning up roofing debris on my property and none of the landscaping around my home was damaged either. Overall, they completed the roof removal / installation in 2 days total which was awesome! My wife and I are very happy with their work, and the end result of the roof installation; it really turned out much better than we imagined. As of now, several weeks have passed since completion of the job, and despite several days of rain and even some heavy wind at times, the roof is still good as new and there have been no issues with either the quality of the materials, or the quality of the installation; everything has held up solid. Honestly, I was very paranoid at first about getting ripped off when I began my search for quotes (regardless of the company) and as a result, I dug deep into these reviews before making the decision to go with John. Fortunately, he handled business so promptly and thoroughly from the start that I never had an opportunity or reason to worry once the ball started rolling. He came through on our roof and made the experience far less stressful than it could have been. As a materials engineer I believe the products he offers are superior to the product offered by the other roofing companies I met with, making Utah Roofing Pros a good value overall. Anyway, thanks again John! You definitely have my recommendation if anyone I know needs their roof replaced in the future. Cheers.

Utah roofing pros done q great job. I am very grateful to John, for helping me get the shingles I needed. My only major complaints are that the garbage bin set in my yard for four days after the job was
complete. And also the roofers had to take down my satellite dish for my internet. When they put it back on they never secured it and it started fall. Of course John came over quickly and secured it.

Our roof was seriously damaged in a windstorm we had about a year ago. I contacted Adrian Foster and he came out and inspected our roof. After the inspection it turned out that we needed our roof completely replaced. Adrian helped from start to finish. He helped with submitting our claim to our insurance company and the follow up afterwards as well. Adrian and his team were prompt and fast and had our whole roof replaced within a week. These guys are true professionals. I highly recommend Adrian for any roofing needs you may have. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This is a very fair and reasonable company. John came out and inspected my roof, and even though it's 22 yrs old he didn't see structural problems, only some cosmetic issues. He recommended not changing up my roof and stated that it would likely go another 5-8 yrs. He didn't charge a dime for the time he spent here. I give John and Utah Roofing Pros a 5- Star for their forthrightness and honesty!

These guys were awesome. They knocked my door and said we had a good chance of getting my roof replaced and having insurance pay for it. I knew my roof was in bad shape but was just trying to wist for the right time financially to do it. They worked hard over a day and a half and had my roof replaced. The quality is great and they did awesome about cleaning up their mess, making sure that nothing of mine got damaged while they worked. Before the work was even done I was recommending them to some friends and neighbors. My neighbors have remarked on how good my roof looks multiple times. I'm saving their info to give to anyone I hear mention a problem with their roof.

Great experience with John from Utah Roofing Pros. He was incredibly quick to respond to me from the start to the finish. He worked with my insurance company to work out the compensation from wind damage. He took all the headache out of it. He took care of everything. Roof work was started and finished in the the time frame he said. His workers cut the internet line on accident and John paid for the repair right away, no questions asked. Only feedback I would give is to have the workers be more careful to not drop the old roof shingles on plants so they don't get ruined.

These guys are great. I met while they were doing my neighbors house. They told because of a recent storm which destroyed my roof in places that my insurance should probably cover it.
